They dont answer their email and they gave me bad information about a very important characteristic I needed in the chair. I needed it to recline flat which they stated it did. After I got it and realized it didnt, I called to try to talk to the salesman who sold it to me, Steven. He was a total snot. Then I called to talk to the owner about it and I couldnt believe it but he was just as snotty. He literally said what do you want!?I will never do business there again and I guarantee that everybody I know will hear about my experience.

My family has been using this store for all of our beds, chairs, and couches since i can remember, good prices though slightly more expensive than other distributors, good product for the last several years, and a friendly work force that isnt too overbearing and is willing to work with you on financing. Just be careful on the way upstairs as one of the steps is really lengthy and i tried walking up a step that wasnt there.

Its been about 9 months since I brought a brand new $650 something dollar mattress from here it keeps getting worse. Im pissed they wont do nothing about it. I will be contacting the BBB. I could have brought the same mattress online for $100+ cheaper and free shipping with a better warranty. Never again will I buy something from a small business like these guys!
