I get my car repaired here all the time. Also I get my smog done here they are great with their service and there is a waiting room where you can sit. Sometimes I get my car fixed here then I go eat a sandwich right next-door. I never have had better service than this mechanic shop. They are well experienced, the owner has been there for over 20 years. I would trust him with any car I have. Very happy

I work next door at the dealership and these guys never disappoint you, if you purchase a car make sure you take it to Randall brothers because they will make sure that the car is safe before you leave and that there there’s no issues after they deal with it. I suggest taking your car to Randall brothers for them to inspect your car it’s cheaper than the dealership and they take the time they are never rushing thru your car.

Feels like the epitome of a shady Auto repair center. They have ZERO integrity, empathy or business ethics.I accompanied my elderly neighbor to pick up her car from this place after they replaced a starter on her car. I asked the the Lady who runs the shop ( I believe her name is Leonor who said she is the owner ) whether they replaced the starter with a New or a refurbished one. . She responded by saying it was replaced it with a re-manufactured one.I asked wether she meant a Refurbished or a Used Starter . She replied again by insisting it was a remanufactured starter . I said this makes no sense ! Are you saying it got manufactured Twice ???Ive been in the Auto industry for more than 20 years and have never heard of such a (Re--manufactured )part !!! Anyhow, I asked her if she would give this poor Lady some sort of warranty on this ( Re-manufactured Starter ) for a certain period of time. At that point she became very belligerent, rude and asked me to step outside her shop . I was Like what are you trying to hide ? This poor old lady knows nothing about cars or auto repairs and Im just looking out for her. So I stepped out of shop because I didnt want to escalate the situation considering that Im accompanying a elderly sick person who needed to get back home to take her medication .She hesitantly wrote something on the receipt giving my neighbor some sort of warranty but did not sign her name.It was very sad to see a business owner fails miserably at addressing a customers genuine concerns . YOU FAILED MISERABLY LADY !!

The owner has a broad knowledge and complete state certificationsIts centrally located and my go to for Smog Checks oil changes and repairs.This shop is clean and fully equipped to handle most of the jobs a car owner would need done.Do yourself a favor and drop by and say hello.
