I came today with my friend to pick up a new microwave and stove... Gave the homeless looking employee in charge of moving my order to the front of the store to help us load it into the back of my friends truck a $10 tip for the 2 minutes of manual labor which both me and my friend assisted him with... when turning around he whispered it shouldve been a hundred when I asked him to repeat himself he said nothing, have a great day... according to the work to pay ratio on the tip I gave him I valued his work at a rate of $300 an hour, for a job that any highschooler with a basic muscle mass could replicate. Ive been purchasing appliances from this ABC wearhouse for the last 3 years... I dont think Ill be stopping by again anytime soon. I dont expect any action to be taken about this situation but the result will most certainly be a loss of business from myself and my friend as well.

Ive been waiting since July to get this resolved. Called the Hotline and reported it but Regional Manager never reached out to us as promised. Continue to get blown off by the store. This is awful. We did have several delivery related problems through the 3rd party but Jeff resolved all of the issues and on multiple deliveries and we are very satisfied customers. Would recommend Jeff to anyone purchasing at the Novi store Thank you Jeff from both of us ! Although our original experience was exceptional I am sorry to say issues that arose on 2nd delivery have not been resolved. The damaged doors that were replaced did not align properly and there was a dent on the handle of the new door. I called ABC and they turned it over to the manufacturer for proper alignment and repair as their delivery service could not complete the task properly. It has been almost 2 weeks since they forwarded to LG and still no resolution or response from anyone. We now have a very expensive refrigerator with damaged doors that dont close properly and no one seems to care

Given all the problems that everyones had during the pandemic these guys did pretty well by us buying a washer and dryer during it even with all the shortages.While the drier that I bought did end up needing to be replaced, they managed to do it without requiring an in-home service appointment.Good stuff.

We’ve been customers for a long time but recently have bought a mattress, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. We were very happy with the whole process. John Cammarata bent over backwards to help us even when we changed our minds. Each time he points us to the right product for our situation, and the prices have always been great.

We bought all the appliances for a new house. Kathy, Sales Representative, was very helpful! Appliances work and look great, and good prices!

Spare yourself from shopping at this location. Worst service ever. I was about to to purchase 2 televisions, a mattress and box spring, electric fireplace and end tables. A sales person approached me at 10 min prior to closing and he made sure that I was aware that they were closing. I mentioned that he must be anxious to get out on time. The manager started turning lights out me. He said that they were closed and chased me out of the store. I said to him that I had a big purchase to make, but that I would go elsewhere since they obviously did not care about my service. I said I had A lot of purchases to make, and he repeated to my that they were closing. I asked who the manager was and he said he was. I told him their customer service was horrible and that I would never treat anyone the way he treated me. I guess they can spare 3000 to 4000 in a purchase. They must be doing pretty well during the pandemic to not want my business. The manager was a short older man with a limp and brown hair if corporate would like to know. Also,, I welcome any other ABC warehouse employee in the metro Detroit area to reply to this review if you want to make a nice commissions on my purchase. The manager at the Novi store was a total unprofessional, low class jerk.

Great prices but really annoying how long you have to wait for stock.

Paid for dining set. One of the chairs are defective and the sales associates are not very eager to resolve the issue. Angelo one of the store managers didnt follow up with me regarding the matter. I have had to call 3 separate times and other sales associate only told me they will call me back and of course no call back. I had to call again today and the manager Angelo claims they just got a response 2 days ago and he thought someone called me. Now my chair is not in stock and they dont think it will be available at all to get. So now I have to swap out a chair at their location for a floor model. The tone he provided me on the phone of not caring and telling me that I can call back when I have a better attitude. I spent hard earned money and I asked him if he was the customer and I was the salesperson would he want to settle for the lack of customer service and communication. The general manager is who sold me the set and it seems that it was never a option to talk to him. Always was told he was on vacation. I will never ever purchase a item from ABC Warehouse period. Dont care which location. Nobody knows procedure for issues like this. The treatment of these ppl who work off commission in this day and time where none of us could be working is so astonishing. NEVER AGAIN EVER. Worst store I have ever shopped at and I have dealt with horrible customer service before but none as bad as this..

Long time ago I had a bad experience with ABCWharehouse Nov so I was leary to go back. This time I had an excellent experience with the help of Wafir Hillawi. I called to ask about the stove I wanted and he explained what he could do and it sound great so I drove in and got the stove ordered and my microwave. As he said the microwave was there Tuesday and I was so excited to get the call my stove came in early!!! The guys who delivered it were great. I am a happy customer!

Do not buy anything from this store. The management does not care at all about customer satisfaction, even if a loyal customer. I have purchased a refrigerator, 2 microwaves, a dishwasher, 2 large TV’s, a washer and a dryer all within the last 11 months. After purchasing the washer that was advertised as having certain features (it DOES NOT), they absolutely will not work with you to make it right. Did you know Lowe’s allows it’s customers to try something for 30 days and if you’re not happy they’ll let you exchange it? Well, you do now so purchase your items from Lowe’s. I am in need of a new stovetop and fridge but will NOT ever return to ABC for anything. Even the GE service man said the stores usually work with you. Save yourself money and stress!

Ive never felt the need to share a review of any place before now. I purchased a television from ABC Novi on Thursday over the phone and came to pick it up Saturday when they assured me it would be there. The saleswoman tells us that the television had been sold to someone else. This television was already charged to my account. She then stared at us as though it was our job to simply leave the store. We had to continuously ask if there was another store that would have it since I already paid for it. She finally told us that the Southfield location would, and luckily the employees at the Southfield store were able to help us.I had already paid for this television and expected it to be in Novi since I was on the phone with the salesman and heard him tell the Novi store that I would be coming to pick it up on Saturday. Instead of ensuring a good customer experience over a mix up, we were offered no solutions from the Novi store, not even a refund. Ive never experienced such uncaring, lazy employees.

John in sales is very unprofessional. The delivery agents delivering my dishwasher were to pick up the old dishwasher. My sales agent told me to have it disconnected and ready to go. When they delivered they said they could not take it away but finally did after I called the store. When I called the store I spoke to John. He told me I got a free pick up and I should be thankful. He would not give me his name and the hung up on me. I called later and he answered the phone. I asked his name and he said John. This was the worst experience. I have more appliances to purchase but it will not be at the Novi ABC. Buyer beware! If you want to be treated unprofessional call John at Novi ABC Warehouse.

They start out nice but is soon as you have placed your order and paid them you will not receive calls back nor will they give you any respect as a customer. After several attempts before, 3 attempts in one day and a 1/2 an hour on hold I had to physically go into the store to talk to my salesman. When I asked the salesman why he never returns my calls He started waving around the papers in his hand and said he’s too busy. Funny, he wasn’t too busy to take my money. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

Shout out to Justin Azer, Salesperson! We needed to purchase a new Bosch dishwasher. When I called with questions and comparing models Justin was patient, extremely helpful and professional. He covered all the details over the phone so when we walked in the door the transaction was very easy. Came here 12/3 to pick out a stove. Joe helped me out. I told Joe that this was my first new stove and all my other stoves had been gas before but I didn’t have the hookup for that in my new place. I also told him that I had a truck and I would come and get it myself. He said that wouldn’t be a problem, the stove would be here.12/4 I come in to pay for and take delivery of my stove. Surprise! The stove wasn’t in stock. Joe and I made no mention of delivery since I have a truck. Thinking that the stove would be there I had already removed my old stove to the curb, putting me in a pickle. I work the next day so I can’t be there for delivery and I wouldn’t be able to pick it up from the store until Wednesday, which I can’t do because I’ve got kids to feed.After scrambling to find a place to deliver it to, I was then informed that since it wasn’t an installation that no chord would be given for the stove to operate!What?! I had informed Joe that I had never purchased a new stove before, let alone an electric one. How was I to know that there are three different choices for the power source? What would have happened when I picked it up myself? Would I have been informed then that there was no power source or would I have gotten home only to find out then that there was no power source? Not to mention, they don’t even sell the power sources in the building! I would have been royally screwed!While I did wind up getting a good deal on the stove, it is getting delivered to another place, which I then have to go pickup- with no power source, I got hosed on crucial information as a new buyer. Highly disappointed about that.

We would not recommend this store. We purchased an entire home full of high-end appliances last year. My LG washing machine has been leaking periodically since we purchased it. We contacted ABC WAREHOUSE immediately regarding this issue. We were instructed to contact LG for the leaky washer. We have had 15+ repair appointments, and they still cannot fix the machine and refuse to replace it. It has caused significant damage to my new laundry room and cabinets in my new home. We again contacted ABC WAREHOUSE several more times regarding this issue. They were very poor in any correspondence, not returning calls or emails. They have not provided any solutions or offered any replacement for the leaky washing machine that they sold us! I would not recommend this store or any LG products. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We had to get a new washing machine because ours broke. We needed it right away. Our salesperson, Cathy K, was super! She took a lot of time with us explaining the different features of several machines and being patient with my wife as she tried to make a decision. Also, ABC has a price match guarantee, and they matched the price of another store which was a huge savings for us. My wife and I have bought all of our appliances (over the years) from this ABC warehouse and we have always had very helpful sales people.

Made my first visit to ABC Warehouse today to look at big screen and projector options for my basement. Was greeted by friendly staff upfront and there were a ton of TV options in the back of the store. After talking through my setup, Wafir helped me ultimately decided upon a projector. Found an option that gave me everything I wanted, while being cost effective. I liked the consultative sales approach vs the high pressure tactics that nobody enjoys. Im loving the new projector and would go back for future purchases.

Our sales professional was very easy to work with and we feel we got a good price for our appliances. Their customer service agents, however, are a different animal entirely. I have had two (2) terrible experiences with them in the last six months. The last being today where I was hung up on while trying to ask a question about where to find my serial number.Im not saying that they are better or worse than anyone else. I just think you should go in with you eyes open.

Didnt get a good service when we came to buy a TV. We had come with a mindset of buying the TV that day but were put off by the horrible attitude this sales guy had. It seemed like he was not at all interested to sell. ABC lost a customer. We went to Best Buy and got the same deal and made the purchase right away.
