The worse place to ever go to buy a pair of shoes. No wonder why these employees sell shoes for a living.

Terrible employees, when asking a simple question I was told that “That isn’t a good question” while the employee pulled his mask down to speak to me from 2 feet away. He then went back to talking in a group of his coworkers without a care in the world. Terrible store.

Worst experience ever. Ask them if they have any shoes to sell and they say no. Talk to manager he says same and then asks me if he wants him to go in the back and make them. Very rude. They only there to get a hourly pay check and do nothing.

The rudest workers ever each one on they’re phones didn’t even greet us at the door. And when I asked a question the guy looked up for a second at me then went straight back to his phone. Like don’t ask me questions. What kind of workers are these people? Where do they find them? This is very bad for Foot Action a supervisor or someone in charge should do something about this. They are losing customers at this location. I will never step foot in there again.

They have very very rude workers. I went to return/exchange my air forces that I had bought about 2 weeks ago because they are too big, and the first response I got was eye rolls and glares from the workers. Then they called over the manager and he says “Why would you wear them in your house.. that means we can’t return them and they are dirty. If you knew they didn’t fit then why would you even wear them in your house that’s unexceptionable” and mind you that’s from the manager. Umm because I wanted to wear them around to get used to them and that’s when I found out they are too big. Then on the way out I get laughed at :)

RUDE and Lazy workers! This place has zero standards.
