Just went there for a gift for a Red Wings game! All of the staff were super helpful. Huge variety compared to the one inside 12 oaks mall. The lady that rang us up offered us a gift bag and she wrapped it so perfectly. Made sure the prices were off of all the items and used red and black tissue paper. It looks great, thank you so much Rally House! I really appreciate it!

Rally house has been a part of me and my family for over 7 years. When I went to MSU I was also impressed. Now, I come home and go to the store in Novi, Michigan. I always leave happy and more importantly I feel good about the money I spent. Particularly today, I needed MSU gear for the game this Friday in Northwestern I was so impressed with the variety and the store manager not only made me smile but was tremendously respectful, funny and helpful.I typically dont write a reviews but Rally house has been a staple of my family. I will continue to shop at this location as it always clean and SOO full of variety. HOLY heck theres so much variety.Thank you,

This was my first time shopping at Rally House and it wont be my last! The selection of items is phenomenal - I was looking for vintage style apparel for a gift and was not disappointed. Tad was very knowledgeable and so helpful in discussing what I had in mind to purchase and then helping me with my decisions. He also explained all the sales discounts that were going on. I purchased the reusable gift bag and Tad made my gift look fantastic - I cant wait to give this birthday gift! This will be my go-to place for the sports fans in my family!

Solid selection of all local teams. Tigers, Red Wings, Pistons and for some reason even the lions. Big choice of Spartan and blue gear. Apparel for men, women, kids, even the baby. Also check out their selection of local Detroit and Michigan stuff.

They have a pretty decent offering for the local small schools.

I came into this store a few months ago after stumbling upon it while my wife was in Michaels...I remember not having much help trying to find what I was looking for...but I decided to give it another shot as I was looking for a graduation gift for my nephew who just graduated.....and Im glad I did...Maryanne greeted me as soon as I walked in...asking me what it was that I was looking for...I honestly didnt know what I was looking for...but she showed me several great gift ideas that I wouldnt of purchased had she not helped me...I spent a little more than I was expecting to...but least I know my nephew will love what I got him...glad to see your staff has improved

Great options for sports apparel, love the concept. The customer service needs work, the team was friendly but no one asked if we needed help, didnt share what sales were going on, they only answered questions if they were asked. But didnt offer any help, either way, we liked the store so well probably be back.
