I gave it a 2 star only because the front desk was nice, if it wasn’t for them I would have given it a one star. The wait was kinda long, and the doctor checked me over, basically told me there’s nothing wrong with me, and left the room, didn’t ask if I had any questions, didn’t show me the exercises to do for vertigo, didn’t give me any medication for it either. Yesterday was an ok day with the vertigo and today it is bad. I don’t know if that can make a difference with out come or not. But I won’t go back. And I don’t recommend you see Dr. Dickson.

As a new patient, I was hoping to receive thorough care for my fluid-filled and painful ear (has been full for 4 months) Instead, I received a rushed visit with Dr. Weingarten where he told me to use Flonase. I already do this. The care was mediocre at best. The doctor did not explain anything and only gave me an answer that I could have found on google. Additionally, they forced me to pay for the visit even though my insurance covered it. I told them multiple times I did not owe money, and they rudely told me I could not leave the building until I paid. I called my insurance after the visit and I was right, I did not owe money. My insurance called the office and they had to refund me. The staff belittles their patients, will tell you you’re wrong, and will not give you adequate care. Don’t go here unless you are looking to waste your time and money.

First time I came, the doctor was in such a rush and immediately assumed what my issue was. He quickly gave me an ear surgery, saying it would be completely painless. I was in agonizing pain for the first 8 hours after the appointment and now followed by minor pain 4 weeks later. I decided to give the office another chance and went back in to undo the procedure. My husband took work off to accompany me into my appointment because the first one was so traumatizing. However when we arrived they informed me he would not be allowed in, despite them allowing him the first time. To make things worse, a few minutes prior, they allowed another patient and her plus 1 to go in before us. The nurses did not try to listen to my situation and kept cutting my husband and I off. Avoid at all cost if you don’t want to experience sub par medical care and belligerent staff.

The office staff was super nice, but the doctor was in such a hurry. I didnt feel like he even wanted to hear how I felt. He automatically assumed he knew what was wrong with me.

Dr. Robert Standring is one of the most lovely specialists Ive had the pleasure of seeing. The entire office is wonderful. You are taken back promptly, not a lot of wait time at all. He gets right to the point, doesnt waste time, and explains everything in a manner which the average Joe can understand. I had the sinus balloon dilation surgery in January 2018 and could not be happier with the results. Life changing. Highly recommend you book an appointment if you have any sinus issues youd like to get rid of!

My first visit to get my hearing tested. Everyone was very nice & well organized, even during the later stages of the Coronavirus. My appt. went smoothly knowing I already have a hearing problem. I look forward to my next visit to their Hearing Aids Center.

I’ve been battling an ongoing issue for many months. When everyone turned their backs on me and shoved a co-pay in my face with no real answers or solutions, Dr. Dickson listened to me... Dr. Dickson understood me... Dr. Dickson GAVE ME ANSWERS...!!! And for that I REALLY and TRULY appreciate him...!!! I think I’ll keep him as my own... He is Amazing...!!!! Thank you again Sir...!!! From the time I walked in the office until I left it was a very pleasant experience. The girls at the front desk, Tracie and Ann, were so nice and personable and made me feel so at home. By the time I left, I felt like we had been girlfriends forever. I got checked in and out very quickly. When I saw Dr. Dickinson I thought he was very thorough and so nice. The whole experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommended them.

I saw Dr. Weingarten 3 weeks ago for my nose. I had an appointment with another specialist for sleep. At my appointment they offered me to do my sleep test with them. Said it would be easier and have results in a day. Took the device home, slept with it on, and returned the next morning. I cancelled my appointment with the other specialist. Its now been over 3 weeks since the test, and I have yet to hear anything. I have called the office 3 or 4 times. Ive talked to reception who would relay the message. I had my 3 week recheck for my nose today, but I cancelled my appointment. Its really disappointing I cant even hear the results of a test I paid for. No way Id go back, if I cant trust my doctor to pickup a phone, then I definitely dont trust him to work on my nose. Very disappointed. I am a busy person, like most, and dont enjoy wasting my time for nothing.

Dr. Robert Standring got me into the office to be seen right away after I didn’t know my ear drum was perforated! He performed surgery on me and I would definitely recommend him. He is very caring,understanding, and gets the job done! The staff is very friendly as well! Thanks so much Dr. Standring for being an amazing doctor as always!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dicksons for 20 years. He always has great bedside manner and is approachable. He takes the time to answer all questions and is patient. His office staff is wonderful and they are accommodating. I cant say enough about how good they are.

I brought my brother to the Livonia Office to see Dr. Dickson on two occasions so far. I must say Dr. Dickson, as well as the Livonia staff, are superb!! While sitting in the waiting room, I observed many interactions between the staff and patients. The staff was so professional, helpful and pleasant. I consider them to be gems!!! At both appointments the staff that interacted with us in the examining room were so friendly and courteous. Dr. Dickson is a great listener who truly wants to learn all he can about the patients condition. Once he has assessed the patient, he is excellent about explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan. He never rushed us and made sure all of our questions/concerns were addressed before he left the room. We were both very impressed with our experience at this office.

Dr Dickson and his staff are so helpful. He is probably the most thorough doctor I’ve ever had. He always takes his time and above all makes you feel IMPORTANT and your symptoms IMPORTANT. I had an adnoidectomy and tonsillectomy by him because of persistent strep throat and he fixed me right up. Haven’t had it since. I will always recommend anyone who has throat/sinus/ear problems to him because he is the best!

I had the balloon dilation procedure on my sinuses and eustachian tubes in January by Dr. Standring. The FIRST day my headaches were gone after suffering for years. And within three days I had immediate sinus pressure relief!!!! I could not be happier. I had sinus headaches almost every day for years, and at least 10+ miserable middle ear infections and sinus infections per year. It has been 2 months since the surgery and I still feel amazing. I wish I had heard about it sooner. The procedure was simple and done in office, and all of the staff were were friendly, informative and professional with helping me make this choice. Recovery was easy, only about 2 days of minor inconveniences but mostly was able to go about my day as usual. I have had many ENTs in the past try to figure out a solution and most told me I just had to deal with these issues but Dr. Standring was the first to listen and offer an actual solution. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new ENT!!

I have been coming to this office for many years. They do a great job at scheduling appointments for me even on a short notice. Dr. Weingarten and his staff take their time to answer my questions and they always conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner.

Dr. Weingarten is the best. I saw him 15 years ago for a deviated septum and had the surgery and breath better and do not have ear infections. My son now goes to him for his adenoids and he gave me peace of mind. My mother also sees him and he has helped her greatly with her ears, and nose.We like Dr. Weingartens sense of humor, caring nature, and his wealth of knowledge in explaining conditions thoroughly.He is the best doctor and would recommend him highly.

Appointments are months out, most ENT patients need to be seen asap, thats not an option at Ear Nose & Throat. I passed here and seen an ENT specialist at McLaren in Clarkston who was thorough, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to patients.

I saw Dr. Weingarten for my deviated septum. He recommended surgery to correct the problem. Its been just over a week since he performed the surgery (septoplasty) and I already breathe so much better! He really knows what hes doing. I didnt have any bruising and I didnt need to take any pain medication the following day. He made me feel at ease. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend him!

Their ability to take care of every patient as if I was their only patient is unique in the health care field. They have always gone out of their way to accommodate me when it wasn’t alway easy. I was referred to Dr. Murrill by my primary care physician (PCP) after I told my PCP that I was hearing ringing in my ears, which is known as tinnitus. I’m in my twenties and although it is not impossible for people my age to get tinnitus, it is not common. There are many things that can cause tinnitus.I had an audiogram performed and the results indicated I had no hearing loss. The audiogram wasn’t performed by Dr. Murrill. It was performed by a young extern who looked like she was still in medical school, which made me doubt her experience and ability to correctly administer the audiogram. After the audiogram was performed, I was put into a room to wait for Dr. Murrill.When she finally saw me, my meeting with Dr. Murrill lasted no more than twenty seconds. She seemed like she was in a rush. She looked at the results of my audiogram, checked for earwax inside my ears, and that was it. She didn’t take any X-Rays or anything. Her diagnosis was that Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMD) was the cause of my tinnitus and that the ringing in my ears would go away in two weeks; and if it didn’t, then I should schedule another appointment with her.I wasn’t given any medication or anything. There are so many things that can cause tinnitus, and I don’t know what made Dr. Murrill so confident in her diagnosis since she didn’t take any x-rays or perform other tests to back up her diagnosis. She never took the time to explain anything or give me an opportunity to ask questions.I was charged $173 for a twenty-second meeting with Dr. Murrill. It’s been two weeks and the ringing hasn’t stopped at all. Why would I schedule another appointment with her if she was wrong the first time and she’s just going to charge me another $173? This place is more concerned about taking your money than actually see you get better.If you want a doctor that genuinely cares about your well-being and will explain things to you and won’t get annoyed if you ask them questions, then go somewhere else because you’re not going to find any here.

They got me in on a short notice and fixed me up right as rain, I had nose bleed issues and Dr.Weingarden was my saving grace. thank you.

This office showed high levels of unprofessionalism, poor communication and they failed to put the patient first. All things I look for in an office when looking to have a safe and successful surgery. This office is no longer an option for me and I will be looking elsewhere.

Dr. Jeffrey Weingarten treats my chronic ear infections a few times per year.He and the staff are always professional, friendly and helpful.

I suffered with not being able to breathe well through my nose for too many years and finally brought this up with my PCP who referred me to ENT Consultants and Dr. Weingarten. Within two minutes of seeing me, Dr. Weingarten diagnosed me with polyps and had the administrative staff schedule me for a CT Sinus Scan. After that, I had my followup appointment with Dr. Murrill. She answered all of my questions and was very personable and kind. A few weeks later, Dr. Murrill performed my surgery at Great Lakes Surgical Center. The ENT Consultants team provided thorough literature for pre and post-surgical care so I felt very prepared. I still have gauze in my nose but my recovery has been completely uneventful which is good and every day I feel better. I look forward to being able to breathe through my nose thanks to the team at ENT Consultants.
