All staff is great. Dr. V. is personable; takes time to hear you out ; and, offers insight to assist in taking care of your concerns.

The doctors are very professional as well as kind. They take a lot of time to ensure you get excellent care and to answer all of your questions. The doctors have a wide range of experience and are able to assist with many different types of medical needs. I would highly recommend seeking services here!

Dont usually have to wait too long to get appointment and, when you arrive for your appointment, they get you in promptly. I have at least gotten a professional diagnosis from Dr. Farrugia. The staff is wonderful. Its more than a three hour drive from my house to see him and I will continue to make the drive to see him.

From scheduling the appointment, the short wait times in the office, to the care from the doctor, it was an amazing process. Dr Varjabedian has always had my best interest at heart, and he’s my favorite Doctor because he’s humble, off the charts intelligent, and provides amazing care. If you need an ENT, give him a try you will be glad you did!

The staff was okay, Brighton friendlier than Novi. The doctor my daughter saw (twice) decided he doesnt do pediatrics AFTER TWO VISITS. He referred us out to someone else who hopefully is more concerned about helping people rather than criticizing their physical deficiencies and passing his comments and views off as concerns.

Dr. Lepoudre and the staff at ENT Specialists in Novi have been great. I am always seen at the appointed times, and the doctors and nurse spend enough time to make sure I understand the results of the tests. Family cant tell where the scar from the thyroid surgery is. Dr. Lepoudre is great. I would recommend her to anyone. Her staff, the other doctors, nurses and office staff are first rate.

This review is for Dr Seel. My husband had breathing problems for most of his life and relied on nasal spray which did little to no difference in his ability to breathe normally. He visited many doctors here in Michigan and over seas and they all basically told him he has allergies. I did some research for nose specialists in the area and found Dr seel. At the first appointment he diagnosed my husband and told him that he has a deviated septum some swollen glands and the base of his nose is collapsed and the best thing to resolve his breathing issue was surgery. Fast forward to today he is post op 3-4 weeks and he says his breathing has changed dramatically. We appreciate Dr seel and can’t thank him enough. Not many doctors in this day and age take care of patients and properly treat them from the heart but with Dr Seel it felt like he was god sent. From the clinic to the hospital he was amazing and made us feel comfortable and in good hands. Thank you for giving my husband the ability to breathe correctly. If anyone needs an ENT don’t think twice about visiting Dr seel!!!

I went to ENT Specialists because of unexplained, sudden onset sneezing. It would last for one day and then be gone. Dr. Sayal suggested allergy testing to start and it turned out thats what I have. The protocol Dr. Sayal has me on has been wonderful - I havent had a single sneeze since I started treatment. Dr. Sayal never seemed in a hurry and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend ENT Specialists for your allergy needs.

The complaints about wait time are understandable, however the reasoning behind waiting is fair, and poor wait times is the least of your concerns when looking for a doctor. I saw Dr. Christine Lepoudre for a septorhinoplasty and she rightfully takes her time with each patient and is willing to teach you about your issues, unlike many doctors that will you quickly send you out the door. I am very happy with my results and how she treated me as a patient.

The quality of care is good but the wait times are abhorrent. Twice, I had to wait an hour after my appointment was scheduled with Dr. Lepoudre to actually be seen.

Was referred to this office by a friend. I’ve never had an facial procedures and was very excited to get some advice on trying something new!! Appt was at 130.... got taken back at 210... to sit in the room for another 20 min!! ( still no doctor) 1+ hour to see a physician for a consultation is absurd. I will NOT be back nor will I ever recommend this office. First experience needs to be “the best” experience- mine was a zero. Very disappointed.

I saw Dr Varjabedian for my ears, as usual he was very professional and the staff phenomenal. My issue resolved with one visit and I recommend the doctors and staff at ENT Specialists for all your ears, nose, throat and facial issues!

I am 63 and have been addicted to Sinex (and others) for over 45 years. I have tried many solutions and none have worked. I told my wife i need to take care of this as i can hardly breath anymore and she got me to see Dr. Ricky Sayal ... what a blessing this chance was. Not only was he understanding of an embarrassing issue (with dry nose and bleeding picking at the crust and more), but his assistants were equally pleasant and relaxing to be around. Fast forward one month and i am off this drug and can breath and just got done with the check up. I knew surgery was also an option, but at this last meeting, he neither pushed or suggested strongly to have this operation but instead said, Why dont you continue on this regiment in a modified version and in 8 weeks come back and you tell me if you would like to proceed ... i was dumbfounded. It was not about making another dollar, but about his patient being comfortable and relaxed. Thanks all!!

I was struggling with an ear infection for over a month before my doctor recommended seeing an ENT. I was quickly fit into the schedule the next day. I saw Dr. Varjabedian and I highly recommended. He was very thorough, kept budget in mind instead of having me spend lots of money on expensive medication. Made sure I understood everything going on and even wrote down things so I could remember after leaving the appointment. You could tell he cared about me and my health. If your looking for an ENT, I highly recommend ENT Specialists, especially Dr. Varjabedian.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Seel to remove my tonsils finally after almost 30 years off issues with them. His office has always been kind from the beginning. They explained every bit of my care before hand and made sure to check in with me after. Dr. Seel always listens to what I have to say and has never made me feel rushed or pushed to the side like other doctors have which I appreciate after years of being put on antibiotics and being I would be fine for decades. I highly recommend Dr. Seel to anyone with ENT issues. My first encounter with him though was over a year ago when I needed a mole on my face removed and he was able to do the procedure in the office, when my dermatologist wanted to do it in the hospital and was going to charge me 3x more than Dr. Seel did. That was the day I decided if my new primary doctor finally decided to have my tonsils taken out or if I had any ENT needs I would be going back to see him and I am so glad I did!

I had an exceptional experience with the Dr. and technicians. I highly recommend this ENT practice. They were prompt and explained every service they were providing.

The initial greeting with staff was very timely. No waiting or delay past appointment time. The medical support team was thorough and professional. Physical history along with problem or relevant symptom information was gathered with an objective interview and immediately uploaded electronically. The ENT doctors were credible and medically proficient. Their conversational comfortable engagement while problem solving and administering care, was very assuring.

Wonderful, friendly and clean facility. Dr. Is very thourough in his exams and gives detailed descriptions of what is going on and what next steps are. He also is patient and makes sure you understand what is being explained to you too. He also took my sons tonsils out and after surgery called us several times to follow up on his recovery. Everything is in a portal too, so you always have access to his notes in case you forget what he says and your test results.

The doctors there are knowledgeable and caring. They answered all of my questions and most of the time you can get in to see them soon usually within 1-2days. I find trying to see my regular doctor takes 2 weeks.

Dr Seel was referred to me by my primary Doc for a growth that was in my throat, dr seel did a wonderful job removing the growth, as if it was not there. I continued to see him for almost 2 years to check and make sure all was good. with the change of my diet, and less acid foods i was released.Dr seel and his team were always professional and worked with me even when I did not have insurance. I would recommend going to him for anything ENT related.

This place could be great, except for their wait times. If you have a lot of time to sit in a waiting room waiting to be seen, then this is probably a great place for you. However, if you dont have that that kind of time on your hands, I would suggest going anywhere else. Easily sit in the waiting room 45 minutes to an hour PAST my appointment time each time I have been here, not to mention the amount of time it takes for your actual appointment once it begins. Why bother even having appointment times if you cant ever meet them. Like the Doctor and Staff, but wont be back out of pure frustration alone.

The doctor was fine, but I was not called into the exam room until 45 minutes after my appointment time. They have you sign a statement of the patients responsibilities, one of which is arriving on time for appointments. Im not sure why that is not a 2-way street.

Was seen at the Farmington Hills office. I wouldve gave it a 5 star, but the wait was over 2 hours long! I went to get something to eat from cafeteria; came back and still waited. However, the doctor was amazing, great energy, very informative and attentive. I guess I would say it was worth the wait!

TLDR: hour-long wait in the double-capacity waiting room with maskless patients plus prospective additional thirty minute wait in the back rooms has me looking elsewhere.I arrived for my 10:00 appointment at 9:45 (I was told to come early to fill out new patient paperwork). I was told there were only six people allowed in the waiting room at a time, so I waited in the car until they called me to come in (9:55). The new patient paperwork was easy and only took a couple of minutes to complete. Because my PCP wouldnt do a referral over the phone and I am trying to limit my exposure, I was willing to pay without insurance out of my HSA. I mentioned this on the phone twice; when I made the appointment and when I confirmed it. It was also not in the confirmation email or on their website.We (my daughter and I) waited an hour in the waiting room. There were thirteen people in the waiting room I was told would only have a maximum of six people. Two of them had masks covering only their chins. At 10:55, the receptionist told me I needed to have the card I was going to pay with. All our other doctors have you pay online after the appointment and no one mentioned needing the card on the phone both times I brought it up, so I didnt have it with me. At this point, I gave up. We waited 55 minutes for my appointment. During that time, I saw three people go back and not check out, which means people were waiting in their rooms in the back for at least thirty more minutes, too.I used to visit Dr. Korkigian at his Botsford-adjacent office, but I wont be back to this practice.

I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. My doctor is very professional, skilled and knowledgeable in his work. He helped me to breath through my nose once again. I was satisfied with the outcome of my procedure. I would greatly recommend this ENT group to everyone.

Worst expriance ive ever had, not only did i get called a baby by the doctor repeated time and the worst patient ever, i was also told that what other doctors have told me was very wrong. She didnt care at all when i felt uncomfortable or in pain, just told me continuous that it doesnt hurt and 5 year olds have this done.The wait was over and hour and half for this experience and nothing even came of it. It was overall horrible.Though the staff was all very kind and friendly it was just Dr. Lepoudre.

Dr. Varjabedian is hands down - FABULOUS! He always cures me of my ailments but if I had one complaint, it would be the wait. If we could schedule patients to come in closer to the time the doctor will actually see them - that would be great! I waited over an hour just to be brought in the room - to wait another 20 minutes for the great doctor to appear. No one has that kind of time to waste. I get it, we are all busy ... just schedule me when I will actually be seeing the doctor!

Saw Dr. Farrugia for an unexplained nasal blockage. He was compassionate, and explained both the diagnosis and the medical procedure I needed clearly. Although I was only expecting a diagnosis on my first visit he was able to immediately perform the procedure to remove it. Things are healing nicely and I can breath again after a month of intense discomfort. My only complaint is that I waited about 45 minutes from the time my appointment was supposed to start to see him on the first visit. My wait time was more reasonable during the follow-up appointment. Overall Im very grateful for the medical care I received.

Excellent experience overall. I was a little late because I had some difficulty finding the office but they were very considerate about it. The staff (from receptionist to the nurse) were exceptionally nice and courteous. Dr. Ferrugia seems very knowledgeable and most likely this was a one time visit for me but I would highly recommend this practice.

Very disappointed. Was harassed over a 40 dollar copy that they didn’t bill. When I stated I wanted to check out my credit card statements to verify, I was treated like she knew what card I used. Then I talk to the receptionist to make an appointment, she went over the same thing. When I simply said I want to check my records and if it wasn’t paid it will be paid. Then I got a statement with a letter pin pointing out everything. Mind you I had paid 400 out of pocket so why would I skip out on 40. I told them cancel my appointment. I got no sorry or let’s see how we can address this. The way it was handle was insulting and unprofessional. Plus they scar she was fixing now has a scar around it bescause too much medicine was applied and burnt my skin.
