I went into the Novi store with no appointment and was greeted by Cynthia who was most professional and caring about my needs and had me see Paul within 5 minutes after my hearing test Paul went over all of the Miracle-Ear options and I purchased a set of hearing aids my ears are very sensitive Paul and Cynthia worked very hard to find the right dome for my sensitive ears I’m so glad that I chose Miracle-Ear it’s a joy hearing all of the wonderful sounds I now hear it’s also a pleasure to have Cynthia and Paul care so much about my hearing that Cynthia seems to always jump through hoops when I encounter an issueThank you so much for caring

Came into Miracle ear today to see hearing specialist Nate! We spoke a lot about all the different hearing aids available! Was unable to purchase something today, but plan on coming back in the future! Cynthia was wonderful in helping book my appointment!

Penny and Nate are super helpful. It is always easy to get an appointment. Questions and concerns are immediately resolved. Love the three year free unlimited cleaning and adjustment.

Paul hit it out of the park with my Fathers Hearing Aids. The Hearing Aids themselves are an older model and my father has been having difficulty for sometime now getting them configured just right. On top of that he was having issues with them and one of them had to be shipped out for repair. My father lives in the Port Huron area and has struggled to get the right level of service in that area. I live in Novi and suggested that he come to the Novi office. Nate and Penny are awesome folks and super helpful and friendly. Paul, the general manager was able to help my father and explain the functionality of the hearing aids that my father has in a way that really made sense to him. My father is so happy, relieved and pleased with the level of service from this store. So refreshing to have such great customer service. Thank you Paul, Nate and Penny!

Thank you Nate for helping Kelly and I take that first step towards making life a little brighter! Kelly was very excited (as was I) and when we left we were testing out her Hearing Aid in every way possible. We went to dinner and had a great time. Its going to take a while to get fully adjusted but for the first time in a very long time, Kelly can hear on both sides! I cant tell you how pleased we are! Miracle-Ear has an excellent product and a very good staff. I am completely pleased with their product and service. They take care of my hearing needs with personal service and advice that is superior to most medical staffs that I have interfaced with.

My mom got an appointment right away when her hearing aid wasn’t working. They showed much compassion when she arrived not feeling well and gladly gave her a hearing test after fixing her hearing aid.

I have had my hearing aids for nearly two years now and I love them! During the periodic visits to the office for cleaning, adjustments and follow up testing the entire staff has been friendly, courteous and helpful.

I would like to say that Paul at Miracle-Ear went out of his way to see me at the Novi office. He was so helpful at fixing my hearing aids so that I could hear much better then what the aids were set from the previousBig Rapids office. He also gave me a figure as to what new hearingaids would cost which Big Rapids did not want to let out that information.I had asked him about loaners if the hearing aids need to get fixed and sent in, he politely said he can help in that matter.So I must say he is special.Penny you are special also in my books. Thank you ever so much as togiving me directions to the Novi Office.
