Do not go to the att store in oak creek on Howell ave . We were there for two new phones and to switch my service over to my wife’s . We were there two hours because he entered my info incorrectly and couldn’t fix the problem. They got in a hurry and almost lost my phone #in the process. The store closes at 6pm at 5:15 pm was told I had to drive to 76th st by south ridge maybe they could help us, after we paid for everything . I was angry to say the least so we sped a crossed town with our unhappy 5 month old in tow . They fixed the problem in 5 minutes thank you .DO NOT go to the store on Howell ave .You would think they would have at least gave me a free charger or a case for the epic amount of trouble .

Today I had the best experience with at&t after 3 weeks of a problem no one could solve from customer service, sales or their supervisors that Colin at the Oak Creek location was able to resolve an fix with-in 30 minutes. Since moving to the area 3 weeks ago at&t representatives over the phone through sales, customer service, technical support and managers dont know what they are doing an need to be retrained. From cancelling appointments without notification, sending TV boxes to wrong address, and inputting wrong information do not call over the phone. When I walked into the store Colin along with the other fellow store sales personnel greeted me with great customer service and Colin was very knowledgeable to where he fix that on going problem in less than 30 minutes or less. Colin deserves a promotion and 6 stars for the overall experience. Thank you Oak Creek At&t.

I dealt with a gentleman named the same as me but, I think he had 3 ts in his name! That was super cool, never heard of that before. He knew exactly what I wanted/needed. Was very polite. He brought up his garden while doing my phone transfer. Turns out we both 💕 blue berry bushes in particular, just a great person. He tried saving me money on tv, but, im in a contract with spectrumBut, noted when my contract was up so me and the kids can start saving for a trip. Ive never had a better experience at any Att store, ever. I will be seeing Mattt from now on. Thank you Mattt! Youll definitely be seeing more of me. Like it or not! 😂 keep on keeping on brother!
Went in to this location to ad my mother in law to our cellular plan. We explored some options and we opted on an unlimited plan that was $45 per line for three lines. We also added one new iphone to the plan that we were told would ad $10 to the bill. Before taxes we were told the bill would be $145 a month. I figured with taxes and government fees we would be right around $160 a month which is completely acceptable. I received my statement and it was $219!! The sales rep added all sorts of extra protection plans and extra bs that we did ask or sign up for! Been an at&t customer for over ten years and this is completely unacceptable. I’ve tried calling help support and nobody can seem to get this corrected. I should have known better when the sales rep refused to answer what my exact bill would be every month.

The store employees dont deserve 3 star the employees there being as good as they knew how brought the star from negative to a positive 3star. AT&T and their call in customer service is getting worse then ever because of this I cant give no AT&T store a positive review.
These 2 representatives made my experience great. Although I did end up needing a new phone, they did everything to help make it painless financially. Brandon was great and his supervisor Matt was helpful as well. They both had great customer service and went beyond.. not just with me but with all the customers there after me while I waited for my photos up download. I guess I can see why people pay their bill there! ;)

Worst experience.
I was told by the individual who helped me set up cable in my apartment that I would receive a higher package than what I received. On top of that I was told a gift card would be coming in the mail, and guess what never came? The gift card. I had to contact customer service and wasted an hour trying to get basic cable channels (Customer service for AT&T was able to assist me and gave me a good deal to fix the mess that the local AT&T caused.Did I mention that I never received the gift card that was promised me when I signed up?
I came in because my bill had gone up almost $90 per month, we were at the end of our promo pricing, but there was no warning that the increase was about to happen. Initially they were very helpful, offered to switch us to Uverse to take advantage of promo pricing again and asked what channels we needed. We found the package that, I was told multiple times, included the channels we asked for and we set up installation. After installation 3 of those channels were missing so I contacted the store. I was told again that all 3 of those channels were definitely included and that the technician had made a mistake. I was given a customer service number to call and according to the person I spoke to they may need to send a technician but they will definitely get this fixed for you Customer service told me those channels were not included, there was nothing they could do to help, and I should contact the store. I did, and met the most uncaring, unhelpful, clerk. I repeated the story, his response was, yup, its not included. In the course of the discussion he told me its not included and nothing you can do will change that unless I wanted to pay for the highest tier of service. When I raised my voice (no threats, no swearing, but louder as I was quite unhappy at this point) he threatened to throw me out of the store, told me I could cancel service (You are well withing your 30 days) and pointed out that there was a Spectrum store down the street. OK....we are now Spectrum customers and have all the necessary channels for almost $100 per month less than ATT wanted. Its called bait and switch...dont deal with them.
Sam, the manager, was helpful and friendly. AT&T provided me with a wireless home phone that I need for my business. Nothing is simple with AT&T but Sam made it as easy as possible. I will add a fifth star when the device is installed and the service is working as promised.

The person who waited on me was great. patient with me and took the time to help figure out my work phone to order what I needed.even when an another person came back in store and was upset with him cause his Bluetooth didnt work he told he be right with him and when I left he was going out to help him. Sorry did not get his name but he was awesome.

The multiple times I have been here over the last couple years these guys really just dont know anything. My experience last night compelled me to actually write a review.I had previously talked with an AT&T rep via their online chat option. I verified that my phone was eligible for an upgrade. So I went into the store to do said upgrade since I thought it would be easier in person. Boy was I wrong. After giving him all my info, he logged into the system then proceeded to tell me that an upgrade wasnt possible because our plan bundled wireless billing with home internet and that I had to decouple those and that takes 3 full month billing cycles. Needless to say I walked away extremely disappointed.I proceeded to call AT&T support and they told me what I already knew, I was indeed eligible for an upgrade. After having the support rep write notes on my account assuring my eligibility, I went to the AT&T store downtown and after a bit of a wait had my upgrade completed, brand new phone in hand.TLDR; Dont go to this AT&T store they are clueless and unhelpful. Find a different store!

Dont waste your time. I came in because my phone screen wouldnt turn on (notification sounds still worked). He tried turning rebooting my phone, but obviously couldnt see anything. I said it might still be under warranty and he gave me the number to call to find out, but I couldnt make any calls because my screen wasnt turning on. You can call from a landline. Oh, you mean like the one you have right over on the counter?I realize theyre an authorized retailer, not an actual AT&T store, but what good does it do to give me a number to call when I am unable to make calls from my phone? I dont have a landline. He didnt bother to ask if I did. He just wrote a number down on a post-it note and said Sorry.

Honest and great s3rvice there truly is nothing like att. I was lied to by Sprint and moved back to att and they were honest about what j would pay and I was able to lower my bill by another 15 bucks to 33 bucks a month.

I paid my AT&T bill there and the next day the phone quit working and I scheduled an appointment on the 6th and they canceled that appointment so its been rescheduled for the 12th so Im not very happy with the AT&T home service for wire phone

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This is NOT an AT&T Store, regardless of what signage they put on the building. This store is a complete scam. I bought my new iPhones here, but they did not refund my old phones. When I tried to get a refund, they only offered store credit. AT&Ts corporate store also would not take the phones back, so they scammed me out of $200 because I had to sell them at a resale shop for half the price.Despite asking repeatedly for Apple Care, they instead gave me an insurance plan that increased my AT&T bill by over $40 per month. The people here do NOT work for AT&T, they lie about their affiliation with AT&T, & they will cost you money that you wont have to spend if you go to someone competent at an ACTUAL AT&T Store, like the ones by Southridge or Bayshore.Avoid this place! Avoid it at all costs! It is a dishonest scam.

This place is a joke. I purchased a phone and after 3 days decided it was a piece of junk. Took it back for a refund and not only did they charge a 30 dollar restocking fee they refused to give my refund in cash...which was the method i paid for it. Apparently their company policy is any amount over 30.00 a company check must be mailed to you...what company does business this way? Its now been 3 weeks and no check as of yet...Im sure ill have to hound them until i get my money back.
The stores on 76th never seem to answer their phones-literally have tried calling every day for 3 days to check their inventory. Oh-and AT&T app/website does NOT accurately display in store inventory-so I wont be driving to the store or shopping here.
I came in to exchange a phone that I had gotten from this location 2 days earlier and was denied service. They racially profiled me and sent me to a more urban location. I plan on contacting fox 6 due to the racist employee who lied in my face about not having the phone available. When I called his store from corporate he changed his story.
Sales staff (4) all gave information and time for probing questions without pressure for AT&T service and phone. New products are coming and suggested waiting to see if my needs could be addressed in the next few months.
