Got a lemon of a phone 5 days earlier they exchanged junk phone, new phone works fantastic so far.

So this past Friday I broke my phone very late at night. So first thing Saturday morning I called US cellular to see how I can about the situation. A guy named Ryan K answered and was super helpful with the situation that I was in. So he told me to come in Sunday so we can discuss getting a new phone. So I got in around 3pm today and right away asked for Ryan. Right away he ran down the options I had to get a new phone. He even went above and beyond to call corporate/customer service before I got there to see what they could do for me. He had it all figured and in like an hour I had a new phone. On top of that, he’s a personable guy, and clearly a great worker. So I appreciate him.I would like to say, that I live right by a store in Cudahy but from here on out I’m driving to Oak Creek and asking for Ryan if I have any future complications with my phone.

Upgraded two phones on Friday. Ryan Kerekes was representative we worked with and he was excellent. Explained everything, answered all our questions, and was very efficient with the upgrade and turn-in of our old phones. Have no complaints or reservations and cant imagine how things could have been done better. Five stars for sure.

I normally don’t post reviews and I’ve always been very happy with the customer service I get at this location which brings me back! I was in there yesterday to get my son a new phone and as usual great customer service! But today was a different story I had to go back in today because of 2 problems my son was having with his phone . The lady that helped us was very rude and unwelcoming. she made us feel that we were bothering her by coming in ( we were the only people in there ). and as she was fixing the problem which turned out to be a very simple fix she made us feel stupid for not knowing what the problem was! She even at one point got on her personal phone then put it on the charger. Very unprofessional!

I needed a new phone fast and they were so quick with helping me pick out a new phone and case, and especially transferring my data with a very limited view on my old phone. Writing reviews for me is super rare, but Im so super pleased with Roberts help, that I just had to. Ive been a US Cellular customer for a long time, but hes been the very best help Ive ever had. Its so good to find someone who understands what they are doing and not the type that says I think or probably or other worlds that impart no confidence. He was able to cut through the clutter and noise and illuminate a good path for our needs. Major thumbs-up!

We cud not be happier with our service! Not only did Will Larkin show extreme patience with new I phone users, but he was extremely informative. We instantly felt that he had our best interest at heart and that it wasn’t just about the sale. E weren’t planning on purchasing phones that particular day, but because of him we couldn’t see ourselves going anywhere else! We were shocked to find that he wasn’t the manager. When we call for anything we ALWAYS ask for him. If this is how general sales employees are here, we will keep coming back. Will should definitely be manager or running his own store, and if he does, we will follow him! Service like this is hard to find!

Ive had a cell phone since Primco. I have never had a salesman like Ryan. He worked with us before we even decided to switch phone companies. He walked thru every detail so we would not be surprised by any charges. He never rushed or pushed us to switch. When we decided to go with US Cellular we went back to him. By the time we left I felt like he was a friend not a salesman. Absolutely would refer anyone who wants good service and the truth go here.

Jeremy Means at the Oak Creek store is the best. Been to numerous other stores and this is the first time customer service really was great. Very patient and helpful. Did not try to over sell anything. Answered all our many questions. Left very satisfied with our purchase and his true customer service. Thank you Jeremy!

I had the BEST experience at this store. I needed a new Samsung Note 10+ and my local store was out so they recommended Connect Cell. Robert helped me that day, explaining each step and what to expect. I upgraded from the Note 5 and MANY things were different. Less than a week later Robert checked in with me to see if I had any questions!!! I feel he went above and beyond what I ever expected. I have been with US Cellular for 16 years, good cell coverage, great phones, and fantastic service keeps me and my family as customers!

I had one of the best customer experiences on Monday with Brad and Timothy. My phone kept shutting down and I am not tech savvy. Unfortunately my old cellphone got wet. Will gave me all my options for buying a new cellphone and got me up and working. He had me place my old cellphone in a bag of rice and asked me to come in a week later to see if he could retrieve contacts, pictures, etc. It took awhile and he really went above and beyond to retrieve all my old data. Very satisfied, especially with Wills above and beyond effort!

Updated 7/21/2020: I was blindsided by the customer service. Robert did NOT fully explain the 50% off a new phone special. I thought I was buying a phone for half the price. Boy, was I wrong. I am being charged monthly for the entire amount of the phone. I am getting a monthly credit for my bill, and not the phone. I wanted to payoff the balance (which I thought would be minimal) because I have been completely unsatisfied with the coverage. My calls keep dropping in various areas within Milwaukee County. I also need to use free wifi in many places I go because I get poor reception. Now, not only do I have to pay the full price for the phone, I am being forced to stay with a company that is unsatisfactory. People: PLEASE pay close attention to what your salesperson is saying. Dont get screwed like I did!!I had the best experience with Robert and Deana. They catered to my every need. The process of getting a new phone, and switching from Verizon was seamless.

Robert was very helpful and, since I was not exactly sure which phone I wanted, he took his time explaining the options and also really worked at attempting to get my former information from my old phone, that was no longer working, to my new phone. Thanks for the great service and I would refer others to also patronize your store.

My experience with US Cellular at the Oak Creek location has always been a good one. My “go-to guy” Robert, is the reason for passing up other stores just to come to the Oak Creek store! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and sold me accessories based on real experience, not just what cost the most(like a certain MKE location). I appreciate that in a business!
