Very good customer service. Had a problem trying to transfer my number back to Verizon. Joe Morgan solved the problem even though it took over an hour. The way Joe handled it made me feel good. I could see he really cared about me as a customer. It was my mistake that caused the whole problem but still was treated with respect. Thanks Joe!
Good service this morning. Google tells me what to think, twitter tells me what to say, and Facebook tells me who I can say it to. Now be a good lamb and get back in line.
Staff was very helpful setting up my new phone. Very good customer service. And store set up for social distancing so that was a plus.

Sarah bailed me out of a huge jam with a difficult data transfer, and she made it look easy! I left the store with no anxiety over lost data or files. This crew was absolutely top notch. As I waited for my data to transfer, the staff helped at least 6-8 customers with various issues, and I wasnt even there that long! Great experience all around.
I was refused service at this store because Im a disabled US Army veteran. I was a Verizon customer for almost twenty years but no longer. I never felt more humiliated in all my life! I cant believe they did this. I will go out of my way to tell people to drop Verizon and or go else where. I hope they go out of business soon! A one is too high of a rating for them . Dont shop here they descriminate against wartime US veterans! BEWARE they are not good people!
Terrible customer service when you dial 611. I have to wait multiple hours to contact a rep. I dread when a store tells me I have to call 611
We worked with Joey and he was amazing! He walked us through every bit of changing phone lines and even gave us a direct number to call him at if we had problems. Overall, we had an awesome experience. Thank you so much Joey!

Customer Service was decent. Poor customer seperation during these times. Almost sent me home not fixing my issue until I mentioned doing it a different way. Ended up spending 3 hours trying to get something fixed that got fixed in 30s once I suggested the fix.

First off, i love the new store layout and feel. The staff at this store are incredible. They helped me resolve my issue quickly. I also witnessed them handle a customer that was using some interesting language and jokes. They kept their cool and steered the conversation in a more appropriate direction. Well done!

Sarah was great, set up my wifes phone without an issue and was very kind! However, when I went back to get my phone activated Tukker was not nearly as nice, and refused to waive a $35 activation fee that Sarah said shed Maybe once ever actually charged. Too bad Sarah wasnt around the second time! Ill just order the sim online, they wont charge me $35 for absolutely no reason. meh.

Had such a hard long three days getting our new phones and having them activated. I just want to mention that Andy did a fantastic job the entire time and was there to help us all 3 days. After the 3rd day of everything being squared away over the phone our phones still wouldnt activate. But again Andy saved the day and got our phones working for us. Plus he stayed until after close two of the three visits. His customer service is exceptional!

This location is extremely difficult to talk to a live person on the phone. You call the number and it takes you to a computer based person.
