We showed up slightly early to the store and all the employee did was point at the sign saying what time they open. Then inside the store another employee couldn’t explain why the bill was increasing, couldn’t print out anything since the account was listed as “paperless” and told us conflicting info from the phone rep. He did give his cell phone number to us and told us to contact him if we figure it out by recalling the phone reps. Shouldn’t an employee be able to do this? Unhelpful company all around with tons of hidden fees. Thankfully we switched providers.

I worked with Shane and Robert and they were amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I will recommend this store and the people to everyone.

Went to the store and worked with Nikko on switching. He was extremely helpful and answered every question I had. We had 5 phones to replace and he got us out of there quickly.

Had an issue with my bill and they had it fixed in 10 minutes. Very fast, friendly and efficient. Definitely would go to this location again.

NEVER EVER USE US CELLULAR! I am beyond pissed! The store in Oak Creek lied to me and is now denying it! They told there was a free tablet offer since I switched over 5 lines from Verizon. Bill comes and the tablet is on there! I call the store and the lying ass salesman said I never told you the tablet was free. My entire family was in the store and heard him! Now they refuse to take the tablet back and meanwhile am charging me for it for the next 30 months! Screw them!

If you live in oak creek and are thinking about going to us cellular DONT DO IT!!!! These people LIE to their customers about promotions to make sales!!!! I feel bad for the phone reps because they gotta pick up all this slack and problems the store reps give. They told me I would get $300 in promotional cards to switch over. $200 to a visa I could use anywhere and $100 to use only at us cellular locations. I got the cards and it was only for $200 and it had to be used at us cellular! Here now trying to figure out where the $100 that they owe me is. They also lied about the promotional offer including a free sd card. These clowns are worse than ATT!!!!

Way too overpriced, not so great customer service. Bills kept rising every other month.

We were told by an associate we had to use at least half of our promotional $100 gift card to buy accessories in order for the rest to be credited to our monthly bill. After calling US Cellular customer service we found out this is false and all of the $100 can be credited to the monthly bill.

Love US Cellular.
