There are not enough words to fully thank B&M for their amazing service and care. We sadly had a horrible experience with Family Hyundai in Tinley Park last year and they put us in a pretty unfortunate situation. We truly thought we were upside down and had no hope to get out of the predicament they put us in. We even tried another Hyundai dealer and calling corporate, but no dice. B&M was truly a what the heck moment - and I am so incredibly thankful we took a chance on them and walked into their building. I was searching Car Guru for a vehicle large enough for my large family and came across a 2004 Chevy Suburban. I inquired about the vehicle and put that I was looking for to finance this vehicle with a certain amount down. The next day Dominic and Chuck reached out to me saying that I was approved, when could I stop in. Being a truck driver sometimes I have late nights so I asked if I was able to send my girlfriend in with the paperwork needed to finance and then when I got back from my delivery I would come into finalize everything. They agreed to this and because of this I was in and out in 30 minutes. There were no hidden gimmicks and they have stood behind their words from the moment I was told I was approved. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I come across looking to get a vehicle. As long as you are upfront and honest with them, they will be upfront and honest with you!

TERRIBLE! Don’t waste your time or money! We drove from St Louis to purchase a vehicle. We offered less, because we felt that’s what it is worth, we ended up paying the asked amount. The truck had TVs, they assured us were working, but had no dvds to test them so we trusted them. Wrong! We asked for a Carfax and never received it, ordered it ourselves and found the car was in an accident! We should have run away the TVs are cracked, the airbag light came on a week later, only one running board works, the wipers are zipped tied down. The tires have bubbles in them, the touch up paint they used wipes off and revealed chips all over the car! Unbelievable, we contacted them early on to get the TVs repaired and to see the status of the spare tire they said we would get. They said send them the estimates. Guess what? No response. We can’t even get the car registered because it won’t pass a safety inspection. Never again

Was sterotyped as soon as I walked on the lot because I am black. I had to walk into the dealership in order for someone to help me. John did not try and find out about the kind of vehicle I was interested in, he immediately started grilling me on credit as if I’m not qualified to be in there. After asking him for the keys so I can check out a vehicle he then decided to ask for them back literally after me having them for about 30 seconds because I told him i was at least a week away from a purchase. In this 30 seconds I was not able to check out the whole vehicle. Being a former car salesman you are supposed to help the customer make a good decision and help them feel comfortable on what they are purchasing. You’re not just buying a car but you’re buying service.

I love this place, I was treated like family by John and Chuck. They had a few vehicles to choose from, and I got to test drive all of them. They even let me take it to lunch so my wife could see it. Honest review . Went in having my doubts due to a late night text about my car I wanted to buy the night before I was to pick it up . When I arrived I ended up waiting a very long time to buy the car I wanted due to a program error on a Tesla I was buying . These guys are very friendly......but...... I have had my truck, 2011 Chevy Suburban, since April 17, 2018..less than a month ago. Havent even had a payment due yet and I am having lots of problems with it. There are electrical issues with the truck for sure. When the car is running, the acceleration jumps causing all kinds of warnings to flash on the dash board, then they disappear. Also, the transmission light is now on. OMW back to work today from my lunch break, the car died on me while at a stop light and jerked the entire rest of the way. The gas gaige started telling me the gas was almost gone and theres over half tank. Wow, and only $21,000 left to pay it off!

Several problems with car after being told it was completely checked out by mechanic. Fuel fill inlet ($400) code could of been cleared by any person with hand held computer. new battery ($160) spark plug seals ($159). All these problems could of been avoided by a complete check out by certified mechanic. Get your car checked out before buying please!!

I inquired about pricing and availability for a car here and the response from John Ott was very unprofessional. From improper text-like grammar to zero customer service, he was by far the rudest salesperson Ive ran into...and that was just through emails.

Be very careful of this dealership. I have had a very bad experience with BM auto. I had a signed contract from dealership with a paid deposit. They resold vehicle to another party. Process is currently ongoing with attorney general of Illinois.

I have a late model dodge durango, I needed a fuel pump. New fuel pump was installed within 24 hours. Still was experiencing some problems, started getting check engine code, fuel guage stopped working, took auto back to B&M, service manager/owner Bill, dropped tank again installed new fuel pump and replaced pigtail connector. 2nd fuel pump was under warranty so no charge there. No labor on 2nd visit, just charged for new pigtail. Couldnt be happier. I like to do a lot of work myself, dropping fuel tank is not for me.... I have been using B&M over 10 years, never had a problem they wouldnt rectify fairly and honestly. They cost more than DIY, but the trust in work being done correctly is priceless!!
