I remain impressed with the high level of service I receive from Ryan and Aaron in the service department at Porsche of Ocala. Very few car dealerships truly understand the importance of taking care of their customers like these guy’s. Specifically working with my schedule to get my Porsche 911 serviced. You can expect professional concierge treatment even if you live outside of Ocala. It’s evident that they work on building long term relationships with each of their customers. There is always someone friendly that greets me by name when I take my vehicle in. It’s worth noting that they are transparent and honest with their pricing and push to get everything covered under warranty unlike some of the other dealerships. With service like this, it’s no secret why Porsche has some of the highest customer satisfaction and loyalty ratings in the industry. When you buy a Porsche you aren’t just getting an amazing vehicle but a lifetime of quality service to go with it. It’s comforting to know that I always have a service team on my side that is willing to help at anytime!

Best experience Ive ever had on a car lot. My daughter bought her first car here with Scott Prince. She wasnt buying a Porsche or a BMW, and she was still given A+ treatment. Everything was straightforward and beyond friendly and professional. Scott Prince is an absolute southern gentleman. I would recommend anyone buy a car from him.

Picked up my new Taycan from Porsche of Ocala. I am beyond pleased. The level of customer service at this location was exceptional. Scott was my point man and delivered above expectations. The entire team was great. The Taycan is a beautifully designed electric vehicle which I acquired after selling my 911. I have not lost any speed. We will come to Porsche of Ocala for our next vehicle.

Very small dealership with only a handful of used Porsches at a time - and not that many more new options. However, theyll order any car and have great 911s and Taycans available to check out or test drive. The service guy is great and because it is a smaller dealership it is very easy to get services scheduled and completed, have someone answer your call, get questions answered, etc. Everyone I have dealt with has been great. They offer some deals to P.O.A. members so check their site before getting an oil change or other service.

On the way from Palatka to Tampa. Stopped in Ocala to charge in Chevrolet right across. Chevrolet charger was broken and Nissan charger was totally different shape and form. We then Stopped at BMW of Ocala who gave us excellent service and offered us to sit and relax while our new Mach-E charged. The manager said there was a quicker charger in Porsche, right next door, but was only compatible with Porsche vehicles. Even then, we tried that and the manager of Porsche was very happy to assist us and we were charging. He clearly insisted we come inside and have tea while we rest. He even gave us details on the vehicles we were looking at inside. He even told us to sit on the chairs and watch golf. Overall extremely excellent. Would highly recommend this dealership to friends nearby.

I just purchased a 2020 Caymen remotely via virtual experience, and I will say that The experience was absolutely fantastic. Darnell, John, and the management team went above and beyond to make sure that there was constant communication, pictures and videos, encrypted documentation, and my overall satisfaction. A special shout out to the Porsche ambassador, Darnell who communicated with me several times daily, was always available for questions, and never hesitated to make sure I was taken care of.I can only imagine what the customer service experience would be like if I were there in person.5/5, 10/10 rating from me.

Casual browsing. Saw a Taycan 4S and 922 S.

Ryan Barbazon suggested two things for me to do to my 991. 1) tint my windows so the Florida sun doesnt make my inside door panels pop off (again), and 2) install grill screens so a rock doesnt fly through my grill and kill my radiator (costing potentially thousands in damage to each side). I had them both done and it was excellent quality and the price was reasonable.

Its always a pleasure having my Cayman serviced here. Ryan is great to deal with and always keeps me updated. Definitely worth coming here to have your Porsche serviced.

I am from Denver, CO and purchased a 2019 Cayenne S from Porsche of Ocala. This was one of the best car purchasing experiences ever...and we even traded in our Mercedes! I had Porsche of Ocala to pick up my Panamera because I had a few problems with it, told them about the problems, and problems didnt get addressed. Then they brought me back my car with a flat tire and the tire had a nail in it and said they were not responsible for it but was quick to try to sale me a new tire. They claim they are not responsible for damages when they have your car.

Everyone knows, these are excellent vehicles. Everything spotlessly clean. The staff at the dealership very attentive, friendly and hospitable. Complementary coffee. I was waiting for work being done on my car at VW of Ocala.

I purchased my car in March in Atlanta and was in FL to start renovations on a house and heard I had recalls on my Panamera so I took in. They took it back to the shop and unfortunately my vin number was unable to be found so they couldn’t perform the recalls. Shortly after I left I heard a loud sound and pulled over. The cover under my car was loose and dragging the ground. I called in and informed them and they told me to bring back in the morning. I’m here now and they said they didn’t lift the car or remove any screws. It’s crazy that I drive this car all over Atlanta and have driven it down to FL twice and never had this problem until I left the dealership yesterday. Very upset about it but just going ahead and purchasing new screws and having them put on.
