Very easy purchasing process with the added advantage of negotiating over the phone and email. The dealership worked with me to get an acceptable fair purchase price to us both and without sales pressure. Another great bonus was the vehicle was delivered to my home the next day. All of the people I dealt with from the dealership were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. A good car buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership.

The remodeled facility inside is an improvement, everything was nice and clean. I didnt partake of any of the snacks nor refreshments so I cant comment on that part..The reason for the low ratings are for the long wait times-2 hours, for an oil change. That is ridiculous. Oil changes should be 30 min max, if the shop is behind then prior to arrival the customer should be notified so they can decide whether or not to reschedule. Waiting at the dealership is time wasted, I would understand if the service being provided is one that grants such time but for an oil change that shouldnt be the case. On the other hand, Jasmine the service agent actually was the best service agent Ive had there at Mazda. She didnt bother me or try to rack up all these services. Upon arrival, she knew what I wanted, provided expedited check in and directed me to the lounge area. No waiting around for someone to service me, no side talk chatter, which contributes to the professionalism of the agent. Honestly, my downfall with this particular Mazda dealership is the long wait times. I dont know how many reviews on this particular matter must I notify you on.

I went to do a test drive and buy a car. Pros- The process was smooth for the test drive. The buying process was fast. Cons - One of the sales man didnt wanted to look at their online offer that they lowered the price of the car to me, no $50 gift card for doing the test drive (offered in an email) and no $50 gift card for fuel that was offered because it was late and the car was not full of gas (they offer the tank full of gas when you buy a car with them). I contacted them by email about the gift card and they said they were going to look into but never did something about it. It has been two weeks and never receive it.

I never thought I would have anything nice to say about a CAR DEALERSHIP, but Shayne, Brian, and Nikki really went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for, in a time where cars are scarce, expensive, and frequently both. They were able to find the car with the options I wanted, get it transported to my area, and even delivered the car to my house, all for no extra cost. I was not much on taking cars back to the dealer for repairs but Jenkins Mazda has done a lot to regain my trust into going back to the dealer for service. Mo....Melissa in service was a big part of that new trust. She went out of her way to make sure I was informed on issues and cost. And then kept me up to date on how things were going. The employees were very patient, very understanding, great problem solving, explanatory, great customer service as well as mechanical. They never got irritated with me calling a million and one times, always took the time out to explain, problem figuring and solving. The service was quicker than expected and felt very home bound. 2.5 STARS. I received a text message from a sales person a month or so after my original visit. Initially they were not able to find a good fit for me, but I was pleased that they kept me in mind when new vehicles were brought in. HOWEVER, when I was contacted to come back I was also informed that just for test driving the dealership was giving $50 gift cards. It has now been over a week and I still have not received my gift card. I asked for a call from the manager and was told that there was a system error. It has been OVER a week, and I still have not received what was promised to me. Poor customer service and false advertising. I love my new car, and my salesman, Scott was very helpful, but I dont appreciate having to fight for what was promised to me more than a week later. And as of this review, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.

I bought a 2013 Honda Acord from Jenkins. First Let me say I was walking and had no transportation. Brian called me saying he had me financed. Even sent a salesman out to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. They did help me get into a car. I drove my Honda back home that night. I even got a $100 gift card. For that I thank them. But what I get is once they sell you a car they dont know you anymore. My Honda broke down and I called the salesman asking where to have my car towed to. Operator checked to see if he was there. Came back and said he is with a customer. I called several times and got the same response. Standing across the road one day I saw him outside talking with other salesmen. Called and told he was with a customer and I was across the road looking and he wasnt with a customer. Another complaint= I brought my son to the dealership and he got a 2012 Acura. I was told that I would get a $160 gift card for bringing him. That was about 5 or 6 months ago I think. Still havent got it. Was told if I brought other customers that I would get same. Why would I do that if I didnt get it when I brought my son in. One last complaint= Was told I had a 3 month warranty on my car. After it expired I went to the finance manager to see if I could purchase more warranty. No could do because it was very expensive. Then I found out that I could have gotten extra warranty and it could have been added to my loan. I wont tell any people to go there, Ill tell them what happen to me and ask them to not go there. I know that wont hurt Jenkins but bad word of mouth will not do any good.

We bought a new Mazda3 that was driven by one of the employees. We were issued a broken key and did not get the all weather mats that were clearly shown on the sticker. Gave the dealership an opportunity to correct deficiencies....got the run around. No call backs no...no fixes....just excuses. Terrible experience here.

Came from out ot town to purchase vehicle for my wife. Brian the internet manager did an excellent job being transparent with me and getting the information over promptly to secure financing. While there Scott was prepared and had the vehicle ready for me. The vehicle looked better than advertised. I sell cars personally and great full to see the level of customer service they put into the sales process which can be cumbersome. I dont leave reviews often but they definitely earned one!

I took my SUV in for repairs after the bumper was damaged by road debris. They were pleasant and professional on the phone, got me in quickly, and checked the car out quickly but thoroughly. They had to order parts, but patched the car up so I could drive it in the couple days of wait time. Kaitlyn on the service team even brought me back to the service area to show me where the damage was, what they had patched up, and what the full repairs would entail. I really appreciated that transparency.I thought the pricing was fair, especially for the speed and professionalism with which they did it. Id definitely recommend taking your Mazda vehicle into them for service.

Since then they have been dismissive, unhelpful and almost avoiding me, its impossible to get through to people or get actual help or answers. Terrible actual customer service. Beware. My experience was negative, I would recommend avoiding this dealership. They posted wrong information on the car as far as mileage and hide information from me as far as the history of the car which I found out later at the dealership. I wasted a trip to Ocala (45 miles away) to find out that the car they advertised had 9K miles more. I complained to the manager who did not really care and said that he was going to send me a gift card for the inconvenience... which was yet another lie as they did not send anything. Not trustworthy.

Run from this dishonest dealership!I bought a used Mazda 6 and was told it needed a safety inspection. A 30,000 mile tuneup and the to be detailed to remove scratches and a dent on the hood removed .After being told the car was done it turned out it wasnt. Only one side of the car was detailed and the dent was still there . I was told to bring it back which I did . Still wasnt done and was told they needed to keep it until Tuesday to remove the dent .I was told it was ready and when I got there I saw the car was sides wiped and new scratches were on the car . The used car Manger and also the internet sales manager told me the scratches were old and they were there before even with the salesman TJ telling them they werent there before . They then told me they had bent over backwards to please me . Yet the dent they kept the car an additional 5 days to remove is still there . After having it inspected the tuneup I was told was being done was not . Dent still there and I had to finish detailing the car because theyre not honest at all.If you promise to do things for a customer who just bought a car from you why dont you just do what you said you were going to do .Sadly being a dishonest used car salesman is a sport for these people !Run away from these folks !!

Very disappointed in the customer services I received today. My appointment was at 10:45am. I dropped my car & key off to Mazda dealership the night before. I received a text message and voicemail at 8:00 am stating “ Hello, if you have any questions while your vehicle is in for service at Jenkins Mazda just reply to this and Melissa will be glad to assist you”. I called 8 times, everyone gave me the run around. At 4:00pm I received a phone call stating that they had the wrong phone number & they wanted to finally give me a price of 400 for a tune up. I told them I was on my way to come get my car. I arrived at 4:13pm. My car wouldn’t drive. I opened the hood of my car to discover a disconnected part with air flowing out of it. No one came to assistant me at Ocala Mazda dealership. These people made my car drive horrible. I am extremely disappointed, I feel like they treated me unfairly. I don’t advise anyone to do business with Ocala Mazda. I have to spend more money to get my car towed to Orlando Mazda. I also have to miss work on Monday due to not having transportation. The transaction was fairly quick yet they did not rush me. Brian the sales manager was honest and to the point. If he said he was going to do something he did it. TLDRA a car that I bought from here had a transmission failed twice on me before my first payment was due, costing me a job I loved. Now, short of a miracle Im going to lose the car I worked so hard to get, tank my credit thanks to a repossession, and set back a few years of really hard work. I wish Id never went to Jenkins Mazda and urge everyone to stay far, far away from the Jenkins shops in general.For those who want the full storyI debated on writing this review, Im not a fan of writing review unless I have something really good to say about a service.Unfortunately, this is not one of those times. In August of this year, I I decided to buy a car. The one I had was over heating, a bit of a gas guzzler, and had caused me to miss work twice that year because of mechanical issues. While money would be a bit tight at first, I realized I could afford up to a 400 dollar payment on a car, and Id finally have the peace of mind that came with a good vehicle. I worked a county over and did a lot of driving for my job.On August 11th 2019, I entered Jenkins Mazda looking to buy a reliable vehicle that was good on gas as I drove a lot for work. I bought a 2019 Chevy Equinox from Jenkins Mazda. I was thrilled. The car looked brand new, it was sturdy and safe, and they were even fixing up the AC for me as Id noticed it was a bit weak in my test drive. I thought Id finally hit the dream.It ended up being a nightmare. I drove it off the lot on August 13th, and by the 15th it was back with a full transmission failure. Fortunately for me, it was replaced and put under warranty. I wanted to get a different vehicle, but I didnt have the credit, and was told unraveling the deal would make it worse. Thinking that I didnt want to wreck my credit, I told myself it shouldnt happen again, and id be fine until I could put a warranty entire vehicle for peace of mind. I shouldve unraveled the deal, sadly, but you know what they say about hindsight.It just got worse. On September 20th, 5 days before my first payment was due, my transmission failed again. To make matters worse, while I was given a loaner the first time, I was told my insurance didnt fully cover it, and was unable to do so the second time. I ended up missing more work until I had enough to pay for an Uber. One way was anywhere between 50-89 dollars to get to work depending on the location. I even upgraded my insurance to a better brand so I could get a loaner during the repair. By the time I got back it was too late. I spent 100 dollars to get fired from the best job Id had.To add insult to injury, the car needs new wheel bearings, and the Service Stabili Trak warning and ABS lights have started coming on while going to interviews. I finally received and offer for an excellent job, but by the time I start and make enough to re stabilize, it will likely be too late to catch up on my payments.At worstI lose my car.At bestIm stuck with a vehicle thats been fantastically unreliable so far, and will need expensive repairs. I was quoted at 900 plus tax to fix the bearing. Not to mention a warranty that will, hopefully, cover any other ridiculous issues that pop up until I can get away from it.In the end all I can do is work, and hope and pray to whatever god is listening that I can recover quickly from this. But I do know that Ill urge all my friends looking for a car to stay far away from Jenkins. The car I bought ended up being catastrophic for me, and somehow managed to do the complete opposite of the reasons I bought it. Peace of Mind, Reliability, Making my Working life Easier, and Building Credit.Ive also added pictures of the terrible keys I got. They couldnt even be bothered to give me a decent set.

I have to say what a great service person Katelyn is to work with. I bought my car in 2014 at Jenkins and have brought it back to Jenkins anytime routine maintenance is needed. Each time Ive dealt with Katelyn. I think theres only been two times anything major has happened with my car resulting in repair work (nothing too terribly expensive either) and again Katelyn took care of me. This time she has really raised the bar. As long as I have this car I wont be going anywhere else for any work needed and it will be Katelyn I want to take care of it. She is truly the example of service excellence.

Disappointed by this dealership. We made an appointment to see a car. I called the day of to move the appointment time to 30 mins later. We got there, and the car was not even at that dealership. We also never got to speak with who I made the appointment with- even though he walked right past us, glanced over at us and kept walking. They then attempted to give us other car options to consider at their dealership down the road, but they couldnt even get in touch with them to see if it was still on the lot. I am not upset about that part, just the fact that the car wasnt there, and no one told us. Even though I called before we came- we live almost an hour away. Felt like very poor customer service and I doubt we will be returning.

I got a flat tire driving home from FSU and this was my closest Mazda dealership. I called and explained I needed a new tire for the rest of my 5hr drive, and they explained they were busy but would squeeze me in and get me back on the road. Was delighted that they was going to get me into a nice car. ask several times for a small car. They only showed me a Sants Fe. 3rd row. pretty much said based on income and credit. that was it. I liked it after taking test drive. And it was 100% better then what I went there in. But less then 2 months it was in their shop. And my extended warranty did not cover it. They said it would be 374.00. I choose not to. because I can get it done cheaper.I am paying way more for this then I would have paid at a buy here. pay here. 6 years of payment. And got the same results. I could have taken that money and put into the car that was paid off. very disappointed. But atleast I went out of there. with something nicer then I went in with. Guess that is the most important thing.

The sales people were very helpful since we were driving over a hundred miles to purchase our vehicle. They explained it to us exactly as the vehicle was when we arrived our deal was already negotiated and we got in and out in a few hours. We felt that the car could have been cleaned and prepped a little better we did still notice the outline of the stickers on the window but we love our 2020 Mazda 3 hatchback premium edition so much...we just cleaned the windows ourselves LOL!

I had a very good experience here, and this was the third dealership I visited before I bought the vehicle I had my eye on. They were knowledgeable and responsive without being pushy, Alejandro drove around with me and knew everything about the CX-5 and even offered to give me a lesson anytime at my convenience, which I will need. Brian explained the breakdown of the costs associated with making the purchase and was just plain honest with me about it, which means everything to me. I am a 67 yr old woman who doesnt know much about the workings of a car and I didnt feel fast-talked, I left feeling happy with my purchase and would come back there again

Went here with the intention of purchasing a certified pre-owned CX 5 based on the price and information listed online. I realize dealer fees, tag, taxes and title are not included in this price. However, after test driving and initially starting to talk numbers, the finance manager pushed for my current payment information which is not needed to determine a trade value. Once going over a few more numbers Chris preceded to tell me that he could not honor the price listed online which is ironically labeled as a “no haggle price” on the website. Overall, very unprofessional and condescending. Upon deciding that this was not the vehicle or dealership for us, I thanked the sales associate for taking the time to test drive and he did not respond at all. I was also informed that just for test driving the dealership was giving $50 gift cards, I guess they don’t honor that either. Would not ever go back to this dealership.Update: I checked the online site again this morning and they’ve increased the price of the vehicle by $3,000. I wonder what other vehicles they’ve listed incorrectly.

I was in for service 10/16/20.While waiting for the service to be done, wearing my mask to protect others, I saw no employees in the showroom/waiting area wearing masks.Staff was congregating together, no masks, no social distancing, and walking around and near customers.I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe, and in the future, I will not support a business that, by their actions, show that they do not care about the health of their customers.

Everybody is very nice when I go here. Just had one minor problem. Tried to do a rear brake change on my 2018 Mazda 3 GT and they fail to tell you they have 2 versions of Mazdas, Japan made and Mexico made. Come to find out a lot of 2018 Mazda 3s are Mexico made AND HAVE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BRAKE PADS THAN THE JAPAN MADE. Every part store only sells japan made and the right brakes online are $60+. A lot of research later I found that 2016 Mazda 6 brake pads work for this car. I hope this saves someone trouble in the future and some money because Mazda overcharges BIG TIME. If your VIN starts with 3 you have the Mexico model.Just a heads up.

The staff was very polite. They explained anything that needed work on the car and gave the cost so there would be no surprises at checkout. I had a problem with the dashboard screen and they checked to see if it was still under warranty. They also and pointed out that I had a coupon for another item that was being done. Washed the car too. I had a great ride home.

BE AWARE....the online listed price for Jenkins Mazda does not include the CPO certification cost. That added almost $2,000 to the vehicle cost!! Also, you should be aware of their $899 dealer fee. I learned this after driving 3 hours to see a very specific Mazda CX-5 that Im looking for. I was very disappointed as their reviews are very good but not really surprised. They were all very polite and the salesperson, German Bracho, was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Highly recommend him! After I had left the dealership, I received a message that they would like to send me a gift card to reimburse travel expense which is really nice but apparently the website was not working to send it. Ill update if they send it.

Im a tough buyer, but Im a buyer. I dislike the old fashioned sales tactics which requires salesmen to lie to take as much of your money as possible.This was not the case with Jenkins.
