I had my wifes A/C worked on. It was ready one day after they ordered the parts. This is my first encounter with affordable auto air. Nice people and a clean shop. It was expensive but all A/C work is that way any auto repair shop you go to. If it lasts it will be worth the price for the repairs.

Well just got my jeep back it was there to get a oil change and to fix the air bag light. It turned out their was a part inside the column, behind the wheel and air bag ...not something I like to mess around with! Jen managed to make the time that day for me to get it fixed for me and back on the road safely. I can not say thank you enough to them for the kindness and consideration for my familys safty. I will keep going back to this shop for all my repairs no matter how easy or difficult of a job it is.

Jen and her husband run a top-notch operation - I bought a vintage Jeep (without A/C) sight unseen in the Ocala area and had them install an aftermarket kit I purchased from Jeep Air nearby. The installation required several custom components (which Jen sourced for me) and she kept me up-to-date with texts and photos of progress throughout the project, which took a week. Everything was done over the phone and could not have run more smoothly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Affordable Air to anyone, no matter where they live - Jen said people have shipped cars to them for A/C jobs and then had them shipped back and I would absolutely do this if another project called for it. A+++!

How great are these folks? I drove 100 miles from Jacksonville to have them work on my Jeep!I ordered a completely new AC for my 2006 Jeep TJ from Jeep Air, and had the team at Affordable Auto Air & Care do the installation. Im handy, but A/C is fickle. They did a great job, and even provided some minor follow up service.A completely new A/C is a big investment. And these folks and Jeep Air, treated me right!

I used to go to another shop in Ocala but their work quality has started to slip. I went to Affordable Auto on the advice of a local transmission shop to have my a/c checked after spending $1500 at the other place and it still wasnt right. Shawn found the issue in minutes and it has been great ever since. Recently, they corrected a very frustrating brake issue on my truck. Look, you are going to pay good money wherever you go. Why not go where you are treated right and the work is done well. Affordable Auto is now my go to shop for all my work.

They repaired AC on two of my vehicles. So friendly and easy to work with. I was impressed with how quickly the repairs were done, and how well Jen communicated with me during the process on each of my vehicles. Professional and courteous.

These people provide quality service at a fair price. They will be up front with you and won’t try to nickel and dime you! I had taken my old car to them a couple times, they were always a pleasure to talk to. Made sure I knew what was wrong and broke down the cost for me. Ford Fusion A/C blowing ONLY hot air. My A/C was worked on in New York by 2 shops AND Ford service center. After 10 days and $750 it was still blowing hot.Affordable Auto Air & Care (Ocala Fl) had me up and working (less than 2 hours labor) for $250. Im completely satisfied with their service.

Drove from Baltimore to Ocala and our ac went out in Virginia. In July. They diagnosed it the day we arrived and provided me with an estimate and a recommendation for a separate repair I knew needed done. The ac repair was well below what I expected to pay and the brake repair was typical for what needed to be done. She showed me the purchase orders for new parts and had the final bill itemized with the exact prices quoted to me after the diagnostic. All the repairs were finished the next day. I would definitely recommend this business and will go there for anything that comes up in the future while visiting family in Ocala.

Great people and amazing service! Got my vehicle worked on and they were very helpful with fair rates.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review about a business but there was too many things going wrong for me not to. Brought in my car, the evaporator core was faulty, had it in the shop for an entire day. When I picked it up the air was still not cold. They said it must be a faulty evaporator so I had to put the vehicle in the shop for another day which was inconvenient.When I finally had my vehicle returned the microphone for my Bluetooth speaker was now hanging from the sun visor instead of the roof panel, also the microphone never worked after that day. It was only today that I confirmed why & thats because they never plugged it back in when they had my Dash apart, because I found the wire today.And to top everything off, they broke off a piece of my trim on the dashboard because they thought they needed to remove it to remove the dash and it turns out they didnt. And when I brought it to their attention they denied any liability even though I know it wasnt like that when I brought it in there. I had to super glue the piece back on because the bracket was now broken.I let this go for 2 years until I found the microphone wire hanging in my dashboard today that was the last straw...From my personal experience I would not recommend this establishment for any major work.

Behind all the smiles and attention hides a predatory attitude against the unsuspecting customer. I took the car to them to fix the air conditioning, and they charged me EIGHTY DOLLARS AN HOUR! for five hours of work, to change an evaporator, which is clearly abusive. I ended up paying over $ 700 for work that should not have cost more than $ 150.How much does an official car dealer charge for an hour of work? Why should this mom and pop operation charge the same?I will never recommend this place to anyone, and of course will never return to them with any of our cars. It is highway robbery. Shame on them.

After being referred by Turner Transmission as the best in the business of trouble shooting electrical issues I took my 2001 Dodge diesel 4x4 in to diagnose why overdrive did not work had Trk. for week then was called to pick up Trk as repaired paid $460.00 cash big mistake Trk never shifted into overdrive called and returned Trk. owner went on two week vacation by now I am out of my Trk 3 weeks upon their return was told I needed a $52 dollar noise filter after they replaced my overdrive solenoid that I had already replaced claimed I damaged when I called to address claim owner was rude and attempted to talk over me they wanted another $1,200.to replace ECM and connectors at this point was advised by council to retrieve my Truck after contacting owner of my intention to pick up my truck and would be there on one hour when I arrived the Owner left his Wife to handle the matter she was an emotional wreck the owner is obviously a Coward to leave her like that but if the truth is known he was probably hiding in the back with his employee Consumer BEWARE There was more to this but you get the point Nuff Said just received call from owners wife Jen @ app eight am 8-11-17 said she could not sleep because of the way things went asked if I could meet me at three oclock to refund the money I agreed when i called she texted that she was with sick mother could she call me over the week end I agreed but replied that it would have been nice if she would have called before I drove all the way from Gainsville will post if any further events take place again Consumer Beware!!!! well it is Monday and I guess owner finally come to terms with Screwing a Customer never called over weekend to refund as she claimed she wanted to do so if you are reading this dont call me again.!! I BTW I found the short .

RIP OFF was referd by an acquaintance from work im here from out of town they quoted me $478.00 for freaking spark plugs ha to pay $613.95 cause he broke them all even after I told the guy in office to stop work if he broke any.But its ok because it was supposed to be $725 or somthing but i got a discounthow nice! 👎Be ware is all.
