I have a 15 Jeep Grand Cherokee and for whatever reason, the company made changing out headlights impossible to do on your own. You have to practically take out the front end just to get to them 😒 So after the dealerships turned me away because of not having enough time to change them, I didnt want to go another day with no headlights and was told to go to QuickLane.Who?The guy at Chevrolet called them to make sure they could take me, which they could. Brandon got me right in. Changed out both headlights and fog light, as well as my license plate (I couldnt get it off) and washed my car!Thank you so much!

Amazing service and very friendly, Greg helped me with all of my cars needs. They were done in a timely manner, make you feel very comfortable and explain all the details to you. They also have a transportation car that will take you home, or drop you off whenever you would like and bring you back when your car is done, his name is Bill and he is wonderful. I highly recommend using this Quick Lane.

They stripped the lug nuts on my sons tires and then had the gall to tell him it was a Ford defect and made him pay for new ones. I saw pictures of the nuts and they improperly used an impact wrench to remove the nuts. I have removed the lug nuts on his wheels many times over the last couple of years and never stripped them.

When I arrived they were busy. There were a few customers in the waiting area. They havw a bench outside and it was nice to sit out there. They told me 2.5 hours, they were busy, it was Saturday at lunch time when I arrived. They we done in time they told me they would be. The staff was friendly and informative. I would come back again and recommend them.

They are always quick with oil changes. Usually only there an hour without making an appointment with my truck. They are very informative and dont pressure you into anything.

In and out under an hour with one or 2 other customers in the lobby. Guy at counter was friendly and knowledgeable with minimal up-sell. Service techs were polite and thorough with no pressure on extra service aside from informing me of what needs to be done, most of which I have been putting off so they were right on the money as far as that goes. First time there, will return for next service.

Got there at 4:45 in the afternoon, Was pleasantly surprised to get an oil change and tire rotation and were out of there by 5:30. I will come back.

Pretty fast service and friendly help. Brandon is efficient and helped us get in and out with new tires on a busy afternoon in a couple hours.

3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation on a slow afternoon. Car was up almost that entire time. Stripped lugs on my wheels (did replace though) but did nothing at all to compensate me for that ridiculous time and trouble. A week later I got a flat tire, and the lugs were impossible to get off without a Road Ranger assistance and impact wrench which also struggled to get them off. Not cool, not safe. Im sure this isnt standard but it was a terrible experience.
