I would post zero stars of given the option. There is a reason Deluca has such a bad reputation in the community. Sadly, I was put into a position where I had to take my car there as it was a hybrid and most regular car shops wont touch it. Driving down I75 trying to get back home to Miami when Christmas tree lights up on dashboard so I was in a bind. Service looked at car and said it was a bad invertor cooling pump. After looking online part runs about $60 on Rock Auto and takes 30-60 minute to replace. The part they priced me was $160 and with labor?? would be $800. What?? Then they charged me $125 just to plug on the scanned to see what code was run. We politely declined service there and wanted the part to do myself. After going back to pick up vehicle, the parts sales guy gave my friend a hard time saying its $4500 and chuckling. Clearly he thought he was being charming and funny. He was not nor were we impressed. We finally got the part and after an hour I had it replaced myself. They didnt even clear the codes. They have a saying on their hold music that You are the reason for our success. B.S. If you want to get taken to the cleaners then by all means go there. Get the free manicure they offer that you actually pay for. If you want to be treated by an ethical dealer then AVOID DELUCA at all costs. They ruined our already stressful day. Zero stars, if that were an option.
I would have appreciated my service advisor calling, texting, or paging me overhead that my car was ready. I was told it was in the car wash and he would check it but I didnt receive confirmation that it was ready so I could go.Overall, great service on the vehicle. Just wanted more considerate attention to getting me on my way when they were finished with my car.Love the car wash!Much appreciated😊

Took vehicle in promptly and did a excellent alignment as car steers very smoothly and in a straight line.
Went in for the 6 month oil change and this was done well. The mechanic sent me a text video of my car in the shop and showed me my dirty filter, burned out light and suggested that I also replace my windshield wipers as they were streaking. I said to go ahead and do all that. I appreciated that video nice way to actually see what they are talking about. So all in all it came out at a good price and my car was good to go.

Went to the dealer for a recall and first thing they told me that driving in they took a picture of the cars wheel alignment. They said the wheel alignment was very bad at the worse it could be in one category. I asked them to define the problem and he said we dont interpret the results.Starting to tell me the price I told him I was just there for the recall . I told him the car drove straight and there was no abnormal tire wear whatsoever. We noticed they were doing this with every customer that drove into the service area. I question the accuracy of this machine and without a doubt it is a big money maker for them. When we went to pickup our vehicle they could not find the paperwork and then we had to wait on the valet to finally bring us the car. It seemed like the previous employees that waited on us earlier were no longer around. Not a fun experience and will probably not go there again even for a recall!!
Mike Manly, my service advisor at Deluca was so helpful and patient with getting my CV axles and CV boots repaired on my Toyota FJ cruiser. I visited the repair center 3 times and they were very eager to help me fix the problem. They also were awesome with listening to the customers needs and reccomendations, which is usually awkward at other dealerships. I couldnt say enough good things about this dealership. Everything from the customer service, to the quality of work done by the mechanics. We will definitely purchase our next Toyota from Deluca. Thank you so much for keeping FJs on the road! Hopefully Toyota decides to make a new model.

I asked them about servicing my transmission because I only had the car not that long and it hasnt had transmission flushed so I wanted to get it done. Its over due but its not that bad and they refused my appointment saying if they change it at a high mileage it can cause mis-fire Im sorry but that is no excuse in why you can service my toyota when you are a company for my vehical then they wanna say I never been to them for past service. If I had a history with them then it would be no problem. It shouldnt matter!!! I havent had any issue to go to them for service. Now that I need it they refused me.

Took in my Prius 2914 for oil change and service, Tracey was fantastic as usual, she is very through, we discussed my car and told me about an hour or so... so I went to the mall, in like 35 minutes I got a call from her saying car is ready.... what.... I hadn’t finished my Starbucks yet... lol the driver of the van does a great job I don’t know his name . I had some body work done for an accident covered through my insurance company. Temporarily losing the use of my car plus the looming bill was very stressful. Marty, Jen and Raquel all made the repair process very seamless and quick. I am very thankful I chose Deluca Toyota Collision Center for my repairs. The quality of the work is exceptional and the rental car I paid out of pocket was very reasonable. I will always use them in the future for any additional repairs I may have. Thank you!!!
I just purchased a 2020 Camry using the internet service. The quote I received was much lower than I expected and certain discounts given for being a veteran. I purchased the vehicle based on that quote without even considering further negotiations. The staff was terrific and accommodating. The facilties are great. I will drive further for my service at Deluca but I believe it is worth it.
Make sure that you have alot of time for an oil change even with an apt. Unless you bought your vehicle there. Oil change was fine but increase in price everytime I go.
