This place is the best, not just for tires but also services including oil changes. Dave and his team are always friendly, professional and very timely. I highly recommend them. I was on my way home (over an hour and a half from here) when my low tire pressure light came on, I pulled over and saw a screw sticking out. I just happen to see Tire Choice from the road and made my way to them, hoping they weren’t closed and would be able to help! I am so glad I did! The two gentlemen that helped me (I didn’t get their names 😩) were AMAZING!!! They weren’t able to replace it since my tire needed to be ordered, but they were able to plug it and tested it to make sure it would be safe enough for me to make it home on. They also gave me some good information on the car (I recently just purchased it), I was so appreciative of the amazing customer service, the quickest evaluation and fix on a car I’ve ever had, and for not taking advantage of someone who obviously had no idea what she was talking about! I wish I lived in Ocala so they could take care of my car regularly! Thank you again!!!

I ran over a nail and went straight to Tire Choice which is by my office. They got me in very quick and were able to patch my tire at no cost. The associates were all very friendly and personal and got me in and out quickly which was much appreciated because I was on my way to work. The office is new and the waiting area and shop looked very clean and well maintained. My wife took her vehicle there the week before to purchase new tires and she had a similarly positive experience. I would highly recommend and plan to consider again for future needs!

I went to the tire choice in Ocala on sr200 There was a sale on oil changes 29.99 for standard motor oil. I chose full synthetic. I didnt ask how much more over regular price. It turned out to be $36 dollars more. He should have said something. I figured it would be $15 more maybe $20 outside. But $75.62 for an oil change on a Camry? Never go back!

I have used them twice now both times outstanding service I should have grabbed the guys name but I would guess manager he listens to exactly what you need an gets the job done quick. Had tires put on my aftermarket rims by them the first time took excellent care of my rims not a single mark in them while installing. And today just needed a simple tire switched out and check if the bolt that was in my one tires was leaking air. again he jumps out from his desk an instantly gets to work not the typical shop response of oh we will get to you when we can these guys crank out work. I will continue to give my business to them an refer others to them

I forgot to mention that before I went in I marked my tires with a tire crayon for where they should end up- back to front. They didnt do the rotation as advertised. Like I said- I wont go back and Ill tell friends. We have 6 cars in my family. Thats money lost by them.

I went in on 3-8-2021 to get my tired repaired due to something being in it. I walked into the store and was greeted by David! David asked me what the issue was and offered to walk out to my vehicle to see the tire in question.David said, we will get this taken care of for you and within minute Orlando (One of the most efficient technicians I have ever witnessed) found the REAL problem and had it fixed! I was very impressed by the courtesy, promptness and professionalism as I had my Fiat in need of an oil change. David was extremely accommodating, even as I needed to have zip ties put on the rims as they keep falling off; no fuzz about it. They did their thorough inspection and all was good. Came in on a Sunday and not a lot of auto shops were available, so I called up the store and was greeted and helped by a wonderful gentleman who happen to order my tire and go to great lengths to make sure he can get me in and out in a timely manner. Went into the shop to get an oil change done about 2 weeks ago within an hour of closing time and was still welcomed with open arms. The customer service was fantastic and they knocked out the oil change in no time. I was personally taken care of up front by a gentlemen named Angel Rodriguez, whom was extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.

Saw a great review online to about this new store tire choice. Thought I’d come and check it out for myself. Thought by coming in on a Weekday that it would be busy enough to set an appointment. Came in and was greeted by 3 counter guys and told I would be in and out in no time for an oil change and tire balance. Dave and the guys hooked me up with a free rotation. I’m not gonna do dealerships anymore.

Took my truck for two new tires and an alignment . They ended up doing a package deal for me all 4 tires and an alignment. My truck now runs as smooth as the day I met her and straight as an arrow. Needed new tires. Was quoted 262 over the phone but when I went to go pick up my car whoever was there (not the person I had spoken with) tried to charge me 384. I told him what I was quoted and he had to call who im assuming was his boss to verify. I could hear his boss say over the phone yea thats fine just make sure shes happy -even at 260 it puts us at 1000 for the day so clearly they had a daily quota to make. This did not happen the last time I had my brakes done, only difference is I had a man accompany me the last time so ladies I would not advise you go here by yourself because the prices will magically fluctuate and you may get taken advantage of . I am thankful the manager honored the quote he gave me but it the whole experience will probably deter me from coming back again.

With Sams club tires still being closed, in need of tires baLdly! I googled tires, after reading all the reviews. I decided with Tires Choice, the only one in my area with a 5 Star rating. Well not thinking of checking availability of the tires I needed, of course trying to execute in same day. No worries!!!! Dave was able to get them for me within 24 hrs and stayed late to complete them next night! With complete comparable prices as Sams, I may have found my new “Tire guys”. Writing a review for my grandpop who came in about a week or so and was pleased with the business of the tire guys at tire choice. Send that the two guys over at the counter made his experience very pleasant. Spoke with Kyle and another gentleman with black hair guessing he is the manager cause anything we needed done he took care of us with no issue. The store is very clean and organized.

My wife got her car serviced by the new store on 200 and said the service was fast and the employees were very professional. Thought I’d check it out cause my car needed a lot of work done. The manager of the store said they do it all. I guess this is my new auto shop for now on. Beats having to go to different places to do different things on a vehicle. Cause these guys do it all. 👌🏼

I went to Tire Choice and Total Car Care to have my tires rotated and balanced. Beforehand, I had been to another repair shop for an oil change. Cody noticed that there was oil all over my vehicle and it was obvious that the other repair shop did not efficiently service my vehicle. He and his manager, Dave, put oil in my vehicle so that I could go back and get the problem rectified. They went above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate them and will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

Very new to the area and happen to stop by on a Monday for service. The gentlemen behind the counter were very professional and the store was very clean they must’ve just opened. Anyways I took my vehicle to tire plus before to get a inspection on my vehicle Which they said i would need like a major repair that would cost me $1400 and then I happen to take it to tire choice for a second opinion. These guys were very straight forward and even happen to take care of the minor issues that would cost me a thing. Turns out I only needed to a common brake job. I saved $1100 with them instead of having tire plus do it.

Phenomenal service. When I brought my car there I thought I had something major wrong; and couldve been billed major too if they wanted. The guys there really helped out and explained what was the actual issue and fixed it within an hour.

I usually don’t do repair shops. But on a Sunday I found myself needing a battery. My vehicle happen to be stuck by the heathbrook plaza. The only place that happen to be open that was close by was tire choice. I guess they are fairly new. I called the store and explained that I was stuck. The gentleman came right over and gave me a jump and I followed him to his store location in which he had my battery in stock and found the time to get me in a replace my battery. I respect a business that will lend a hand to there customers. Usually they would call a tow but he went out of his way to pull me out and get my vehicle serviced. Thank you tire choice.

Came in a week ago for an oil change and was referred to a friend to come see David Acosta. Apparently a gentleman by the name angel happen to be working. He happen to pull my vehicle right in with no appointment needed. My vehicle got the full treatment of a oil change with rotation and filter change. A mechanic with a hat pointed out that my tires were worn out and dry rotted. Angel just so happen to have a quote ready for me and pointed out that I needed an alignment aswell with the tires. These guys are great. Very efficient and stand by there work. Never got a chance to meet Dave but he has a great team of employees and mechanics. Highly recommend. Prices are very affordable aswell

I usually never leave reviews but yesterday I went in to the new location and was going to buy tires, I spoke to Angel and he showed me some options. He compared the tires to Jordan shoes? Which was odd, and then when I had gotten estimates I look and under what is called LTI it says life time install package- lifetime balancing, lifetime rotation and lifetime flat repairs, however he told me without the road hazard I would only get the lifetime rotation and lifetime balancing ? Seemed a bit sketchy, being he told me at the beginning that the road hazard covers tires that cannot be repaired. So I reiterated to make sure I was understanding him and said “ so if I don’t buy the road hazard I don’t get the tire repairs that are fixable?” And he said no. But there’s a cheaper install package that is a one time balance or install. Why does it say lifetime tire repairs under LTI ? I asked him who made the brands and he told me Kelly tires were made by cooper tire but they don’t stock many coopers. I’m already a bit uncomfortable so I took my estimates and left. I do some research and Kelly tires are made by Goodyear. Needless to say I will not be returning with either of my vehicles because I don’t trust them already. Not a good way to start if it’s a brand new store. I’d expect with the name being Tire Choice that the counter or sales guys would have correct information on the tires they sell. First impressions is the lasting impression. Thank you but no thank you.

Went and got my oil changed yesterday, was greeted by a nice man. He looked over the car, informed me of everything coming up for service and what needed to be done that day. Was super pleased. I didnt feel pressured or like it was a sales pitch. Great experience, Id recommend it to someone eles. And I defiantly will be back.

Super Fast service, clean environment, great customer service. Greeted the moment I came through the door. Felt like home. Gentleman prepared fresh coffee for me.
