After sitting in the lobby for an hour not being told anything I had to leave. If you have time to waste then this is the place to go. If you want quality work in a reasonable time span go somewhere else.

Came here today and asked to straight pipe my 2020 mustang eco boost and sounded better than expected! definitely will come here again and was worth the wait. i highly recommend!!

Every time I go there to get a exhaust modification they always said they won’t be able to get to me today and say they don’t do appointments either. I go there early as well. Like it’s 5th day in a row showing up there for a simple exhaust tip add on.

Despite not having an appointment and having a few customers ahead of me I did not have to wait long for the mechanic to look at my exhaust system. He explained my options, one of which was affordable and do able right then and there. The work was completed in a timely, professional, and competant manner. Modern Muffler was recommended by a friend and I would heartily recommend them as well!

Modern muffler was awesome. Hundred miles from home exhaust pipe broke in half. They fixed it for me. Figured 40.00 minimum....... No charge. Played it forward by giving to appreciative less fortunate people.

This place is the best...10 years ago I was very impressed, today even more so...I need some custom work done (installed headers) so confident of this business I didnt bother to find out how much the exhaust work would cost before putting on the headers. Every time I go in its prompt professional service done right and I have to complain that they dont charge enough...if you have a problem here, I think its you that is the problem...

Professional Shop. This shop was not scared to work on my Diesel Dually with custom exhaust unlike another “performance” shop nearby that wouldn’t touch it. They were very accommodating as I had an exhaust failure and I was only in town for a day. They treated me well, understood my simple problem, completed the work quickly, and still gave me a very fair price for the work that was done. Thank you guys so much!

Coming from South Florida, this was amazing. I brought my truck in thinking it had the catalytic converter clogged up. The gentleman here tested the pressure before and after each of the catalytic converters and determined there wasnt anything wrong with them.

While driving on a back road for work, I hit something hard at the bottom of a mud hole and my muffler started making a horrible sound and vibration. Took it to Modern Muffler fully expecting the worse. Henry immediately put the car on the lift and showed me a bend support bar rubbing against the muffler. 30 seconds later Henry had the bar bend back straight and I was as good as new. Henry told me no charge. Their integrity is outstanding. They could have told me I needed a complete new exhaust system and never know the difference. I 100% recommend and trust this shop is you have exhaust issues.

Picked up my 65 Thunderbird today after 4 hours with completely new and awesome dual exhaust! They exceeded my expectations of work and managed to complete the work UNDER the quoted price!!! Keep up the great work folks!

Cheap price and excellent job

I know the basics about cars, but not much else. I went in today for a muffler delete and they helped out so much! They helped me understand more about my car and weren’t condescending at all. My whole car was done like 20 minutes after I got there. Their prices are practically unbeatable and the service is amazing. I highly recommend going here!

I wanted an h pipe installed and my whole exhaust system lifted up and welded and to not hit any part of the car. They did an amazing job all the bends and welds are perfect the exhaust is a lot higher now so no more exhaust pipe hitting speed bumps. I was missing a o2 bung on one of the headers and they welded one on there for me. Incredible skilled technicians I would recommend modern muffler to everyone.

Iv been to this shop about 6 times for different vehicles. Never disappointed with the quality, price, or time that it’s done!

Called and got an estimate on the cost of installing dual exhaust on my 2018 Silverado. Decided to drive down and let them look at what I wanted, which was a nice look and mellow sound. When asked about setting up an appointment I was told that if I had 45 minutes they could install it right now. Put it on the rack, brought out a couple of chrome tailpipe tips to pick from and asked me how I wanted them positioned. Next thing I know my OEM exhaust is gone and the duals are installed. Work was very professional. At critical points of the alignment/look they would call me over to approve. Quality work. Great attitudes. And the price was less than quoted. And it sounds great. Highly recommend this team.

I was skeptical upon arrival due to previous bad experiences at other muffler shops. However, I explained what I wanted done, and Brandon completed the job. Brandon can Mig, bend, fabricate very well. I am very pleased with the outcome, and do recommend this shop.

Dropped of my car there to have an aftermarket exhaust put on, I told the employee I spoke with that I wanted to keep my stock exhaust but might have an issue loading it into my car, first employee told me no problem he could cut it so it would fit. I return to pick my car up and another employee (long curly hair) asked what I was doing with the stock exhaust and I told him the employee I spoke with said he would cut it to where it fit in my car, the next guy said that’s not possible and he can put it in the pit for me to come get. Welp, I return to pick up the exhaust that was in this fit come to find out it was actually stolen out of it and the employee basically just told me that there’s nothing he could do. If you want good customer service from an exhaust shop, this is not the place and I will not be returning. Now in the future if I trade my car in I will have to purchase another stock exhaust do to lazyness of the employees. Not happy. Hoping the owner of the shop cares enough to make this right.

This place does not deserve any stars. Horrible customer service and lack of integrity and respect to customers. Drove all the way from Jacksonville (due to the great recommendations and reviews left on here) and had spoken to someone about making an appointment prior to my arrival. Upon arriving at the shop, they were over booked and didn’t even bother to quote me. Shop needs to expand with more workers and equipment (due to the demand) as well as the shop needs to start taking call ahead appointments. As a local business, they should cater to their customer base and clientele. Reputation matters.

I have a old F-150 and my exhaust was rattling really bad. Nothing was Secure. They replaced everything for half the price of competitive shops. Very professional and polite. SUPER FAST!!I’ll never go to a different muffler shop again. Thank you.

Great prices and fast work

Since I was in high school Ive been coming to this very same shop, and since high school Ive always been more than pleased with the work theyve done on all of my vehicles. When I lived in Texas I even got my muffler done here before going back out while on leave. They do excellent work, are friendlier than youd think men who work their butts off all day would be, and prices are literally better than youre going to find elsewhere. It was 40 degrees this morning and they all had a hand on finishing my truck off excellently. I couldnt be happier, you just cant go wrong with Modern Muffler.

Went there today to get an estimate on my exhaust which sounded horrible. Rob immediately got my truck on the lift and had my muffler replaced in under an hour. Price was extremely fair and service was great! Would recommend this place to anyone getting an exhaust.

Went to Modern Muffler looking for a muffler that would improve the sound and performance of my truck. The guy there told me I already had a great muffler (flowmaster super 10) I just needed to remove the catalytic converters! Bingo,the truck runs and sounds great!

Seems like people are satisfied with their services if you ask for something basic...I went in asking to install an H pipe on my truck and the guy asked why do I want to do that. I explained I wanted to get a bit more throaty sound out of my exaust he replied by telling me I should remove my supercharger (he was dead serious) he then looked under my truck for 5 seconds without putting it on a lift and told me theres no room for that anyway. I kindly took my keys and went to a different local shop where they did what I asked without question and only charged $25.
