So we had a rocky start but they pulled it off. We bought a Polaris Ranger XP 1000 and had issues almost immediately. Ian (the salesman) was patient to a fault and Will (The floor manager) jumped in as well to resolve the problem. I’m not sure who to thank in the service department but whoever was back there working on the machine thank you for your time and effort. We have the machine at home now and have been having fun with it since. Thank you all for a job well done.

Pushy pushy pushy. 5 people at ya when you first come up. 4k used bike goes to 6k. Then 20 seconds later its 4.8k. Then he asks me you want it today. I said I dont buy anything the day of. He said he buys a bunch of stuff the day of. So be it. The first guy that marked on the sales sheet insulted me after I said I live 5 hours away, by saying you drove 5 hours just to look, in a snarky way. I did make a hasty remark saying Im retired military, Ill drive and go wherever and whenever. On my part thats bad but I apologized. I hate to say this, but guys who just buy something off the floor the day of without sleeping on it or not doing due diligence and looking and being patient is their problem. I didnt get to be a retired military officer by being impatient. But I am impatient when it comes to haggle and haggle some more dealers. And their stock isnt even near to what they have on their website. So thats a waste. Good luck but Ill go somewhere else.

Brought my bike in today for my first service, got me in and out quickly. From the minute you walk in, to the minute you leave here they make you feel like your important to them. My service writer Ryan showed me the best maintenance schedule for my bike. I will definitely make the trips here for service, and when Im ready to upgrade, Ride Now Ocala is going to get that sale!

I deal mainly with the parts dept. Leon is my dude and knows his stuff. The service department lied to me about some work on my bike. Alot of what they said they worked on or installed was not done, and not done correctly... So I deal mainly with ordering upgrades and gear in the parts department. I am currently looking for a good service department.

Yesterday, I got myself a 2019 GXR600 and I had a great experience the whole time at this dealership. My sales rep, Brandon Alvarez was awesome and considering that Im a female walking into the dealership by myself, I was treated fairly. The finance manager, Parts Associates and other sales reps are also awesome. Very down to earth... If i can give 10 stars, I would. I definitely recommend Ride Now Powersports of Ocala to everyone! Where to start! I would without a doubt recommend RideNow Ocala...I purchased a SXS from them and moved months later to the east coast for work. My local east coast dealer proved to be the worst! I reached out to Service Manger. Lance Beachner and Service Specialist Justin (sorry i dont know Justins last name- I should) and they exceeded my every expectation. They both worked to make my required service as easy and painless as possible.Mr. Beachner tried to work with local dealer to keep SXS closer to home. When that proved to difficult, he said do not worry I will come get it. Really-Seriously? Not only did they pick up and return my SXS 150 miles away, it was done in 72 hrs! Phenomenal!! it was as clean as it left. Driver Logan took great care of my very expensive toy and did a fantastic job transporting it.I will for all service and mechanical needs in the future call Lance and Justin at Ridenow Ocala first. What a horrible place to buy from. Advertising SeaDoo Sparks brand new for $4399 but just lowered to $3999 on Watercraft Site Sales, but when you inquire you get a reply the real price is close to $9,000. Ask why the difference they say shipping is $850 but the SeaDoo site says $405 and every other dealer also says $405. Obviously, RideNow needs a visit from Floridas Attorney General. Florida hates scam businesses
