I bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Cameron. Great guy. Had a few small problems after the sale and Cameron and his dad payed for the fix out of there own pocket when they didnt have too. Its hard to find honest car dealers as you know and after my experience with them I can say theyre honest, good people. They definitely stand behind there vehicles. As long as theyre open Ill always buy a vehicle from them. Highly recommend.

This dealership is very reliable and sells a better quality car than most of the other dealers in Ocala.When I stopped in I spoke to the owners son who was surprisingly honest and open to me and I would have purchased a car from him because this is a good dealership with nice people running it and that a rarity these days in Florida because most of the used car dealerships are very dishonest in this area and cant be trusted.I do trust this dealership and I would recommend that you spend a little extra cash on a better car because a better car is a better deal...Not the lowest price and unfortunately this is what most people are looking for is the lower price but keep in mind that a good clean car that was well cared for by the last owner is worth at a couple of thousand dollars more then a car that will need thousandsof dollars in repairs in the future.I am a professional secret shopper and I was sent here to check and report back to my client and check out this business for the reason unknown to me but I did like this business model and the building it is located in and the honestly of the people running the dealership.

I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry from Jeff. This is my first time getting a car that wasn’t a beater off of Facebook Marketplace. Jeff was really helpful with the buying process and even got my tags switched over without me having to go to the DMV. Within the first few days of owning the car, I had an issue with the battery, and I told Jeff about it. He offered to buy me a new battery, but I figured out that all it was was a loose connector. Negotiated an out of state purchase with Jeff, agreed on price. Scheduled vacation from work, purchased airfare and hotel. Called to put a deposit and asked Jeff to provide a written guarantee that the car will not be sold when I get to the dealership. Jeff said, he has a gut feeling that this is a bad deal and hanged up the phone on me. What a waste of time and money.

This place is amazing!Jeff and his employees are very nice and I havent ever had such a smooth and fast experience at any other dealership. They take care of their customers and are super helpful and understanding. I have a pickup truck from here and it runs beautifully and when I thought I had a problem with it, they fixed it immediately and even went as far as replacing other things. I highly recommend this place to anyone that does not want to have their credit checked and their vehicles are beyond reasonable pricing.

We had an excellent experience at Auto Mart! Cameron and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to meet or exceed our expectations. They stayed late while we finalized our financing with the credit union, worked diligently to make sure the stains were removed to our satisfaction, and followed through with replacing our tires promptly as promised. We ended up with a much better deal than what was offered at the local Honda dealership and especially appreciated the low-pressure buying atmosphere. Auto Mart will definitely be at the top of our list when we are looking to buy another car in the future!Update several months after purchasing our vehicle we continue to get spam calls regarding auto insurance and extended warranty plans for the vehicle we sold to Auto Mart. Not sure how much of this is under their control or how all of these people got my number, but it sure is annoying.

I have always been very iffy on buying a vehicle from buy here pay here places because they lie to you fix the car enough it will drive for a certain amount of miles and then give out. After traveling over half the state of Florida to find a specific car make/model the one we were looking for finally showed up in Ocala and it was at Auto Mart. Over the past two weeks of looking I had some pretty bad experiences. That would NOT be the case at Auto Mart of Ocala!!!Adam, Jeff and Fred went above and beyond to make this experience different. Adam handled my phone call and was upfront, honest and professional. I wasnt comfortable coming in to look at the car until I was sure it was with my financial budget. Adam calculated the numbers and assured me they could do the deal. When I arrived I was greeted and allowed to test drive the car without a salesman breathing down my neck, forcing conversation or distracting from paying attention to the car. Adam had a previous appointment and Fred was the salesman I ended up worked with. He was friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humor. Jeff, the owner was there every step of the way to answer any questions that I had and to make sure that I felt confident and secure with my purchase. The most reassuring part was several other customers had come in and were all treated the same way and no one had any issues or complaints.It was raining when they pulled the car around to the front of the building for me and the young man noticed the wipers were fairly worn and so he replaced them without question. The car is about as clean as they come for used cars. I am HIGHLY impressed with my experience at AutoMart. Adam and Fred are not your typical used car salesmen. Jeff, you have a great business model and it shows through your employees and your cars. Keep up the good work and your personal touch and I am sure you will continue to thrive in Ocala. Constance Hinton SesayApproximately a week ago I started looking for pre-owned cars. I was searching on the Internet and checking some dealerships. At several dealerships the sales representatives were hovering outside or directly in front of the door to pounce on you as soon as you exited your car. At one dealer I was reluctant to get out of the car as there were about 15 standing around the door. It was scary to say the least. Several dealerships could not even find the cars they had advertised. At least 2 of them, did not listen to my request as to the kind of car I wanted, and how much money I had to work with. They attempted to push off a few junk cars they were trying to get rid of. Needless to say I promptly left.I check the Auto Mart website and saw 2 vehicles I was interested in. I called and was assigned to Adam. When my daughter and I got to the car lot there were no sales reps hovering around the door. We entered the office and met Adam and Jeff, the owner. What a joy it was dealing with him. He arranged for me to test drive the 2 cars I was interested in and I choose one to purchase. I was pre-approved, but at the last minute my credit union wanted to increase the interest rate, add insurances that I did not need or try to talk me into a new car, which was not what I wanted. As a result, I decided to decline the loan.I had really decided that I wanted the car, so I contacted Adam to let him know what was happening and find out if there was anything he could do if I came back with $2,000. He told me to come back they would work it out. I met with Adam again, he efficiently processed my loan and the deal was done. The entire process went off without a hitch and it turned out to the most wonderful car buying experience that I have ever had. I did not know purchasing a car could be non-stressful. Auto Mart (Adam) listened to me and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. The atmosphere in their office was very warm and inviting. Adam, Jeff, Fred and the rest of the staff that I interacted with were great.Jeff the owner, discussed the way he runs his dealership. Customers are not to be pressured, as it is important to listen and trying to make the car buying experience a pleasant one.
