I dont usually complain but my experience at this lot this was not pleasant to say the least. Firstly no one was there on time when the business was supposed to be open on a MONDAY am so we waited, finally a nice man comes but can hardly speak a word of English, he didnt know any prices or details, he let me test drive the a civic with 190k miles but the AC clutch was grinding and I was there for an accord that was advertised on Facebook as excellent condition just needs a new driver!, so we came back and test drove the accord, half mile up the road the hood starts shaking because its missing the grill and then the car just dies....., will not start, car was behaving like there was a fuel or electrical issue,,, luckily I was able to safely pull off in a church thats under construction up the road. From there I tried to call the business with no answer, the VM is full so no message...... So me, my wife, and young daughter had to WALK back. Thats right we had to walk back to a car lot. The non English speaking mechanic didnt even act like he cared or was sorry, he just took the keys and walked off.. so a sale was lost on me for sure. The mechanic was more concerned with giving the chickens water in their coop (yes chicken coop) than helping me or selling a car.. Curtesy and empathy are universal regardless of how foreign you are, or a language barrier... the guy just didnt even seem phased lol NO idea how this place has so many good reviews

Worst experience ever

I would avoid this place, I asked about a car I saw on Craigslist and they told me they had it and after I drove 2 hours from Jacksonville I didnt see it and they only had pieces of garbage you wouldnt touch with a 10 foot pole.

Just dropped a friend there.
