My parents live down the street and I always stop (every day Im there) for my banana split. Most of the time its great but lately they have been very stingy with the toppings (chocolate, caramel, strawberry). But, its still way better than Dairy Queen or Culvers.

Too much cream and syrup in the sundaes. Barely enough ice cream to taste. To be fair they do give generous amounts on cones but do not make sundaes right.

Loved what I got there my first time there. Going back again today since Walgreens is next door.

Nice place to have a sweet treat. They have a lot to choose from and the prices are affordable. I enjoyed my slushy.

We four friends ended our evening out together by having dessert at Twistee Treat. What a cute building that is aesthetically appealing. The outside seating is spaced for social distancingTom had a Chocolate Chip Twirl and I had choc/van ice cream in a waffle cone. Yum!

Not a great experience had to wait long for my order and when it came out it was missing the topping it was supposed to have. Overall ice cream was decent tho.

This is my 5th time getting served by this worker, I think her name is Sierra and she is the best at making ice cream!!! Especially when it comes to rolling the cones in toppings!! And even though sometimes when I order it’s confusing, but she gets what I’m trying to order😅

This is frustrating. You put up a picture of a peanut butter shake. I tell my husband to get me that. It comes back a watery mess with chocolate not peanut butter sauce. When my husband questioned you, you didnt care. You guys really ruin a craving. I wont be back nor recommend you.

This was our first time there. The banana split was awesome.

You could taste the artificial flavoring in the shakes. Driving other 3 minutes up to five guys and get a real shake.

Perfect as always. We had 4 different things tonight. Each one as good or better than the last. Such tremendous choices and the staff is quick efficienct and courteous. You will go again if you go once. I guarantee it!!! Happy licking.

Great soft serve, not too sweet. Just a heads up that the drive thru line usually has a long wait time, and you might be better served just walking up to the counter. All in all, the prices are fair, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make you satisfied.

High price, always slow service, and maybe fix the intercom might be nice!

Twistee Treats was a great place to go to get out of the house and have a good evening snack. The people there were so nice and helpful,it topped off my evening.

Ice cream is awesome of course.Service is very slow.Cones were not made neatly and therefore were going everywhere 🤦‍♀️.Don’t ask for the vanilla fancy Hershey’s and brownie because they will look at you like you have 4 heads. They literally have no clue what’s on their menu board.But the staff was friendly and again the ice cream is good.

Really good ice cream! I usually always have a good experience when i come here but, the customer service wasn’t the best today☹️ I don’t know her name but a dark skinned girl with short hair gave me a nasty attitude when i asked her a question about the milkshakes... really unprofessional of her.

Love, the one in sw ocala by walmart gives more ice cream then the one by hobby lobby. Less crowded faster service.

This one just isnt as good as the one by the theater.. The portion size is bigger but they dont use as much flavoring and my cone was slightly stale. If I am not already by the theater or dont feel like driving that far I will definitely go back for sure.. I love twistee. This one just needs a little improving..

Price always great and ice cream always good. There was a constant line of 6 cars or more and that makes a great statement for itself.

I like to use my own spoon not one they touch with there hands. I tell them no spoon and they never listen.

Fast and get the orders right, even when its a large order.

I dont think this restaurant deserves a 4.5 overall star rating....i think it deserves a 5 star. The employees made sure they did the best they could. There was a big variety of options to choose from so you could get the best ice cream you have ever had. The employees are also very nice and cooperative. I give a 5 star rating, definitely worth it

I stop by this GIANT cone like 3 times a week and I love it. The ice creams are big, and delicious. You cannot beat the flavor.

Not happy that the butter pecan was soft serve & no butter pecan crunch.My small of choc / vanilla in a cone was good but when we get back to our home in Old Orchard Beach Mane we will enjoy what a real ice cream place is all about. Florida, you lack ingenuity.

So yummy! Several different options, all great. They even have ice cream for your dog which ours LOVED. The staff is down to earth and really nice. They put out sidewalk chalk and hola hoops for our kids, plus they have a horseshoes game set up.

The service here was incredible! The worker named Bobbie was friendly and provided excellent customer care. Who knew there could be an employee sweeter than the actual ice cream? A great experience and over all, excellent food.

Love the location IN town which is why I went to this one when I drive by. Sadly I was very disappointed. There is NO consistency in product from one store to next. Ordered a milk shake and it was more like chocolate milk...won’t be revisiting this location again.

It so disappointing, was very hyped for some ice cream but was more of a custard-cream instead of regular ice cream. Also very rude staff :/

This is one of our favorite go tos fir ice cream. They have so many amazing flavor choices it is hard to choose! I love the Amaretto and Pistachio flavors. They have really good kid flavors too. The people are always friendly and they will let you have a sample if you ask. Just be mindful of how busy they are.

This place has the best ice cream I have ever had. They have about 30 flavors of soft serve ice cream. Never seen that many flavors of soft serve.
