The manager, Katie, is such a pleasant person.. Great personality.. Some of her staff needs to follow her example and then it would be even better.. Ice cream with a bunch of smiles 😁😁😁

Order was accurate. Store was clean. Employees where friendly and everything tasted great. Really enjoyed our visit.

This place closes at 11 and not 12, google maps is wrong with the timing. When I went the other evening, the woman working there was very rude. We had to wait for five minutes before she even acknowledged us, and no such apology for making us wait. She served ice cream without even washing her hands or wearing any kind of glove. My card has no issues whatsoever and it’s normal for a chip reading error to occur, but when that happens I put it in a second time and it goes through just fine. She loudly explained “your card was declined” initially in a rude manner and it did go through the second time. This place needs to improve their customer service.

Had to wait for over 20 minutes inside after being rudely talked to when I was going through the drive through. Only two workers were paying any attention, the one making drink and the one scooping ice cream. The rest were on their phones not even paying attention to the people in the drive through order. Were missing the advertised flavors and didnt have any of the specialty drinks. Were being extremely rude to the old woman before me. Never coming again.

The management staff of this place is horrific! I have never felt more disrespected by management at an establishment. I will be going to the tippy top on this one. These people have now refused to make my drink and told me that I cannot come back there and expect them to make my drink anymore. I have already contacted corporate as I have seen a lot of others have already done the same thing and nothing has been done about it so I am going to make sure something is done about it this time. I will also be reaching out to the department of health because they have health hazards out of this world! Especially with the covid-19 going on. My recommendation is a to stay far far away from this place. Dirty hands, dirty management! And the most rudest people you will encounter i wouldnt have even given one star but I had to in order to write the review. A milkshake should not taste like straight water! Especially when you tell them that you dont want ice or milk in the milkshake. They use the bare minimum and charge the most extreme prices. I am very vocal and I will make sure something is done about this Ive read all the other reviews and I feel so bad for all the other people as well theyre being charged out of this world and their complaints at the same as mine somethings going to get done guys

I have never in my life experienced such lousy service but from this Baskin-Robbin the girls name was Jasmine and she apparently is the assistant manager if you dont fire her Im never coming back I was totally appalled she told me that she didnt have any regular butter pecan in the court and I see how the hand-packed which they never have the lids for and she wouldnt show me the regular butter pecan ice cream for the same price even though they were out of the butter pecan and the regular court for 6:49 this puts a really bad taste in my mouth if she is still working there when I come back I will never come back to any Baskin-Robbin again in my life so help me God that should do it

Everything is great, why Im giving one star is because of mask. The whole store was empty. I walked in and was forced to where a mask or leave. So I went to leave. Then was told I we can serve you in Togo. What a joke, so If I come in with a mask I can take it off and eat. lick my ice cream where ever I want lol. Stop living In fear.

Realy good butter pecan ice cream.

I ordered a small vanilla milk shake two nights in a row 6.09 each, was totally liquid and tasted like straight milk. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I originally ordered a 2 scoop Sunday but the portion didn’t seem right. I left a bad review.Update, I was contacted by management and asked to come back to get a real Sunday. I appreciate the customer service!

I went to Basking-Robbing on 2431 E Silver Spring boulevard on Wednesday around 9:40 pm.I ask for a Sunday, milkshake and 2 scoop.when I see my cup it was less then have cup. I ask the employee what happen and she tell me that the Sunday is serve with a kid scoop. But the amount was ridiculous empty... the milkshake just tasty like milk and that supposed to be strawberry.I am a regular customer for more then 13 years.I’m very disappointed with the service and quality

The shake was watery and also had to tell tha attendant to wash her hands .Need customer service training.

Ice cream was frost bitten, tasted kinda old. (Moms makin cookies) Customer service was a 1 star for how they jumped at me and my dad for not wearing a mask inside. Let me clarify, the girl pretty much jumped on the counter and asked if we had masks in a demeaning tone. I know the pandemic is still ongoing but I went at 8:30 amd there was no one else in the restaurant. (I was able to maintain 6 feet) also if you dont know what tastes good, then youre out of luck because you cannot taste test due to the pandemic. You cant sit inside or outside. I would rather go to Brewsters and I probably wont be back.

Terrible, terrible service.

I ordered a unicorn kids sundae and 1 scoop of vanilla with caramel. When i received the sundae it had caramel on it also. I didnt realize that it was all over the outside if the cup. I continued to wait in the drive through when the server came back and i asked for some napkins. As im cleaning my daughters sundae the server came back and asked if i needed anything else. I told her the sundae was not supposed to have caramel and it is all over the outside of the cup. The server than stated that, well i dont know what to tell you but what I do know is that you cannot stay at the drive through window. After responding i drove away in disbelief of the cuztomer service. Jeremiahs italian ice will be the new choice for the family. Very friendly staff and amazing customer service

Its like nobody listens when they take your order. They ask you to repeat a lot if they werent foolingg around so much inside maybe they would do it right. How you order the same thing everyday have been for over a year and almost always it doesnt look the same doesnt taste the same. Why cant they get it right

Husband went to get ice cream. He wanted a Snickers sundae, but they were out of hot fudge. Couldnt get a chocolate malt, because they were out of chocolate ice cream. Saw a roach crawling up the wall, told the server about it and she said ooh gross!

So I called and asked what flavors they had. First the girl answered super quickly and I said, Im sorry what was that? She mumbled so I asked her if I was calling Baskin Robbins she said, yea I asked what flavors they had as we were looking for cheesecake and butter pecan she said, Theres 32. I said, Yes, but all the flavors arent out she said yes they are I asked about the two flavors she said she wasnt going to tell me all the flavors I asked again a different way, individually, Well do you have Cheesecake today? Naw Butter pecan? Yea I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was a shift lead. This is too pretty a Sunday to deal with this nonsense so we went to Brusters down the street and Stephanie and the staff there did a great job. We spent just under $20. Horrible hospitality has lost your establishment a customer. Just because there are limited options doesnt mean this is the only option. Service matters. Please train your team members especially alleged leadership staff. I think when she mumbled her name she said her name was kellyanne or something that sounded that way. Being nice matters. Good day.

Rude staff they lied and claimed to be a manager when the manager was in the cooler. Refused to take money with out tape went and got it taped then still refused. Threatned to call police on us for truing to pay for a birthday cake. I had my 2 children with me and they acted like this They finally took the payment. Very unprofessional and rude absolutely no customer service skills. Had friends hanging out . I would love a call from the GM or above. I will be contacting corp office in the morning

The staff is friendly. It is difficult to get service on this side of the store. More dedicated employees to this area would help. The selections are vast

Quick Ice Cream dessert after dinner but before a movie at the drive in.

I went one might around 10:30 & ordered an Oreo layered sundae & all I got was Oreo ice cream with some fudge. If I knew I was gonna pay $6 for that, I would have just made it at home.

Visited sat afternoon. the service was sociable and attentive. it has a good feel to it.

Very slow had to ask for spoons ice cream was almost melted by the time we paid and got spoons. Seemed the drive thru was more important than us standing right there. I think the employee was overwhelmed.
