Using this company was a disaster. I was shipping some boxes and they made promises which they delivered on 3 months later after I had to constantly call them and listen to all the excuses. They finally used a third part shipping company because they could not deliver. Unfortunately their price was twice as much as the third party. Very un responsive, take your money and go somewhere else.

They wasted to much time which ran the clock up. Some of our stuff was broken once we was unpacking it. The 2 men that the owner Scott sent should not have been sent to do the job because neither was in good health. One of the movers even dropped some of our belongings in front of me. Would not recommend the at all.

If u knew how hard these guys worked to serve the people you all would want to help

I called A-1 for a last minute job and they made time to complete it. The men were very professional and were gentle when moving the couches out of a doorway. Highly recommend A-1.

Ill start this out by saying Ive never written a review in my entire life. I just thought this was actually important enough to share. I called A1 all pro, set up an appointment two weeks ahead of time. The guy said hed come out to see what I had to move once I accepted the contract in my email. The guy never showed. Then I called 4 times and texted 3 or 4 times a few days before they were suppose to move me. No reply, no response. So I called another company to help me move and both companies show up. The owner of A1 all pro threatens me with legal action if I turn his guys away because I signed a contract. This place is super shady. Watch out people!

They showed up on time, I like that! We were moved with little effort and nothing broken. Thank you very much!

Worst experience. After 2 other solid experiences. Movers themselves were great, management lied (and admitted it) about delivery and payment, was incredibly difficult to reach when things were not going well, and refused to make the situation right with me as the customer. Offered basically $100/off a $4500 bill for inconvenience after days of concerns being in answered and ignored. At one point I had to find one of their movers on Facebook just to try to get a hold of anyone as my calls, texts, and messages were ignored over 4 days - leaving me not knowing if my belongings were stolen or even coming. Owner neglected to follow up (even after calls and texts by me) after promising to readdress the situation after things were dealt with internally. Feel bad for the movers as the management puts them in horrible positions. Would not recommend this group at all.

Worst customer service ever. The agreement was to call a notify us with several days notice as my father travels for work. They gave him 24hr notice and he wasn’t home. They then took his things back to Florida. This was back in June. It is now July 9th. We received a txt that our things would be delivered today at 1pm. Hours go by, no truck and no one will answer our calls or texts. I finally get ahold of Brian(after he hung up on my dad) and he informed my that my dads things are in Indiana....my dad lives in Missouri. He doesn’t know when my dads things will be delivered and tells me not to call him back. We will be taking A1 to court.Updated: My Dad finally got his things BUT, they left all of my grandmothers China, a ceramic chicken(that’s she made) and an expensive ladder OFF the inventory list so, “those things don’t exist”. All of those things never made it to my dad and we can’t fight them for it. Worst company ever. Crooks and liars.

I had a schedule time for the packers to come and pack my house and they never showed up or called to cancel. Worst company to use and not reliable. I would not recommend them to anyone in the Ocala area to use.

Not really happy with the “preferred movers of Marion county”. I’ve emailed, texted and have left multiple phone messages with hardly any response.

I call November 21 to schedule the movers to come out and I got the appointment set up for November the 29 from 8 to 12. I called yetserday tp verify my appointment. I left a voicemail hoping they would call me back I had to call them back about 6 times to get a response
