I had an issue with my truck rental. There were holes in the roof of the truck and all my items got soak when it started to rain. I called customer service who stated that they would have a manager assist me when I arrived at the store and when I got there, there were no members of management who even knew about my issue. I told customer service that I would be back at the shop in an hour for a new truck because I still had things to move and they assured me that it would be handled. When I arrived the associate told me he had no notice of my issue and the the GM was not in and that I would have to talk to him. He proceeded to call him one time and said he wasnt picking up and that he would give me his number so I can call. I said that was unacceptable and I needed a truck to finish emptying my apartment. He stated that he could put me in a 10 ft truck but could not refund my orginal purchase because on the GM could do that. After I received the truck I called customer service back and they told me the associate should have refunded me back my original purchase and that the GM would be in contact with me within an hour. This was Saturday...it is now Thursday and still no call from the GM. Needless to say. U-HAUL HAS LOST MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!

Customer service is good, been here a few times. They do get busy with few employees. Rental van was in great shape. Good selection for moving supplies, for most household items, except for this stuff called strapping tape that was suggested i buy. Been so long since I last moved, I had forgotten how much i loathe this unnerving product. I recommend this place. Just have a little patience and dont buy the strapping tape.

Today is June 22 time is 1709 and I just walked into the U-Haul here at the corner of Pine and I believe 441 in Ocala there were two people inside chatting one was behind the counter they both look like they had on the U-Haul uniform they when Continued chitchatting as I walked in and as I looked around neither of these two people asked if they could help me I turned around and left don’t go here they don’t appreciate ALL their customers. 👎

I was in search of a certain type of trailer to bring my motorcycle to Tallahassee..you guys were very helpful. I had checked with a Uhaul dealer here in Tallahassee and in no way could they help me..I am very grateful of the ocala Uhaul for helping me.

Had a reservation and pre-checked in for a 10ft. truck and toy dolly when I got there no truck was available and the person working act like he didnt even care!

The truck I used was nasty, had old cigarette ashes in the ash tray just plain DIRTY! With COVID-19 Being a thing now one would think UHAUL would try to at just sanitize the trucks. I will never ever use uhaul again. I will go to enterprise first.Overall the employees were very nice and offered great customer service.

The worst experience I have ever had the girl that works here is unjustifiable lacking in her knowledge in assisting customers and does not have any details about destination to deliver vehicles just wasted 2hrs refused to rent a car dolly so I would strongly advise hertz or Ryder

Horrible customer parking area. I got there 15 minutes prior to the opening time to get propane. They didnt actually open the doors for business until almost 20 minutes past the opening hour. Weve been there on several other occasions for propane and was told that nobody was working that was qualified to operate the propane. Thats half of your business! You cant supply excellent customer service without a fully trained staff

Everything was excellent from the reservation via telephone, the pickup of the truck in Apopka and Drop off in Ocala the staff is very friendly and efficient thanks

Never doing business with them again!First they told me their trucks do have a lift gate, so I went and rent one not even checking or researching that info! Then I realize that the worker made a mistake by telling me that, none of their trucks have a lift gate! Than, truck didnt even work properly!!!Went there to return the truck, couldnt even talk to the worker because he was the only one working and there was 10 people waiting to rent their truck they made a reservation for, but never got that truck. Be aware: rent a truck a week early.After that I have been charged for the gas that I DID TANK, but their measurement system showed them I was short for almost 2 gal. which is a total lie!I tank the gas, over the limit they set up when returning the truck. I wonder how many people gets screwed like this!Extremely disappointed. Never renting U haul again!

Ordered a UHAUL trailer to pick up a car in seconds over the phone. By the time I got to the place, the trailer was ready to be hooked up. Drove 280 miles round trip and had no issues. Excellent pricing too!!

The staff was great and very knowledgable. Installed hitch and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this location. They went out of their way to make my visit great

Fast service. Friendly and helpful staff. They installed a hitch on my camry. I recommend buying one online and bringing it in. The hardware they sell is a little bulky and more expensive than what youd find online. But theyll install for cheap.

Great place! All they need to do differently is keep a qualified propane staff person onsite during business hours. If you dont call ahead you may show up needing propane and be turned away due to lack of proper staffing.

Dont use Uhaul, they overcharge outrageously and withdraw money continuously from your account without consent. Plus they rented a disabled person a humongous overpriced unwieldy old vehicle we didnt need after we requested the smallest size available. I tried going to the website to leave a review but you have to have transacted online. This place is unprofessional and unethical.

We have used this UHAUL location several times. Staff is always quick with transaction and friendly. We worked with Lisa and T.J. this last time. They were awesome! Will defiently use this location again!!

I had called to reserve a truck, 17 to be exact. The day of I call just to confirm the truck was there for me to pick up @ 10:30. The truck was not there nor would have one until 6. They gave me a number to call to see where a truck was and would call me back in 10 minutes. An HOUR later on moving day I called them to see what happened. The lady on the phone told be there was a 17 waiting for me at this location. I get there. Waited in line 45 minutes because the computers were not working properly only to find my truck was not in fact there so was lied to. The guy there said they could give me the larger of the trucks at the smaller truck price and was okay with that....1 hour and 10 minutes later Im walking out the door truckless because of computer errors. Which is fine but if youre.going to waste my time then let me know first. The guy assured me my account would NOY be charged after running my card 3 times in errors because of the computer. 4:30 I checked my bank account and there is a charge of 57.75 for a Uhaul I didnt even have.As a first time customer to uhaul, I will NOT be returning.

Great customer service but awful location! Navigating your car in the small parking lot is too much of a chore. Returning the vehicle youve rented is a hassle solely because this location is on the corner of two very busy streets and the parking lot is way too small.

While it may take a few minutes to get to the counter, once there the service is very helpful and knowledgeable.

This business is poorly operated. wIt too k an entire hour to rent a tow dolly. Went just an hour ago....Both of the men at this location were more worried about whats for dinner, than the customer. We had to unhook the tow dolly ourselves because one of the men was on his phone when we came back to return it. They werent concerned with working their jobs! I wish I had the names of these two men. Terrible buisness!

I have used this location for the last 10 years for moving, truck rental, or storage product needs and have found them to be friendly, attentive, and just a great group.
