The car installation team did a great job installing a new touch screen unit and back up camera. They were very helpful and did excellent work. The unit looks like a factory install and made the car feel brand new!

Big store, looks like a good selection of stuff. Easy to find what I wanted quickly.Worth trying to see how much items are marked up to see if alot cheaper online.

Now I know that new employees are everywhere but telling me it is best to look on the web tells me you arent relevant or needed.Price match, sales items and shelf inventory were all great. But I would not go back unless I am doing a curbside/store pickup.

The employee tried to charge me $8 dollars to apply my screen protector for me. I said no thank you, I’ll do it myself. She proceeded to say “it’s really hard to put on”. When I finished my transaction, she condescendingly said “good luck you’re gonna need it. To the Best Buy employee... the package said easy application, glad I saved myself $8.

Its a Best Buy... I needed a car mount for my phone because my rental didnt have Android Auto.They had the mount and its working okay so far.

I have purchased Logitech speakers Z200 M/N S-00135 and a Microphone Singing Machine SMM205, I was advised by a store representative to buy that combination. The connectors are compatible, but there is no sound coming out of the speakers when connecting the microphone. II have exchanged the microphone 2 times after store representative advice, but none of the combinations they advised are working. There is a clear sign that the reps dont know the products they are selling, giving wrong advices to the customer,. I have lost a lot of time trying to get the equipment from this Best Buy Store without success. I doubt I will go back to this store, or even to Best Buy.

Best buy sells an it to you then charges $40 for a half hr. to teach you some of the basics. Some as simple as. How can I get the task bar to show?Ive had my new laptop for 4 mos. and have never used it because the task bar is hidden. Google, U tube, have not helped.

Amazon has partnered with Best Buy so on Prime Day I bought two 32 Tv smart of course and within two hours went to Best Buy and picked up my Amazon prime packages. Super awesome now if I could get the best buy warranty too!

Bad customer service. Went to buy a 55 inch TV an employee walked up to me to ask if I had questions so when i started to ask questions he walked away and when I asked him why he was walking away he said his manager was talking to him in his ear piece. So the customer does not come first he said my manager is calling me I cant help you no more. That is bad.what he should have done was told his manager he was helping a customer but the customer does not come first at Best Buy.

Never purchase insurance or Geek squad, they charge a deductible that is double what any repair center charges. Geek squad used to be the best bargain around, now they off-shore a tech support and you get caught in the queue to get 1/2 hearted effort and partial repairs. Best Buy used to be my favorite retailer, I can no longer support these crooks...who take advantage of customers. Seriously disappointed!

Went to San Marcos store to look at Hisense 65 tv for bedroom. Alphonse informed me they had 0, but he did go the extra mile by calling another store, (Oceanside) and locating one. He was honest, and told me the picture was gorgeous and was meant for straight away viewing. I knew this from looking at reviews,and told him it would only be the 2 of us in the bedroom. Haha.Picture on series 7 rivals my $2800. LG OLED! I just wish Alphonse could get credit for the sale.

Bought a brand new laptop they made it simple and easy to find

They were very kind and helpful, but didnt have any portable monitors despite being listed as in stock.

My friend and I were there due to a hacking of her laptop. The Geek Squad member was incredibly helpful and personable. I also spoke with another employee about my needs for a new tablet and his input was perfect for my needs...not pushing me into a more expensive device that has features I dont normally use.

Have been going to the West Vista Way store, Oceanside. Better experience here than Encinitas and San Marcos. Shelves are a little thin on some product right now. Was joking with sales bout things still being stuck offshore in Long Beach and got on availability list. You have to know its not in their hands and be patient.

Staff seems to not be fully trained in their departments. However, the real reason for this 2 star rating is the hours 11am to 7pm???? A majority of the near by stores are open till almost 10pm why close at such an odd time. Several times I have needed go to best buy but couldnt cause they have an earlier bedtime than my 5 year old.

Best Buy was awesome. I had just returned a portable DVD player back to Walmart. The second one I bought there. Went to Best Buy, and seen one for a great price, with a large screen. They even let me open up the box and test it out before leaving the store. In fact, the sales man pressed all the buttons to show me it was working exelent.I walked out with my new portable DVD player 😁👍

I ordered a TV online from Best Buy with set-up by the geek squad. I scheduled a date for the delivery and set up with the geek squad at check out. Before I placed my order I called Best Buy to make sure the TV would be delivered on the date of the scheduled set up. On the phone (800 number) they said the geek squad would deliver the TV on the date of the set-up. Today, *5 days before* the scheduled delivery/set-up, I got an email that said my tv had been shipped and was about to be delivered *tonight* to my address. I am out of town. I’ve spent an hour and a half on the phone and nobody seems to be able to help me. Ive been disconnected twice from the Oceanside store and had to call a third time. I’m on hold now. A nightmare experience that is not over. I would not trust them to ship, deliver or schedule anything; pick it up yourself from the store.

I am an avid shopper for electronics and new tech as is released to the public. In the past, Best Buy has been one of my Fav places to visit. However, Best Buy in vista way is about one of the worse in customer service/customer support. I can only say, that if this continues they will go the way of the K-M@&+. Back in the 90s the diff between Waliworld and K-M@&+ was customer service.

Beat Buy realizes it is an Amazon showroom, but still tries to win over customers. It used to be when they were frantically competing with online retailers that coming into the store was a hassle--salesmen were ampted to provide you with over the top service which got annoying quickly. Now, you come in and wander and shop; when you need help, it is there. Prices are competitive; I bought a phone for my son for less than the ATT website and the delivery to my home was two days. Selection for most electronics is good, but I really dont get why they sell appliances as Home Depot and Lowes do a much better job of selling those products.

Store was nice and clean the ac was working it smelled clean in the store the staff was all nice put together in their uniforms. But for the honest truth no one their was knowledgeable about any products they were selling. I inquired before arriving and when i got to the store before purchasing my items the staff assured me my item will work on my devices at home and in my car. The device i purchase did not work on anything i had or could find from anyone so i had to go back and return the item and get money back. So. A three because the girl was very friendly and helpful when i return the item.

I bought two pairs of Apple Sound reducing AirPods from Best Buy. $269 each pair. I need two because I use them all day at work so trade out for recharge.One pair has one that doesn’t charge. I brought them back for exchange and they looked it up, saw I bought them from their store and told me I had to go to Apple to replace them. They were rude and unhelpful and I will be sure to never shop there again.Costco and other retailers Sell every item that I have bought from Best Buy for equal prices. I only shop here because it is convenient to my house but I will never shop here again. I have purchased so many electronics here and I am so disappointed.

Every time i walk into Best Buy its always a good experience! I had to write this because these two employees need to me recognized for there help! Dominic and Jake Both came in clutch for my computer needs! After my Pre Build PC finally died I wanted to build my own! Dominic Was very Knowledgeable about everything and helped guide me in the right direction for what i needed! Jake also came in clutch with adding the final touches to my build! I am now writing this on my new pc stoked as hell! Thank you best buy and most important Thank YOU DOMINIC AND JAKE you guys deserve a dam raise!
