Never have all the parts to complete anything Ive needed. Went in and purchased a toilet paper mount but needed the roll holder....they didnt have it. Went in another time ready to buy a mix and match lamp and shade and asked for the harp piece to actually connect the shade...and they didnt have any. I mean seriously, what gives? I try to support brick-and-mortar stores but its no wonder theyre dropping left and right theyre not even equipped to satisfy basic customer needs. Will stick to online going forward.

They surprised me. We had a 20% off coupon and they honored it even on brands that were listed as excluded.

I went in to exchange two items, Veronica was totally rude and barely answered any questions, treated us like a burden. We would ask something and she would take forever to respond- if at all. We ended up leaving the items at the front, shopping around and then returning to the front. Veronica was again rude and didn’t understand that we decided to keep one of the items and exchange the other. We weren’t asking for the world but she sure seemed irritated. The store is also under stocked in anything you would want, displays are also messy if they’re even there. None of the employees seem like they want to be there, except that young girl with curly hair in the front. Much easier and worth it to just shop online next time.

To use my 20% coupon I had to order the items online and pick them up. If the intention of the coupon is to keep people from going into the store it accomplished its mission since I will not be going back. Grant it was only $14 dollars I would have saved on my $70 purchase but its not very customer friendly. I guess I should have left the items in the store and went out to my car and placed an order for the items to pickup.

We were just excited to get our comforter and everyone is happy. The evening shift ladies were amazing amazing and so much nicer. Great coupons and deals!

This location is close to the Carlsbad mall aka the Shoppes in Carlsbad. This store appears to be well kept inside and within the parking structure.The employees here are very helpful and kind. I felt welcomed here. I recommend this location to everyone looking for household goods; bedding, lamps, fans, sheets etc.

Whats there not to luv about the Costco of household shopping!! Go with a set list and try to stay focused or youll overspend on awesome stuff you never even knew existed. This location especially has super attentive and courteous customer service reps throughout the floor.

BBB is truly a great store and having one basically in the backyard has been amazing, except on the wallet of course. Generally on the average or a bit higher priced than other local chains but you make up for it in great service, product, and general atmosphereAnd to finish off with a quote from Old School because even fictional characters like BBB: Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, were going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I dont know, I dont know if well have enough time.

I always go here for one or two things and come out with much more. They always have interesting useful items. Always bring your discount coupons or you can bring a receipt back later and they will apply the discounts later. Very useful when you can apply 20% off on a more expensive item.

Great place for Home Goods. Usually clean and well stocked store I always find what I need and usually buy even more than what I came for. Sometimes difficult to get to higher items that are pegged nearly to the ceiling though!

Disappointed. BB&B is usually good (mostly when using coupons). This store is nearly always clean, tidy, well-stocked. With more than 20 such items in their on-line, I was surprised that they didnt have a single ultrasonic jewelry/dental cleaner in-store. It wouldnt take a lot of storage or display. Would let customers evaluate size. Oh, well. Prolly get more stars next time.

This is a great place. Would be 5 stars but you need your 20% off coupon or the prices are just too I.

Need a better system for those waiting to checkout. Several of us were waiting to checkout, being called by the next available cashier, when 2 customers promptly went right to the cashier they thought would be available. Cashier never called them out on it or explained the system in place at the time. With holiday shopping quickly approaching there will, inevitably, be a lot of upset customers. Get some ropes or chains to make the line obvious. Even Staples has a system and they have way less customers.

Go here if you need anything for the kitchen, I also get bath rugs good selection great colors. Make sure you use 20% off coupon it adds up for even a better price.

Theres a fair amount of bed and bath here, but I find the beyond aspect somewhat lacking. With each of these three aspects seemingly emphasized the same amount in the promotional material, youd really think theyd have more beyond.

Medium sized BB&B. The staff here is friendly, but you have to hunt them down as there are not a lot of employees here.

I would love to give this location a 5 star rating, but the CO2 bottle I purchased for my SodaStream, the valve was broken and I had to return it for exchange and they gave me the exchange with out any troubles. The problem with that was the distance between my house and the Bed Bath & Beyond store, now if they hadnt closed the one that was closer, my decision would have been different. But I do give the kind and curtious service a 5 star rating.

Bed Bath & Beyond is like IKEA for grown folks.I knew it was going all down hill when they had infomercial products scattered throughout the entrance/exit like Walmart.They have a healthy selection of kitchen tools and small appliances, gizmo’s and gadgets, most of which are overpriced, but when it comes to selection it’s great. I mean sure getting things at sur le table probably means it’s not gonna break ever, but when you only bake bread a few times a year do you need to spend $800 on an appliance or one 1/3 the cost that will serve you just fine for a few years.Staff is sort of nice on the outside, but have heard some on the floor grumblings. The store itself seems nice and big, but it’s just product stacked on product to the roof, most of which is all the wrong amounts. Why are there 800 can openers all by OXO, which by most people’s thought is mediocre at best. Maybe you have a deal with OXO, but when you have 1 or 2 of some items in stock yet hundred’s of overstock in others someone is not paying attention. A lot of items never move at all.I tend to go to Kohls more often even though they have pretty horrible lines and even worse service. They do coupons and a solid wedding registry, but most of my friends getting married don’t need anything.
