Caliber Collision Oceanside displayed total professionalism in estimating and completing the repair on my Honda. I was hit by another car travelling at about 80 miles. The front and hood of my car was completely damaged. The quality of work was excellent. The customer service and all staff very friendly. I will recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

Would highly recommend Caliber Collision! Originally, I went with Advanced Collision Repair in Escondido who failed to return my calls or emails after a week. This shop was very professional, quick, and took care of my car needs. Prices are also reasonable.

They are the best when it comes to auto improvement. Especially when you need bodywork done.The staff goes out their way to text you regarding the work that is being and when your vehicle is ready to be picked up.

They texted me every day to inform me the status of the repair of my car which it was nice. I could not pick up my car on Friday afternoon because a had an appointment in another place, I have to come back on Monday because they close on Saturdays. One of the employees said he will be the next day so I could pay, Puck my car and leave the rental car with them. They will notify Enterprise to pick the rental car.

All the staff was very friendly and professional. Mason was my adjuster and he kept me in the loop the entire time. The work looked great. They got my vehicle back to what it should be. Love that the work is backed by a lifetime warranty. Great place and great service. Thank you.

They took care of everything - I didn’t have to call the rental company when and where to pick me up and I didn’t have to return the rental car. Took my car in for repair. Recieved few (if any) updates until it was time to pick it up. Then they were in a big hurry. When it came time to pick it up I noticed they had put a tear across the passenger seat. So, leave the car there another week and a half (they covered the rental...eventually,) and found a scratch across the trunk lid. At that point, I figured Ill just deal with the scratch out of pocket.

I have been going to this location for repair needs on several occasions since 2012. I once made the mistake of going to another repair place which was an absolute nightmare only to come back here. Ted Flores at this location is hands down the best service rep I have dealt with, a very cool, personably and honest guy. Ted will go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is properly taken off. And if for some reason something wasn’t done right or your not happy I promise you Ted will make it right. I honestly cant say enough good things about this location. Very high quality work. If you need work done this is the place! Ask specifically for Ted Flores. You wont be disappointed.

I ruined my girls bumper on her new car. Told Caliber Collision I had girl problems and they fixed it before she found out.

Nice staff. Nice waiting area. Enterprise picked me up and they let me drop off the rental car there when I pick up my car.

Long story short, they had to re-do the job 3 times. When I finally got my car back I noticed an object in my seat which was a straight edge RAZOR BLADE. I documented the removal of the razor blade from my leather seat as payback for making them do their job. One doesn’t have to let their imagination wander too far to question how this razor blade made its way into the seam of my leather seats. Clearly a reputable repair shop with their qualified, high-skilled, professional labor force would know that razor blades inside a vehicle are not wise.

Came here for an estimate and was in and out in 25 minutes...but the work will take 1 week as per the estimate. Note that its just a bumper.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job of replacing our dented bumper in a very timely manner.

When I first came they were amazing. The staff was so helpful. Everything went to smooth. The second time the staff was terrible. Very rude. When going over my car damage the man helping was the absolute worst. He didnt acknowledge the trunk not being aligned correctly. And I had a life time warranty on my bumper and when I explained that to him he said well we arent going to cover it so the purpose of the life time warranty?? The girls in the front were nice did their job the way they were supposed to but Over all I am not pleased with the entire process at all. Not sure why the first time was great and this time was terrible.

I called just to get a few questions about a possible fix on a car for some body damage and right away the lady who picked up the phone had a huge attitude like she didn’t wanna be there and could care less about my questions. She was very rude and VERY unprofessional. After looking at all the reviews of this place I was excited to take my car her but after dealing with the FIRST person I talked to, I never wanna go here or refer someone else here. Very rude and very unprofessional.

My wife was involved in a 3 car accident in late June. We were deemed to be 0% liable/responsible for any damages. We agreed to use the AAA Insurance referred body shop, Caliber Collision in Oceanside on Avenida de la plata, to complete the repairs to our front and rear end including our headlights.Calber Collision repaired our car and returned it to us on 7/23/19. On 7/24, I noticed that the headlights were not working so I notified Caliber Collision that the headlights were not working. Jeanette, Our service rep at Caliber Collision, asked us to bring in the car. On 7/25/19, Two days after picking up our car, We took in the car for them to inspect. They could not tell me why the lights were not coming on but did come to the conclusion that the condition was pre-existing and refused to repair our headlights.I was flabbergasted at their response. Jeanette told me that the technician who worked on the car tested the headlamps on a red screen and that they were working when we picked the car up. She stated that the technician did this test to check if the lights were level. So their claim is that the car was working fine when we picked it up but one day later it is no longer working and yet they claim that the repairs for the headlamps are not covered by the warranty. She later said that they were not mechanics, so they don’t know why the headlamps were not working but that the insurance company would not cover this repair.Our car is a 2015 Toyota Prius that has never been involved in an accident before. The car was running perfectly before the accident and the headlights were definitely working fine. The fact that this repair facility would flat out refuse to repair a part of the car that was directly involved in an accident (front end collision with front headlights not working) boggles my mind. I understand that they must protect from a very few individuals trying to take advantage of an accident to repair unrelated parts of a vehicle but in this case, the Headlights were directly affected by the accident. They even replaced one of the headlamps due to accident damage.This situation has affected me greatly and caused a tremendous amount of stress, up to the point that I now feel that there is no other recourse but to file this complaint with the BBB. I am a new father of a 3 month baby girl. I would never put my daughter in this car, even during the day, in the off chance that we stay out past sun down until the car has been fully repaired. We do not have another car that we can use until the repairs can be properly done by qualified technicians. Perfect job replacing front bumper, a little sheet metal work and the paint was a perfect match too. Helpful friendly staff.

Choose this place randomly when I needed to fix my car. I was pleased with the work done to my car and the customer service they gave! Only took a about week to fix it too.

If I could give them negative stars I would. We had to go all the way to the regional manager to start getting things fixed properly.

Horrible service they ruined the paint on the car with the chemicals they used trying to remove paint that slated on one side of the car due to a spray can exploding. We had truble with the adjuster so we dealt with the manager. We are still waiting for the manager to call about fixing the problem.
