My Jeep got some big damage to the front driver side from a lady T-Boning me. I took it to three shops before I brought it here and each time it was a disappointment. California Collision has a great staff that answered all of my questions and kept me up to date. Marc is the man with a plan. Changed out my front axel and lots of other parts. My Jeep has a lot of aftermarket parts and while it was hard to get some of the parts, they still pulled through and made sure everything was in the best shape before giving me back the keys. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was the silver lining to my car accident.I cant say enough nice things about this shop and the team. They genuinely care about their customers from start to finish. I got updates on my car from the day it showed up.Marc has been in the business for a long time and has so many contacts. He got the adjuster out there that night. He even helped me deal with the insurance companies. I could call him about anything to do with my car & i know Ill get an up front answer. Im so beyond grateful for these guys!

Really happy with this shop. You can tell they care. Marc inspected this used car I was thinking of purchasing free of charge, and gave me his expert and honest opinion. There was some work to be done; he charged me exactly what he quoted me, and did some creative work to fix the problem the car had come to him with. I was also afforded a ride to/from work by his shop crew.

Got into a fender bender on my way to work. I drove to 2 other collision centers before I came across Marcs place. I didnt want to claim this on my insurance and Marc was very understanding about that. It took less than 5 minutes for him to generate a quote and order the part for my car. Marc did not try to upsell me and only quoted me for the work that was needed (unlike one of the places I visited before him) The staff was very professional and accommodating. I paid the amount that was quoted and my car was finished in the time frame that was promised.I would definitely recommend this place if you ever need work done on your car.

I had my car towed here after a collision as I was unsure if my car was going to be totaled, and Marc was more than amenable. I did not feel pressured to keep my car there, and when grabbing my possessions from my vehicle he offered to even help remove anything I was taking and offered the use of his tools!! I had not given them a single cent and yet they were kind, helpful and courteous!

We had a minor accident the week before Christmas and Marc was incredibly helpful and friendly, getting us a more than reasonable quote for the repairs and even offering me some suggestions for other reputable places to shop around. He made such a good impression I didnt even go anywhere else, I knew this was where I wanted to give my business. The work was done faster than originally estimated for us to pick up before Christmas! But the quality was not rushed. Everything looks great, and you cant even tell there was ever a collision. And to top it off, my door handle that was previously broken was also repaired at no additional cost. I will recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body repairs and will continue to take my cars here in the future.

I got in a small wreck from an obstacle on the highway and was towed through CHP to get to this place. Marc was more than professional and friendly and just there to help out with good intentions and helped me out big time for no charge and sent me on my way in the blink of an eye. I am extremely happy with repair and painting that was done on my BMW front Bumper. The quality of the work made my car looks brand new. I took my car here for some body work and they did a stellar job. The only downside was that it took a little longer than estimated by a diff shop, but it shows in their work. The car looks as good as new.
