Worst customer service! Ordered t-shirts back in May 10, 2021 online. It’s now June 11,2021! Never received all my order! They keep on lying that they are going to send it out the same day I call to follow up, but never do. I hate wasting my time and energy always following up with my order. Can’t imagine ordering a catback from them. They don’t even respond to my emails either!

Customer service is bad. I ordered a part during the weekend, I called the next day they were opened first thing in the morning. Spoke with Jerry asked if he can cancel my order since it didnt ship. Jerry told me that he canceled it and would issue a refund. Wake up next morning to a text message from fedex saying my order from magnaflow is en route. Called customer service again and spoke with Tom this time. I Told Tom what happened and I was told there is nothing magnaflow can do and to wait for the product and ship it back for a refund. I was canceling to order a full exhaust system from magnaflow... not anymore. I wont order anything from this company. They may have a good product but people dont want to deal with incompetent customer service.

I ordered a $500+ magnaflow direct fit cat for a bmw from one of your distributors, waited several weeks for it to be manufactured, installed it, and found you didnt completely weld the flange so it had an exhaust leak. I was told I could either take it to have it welded and they would reimburse me or I could take the whole thing off and return it to magnaflow for you to try again. I had it fixed and submitted the invoice for payment and was told that only 2/3rds of it would be covered and nothing more. I patiently waited weeks for the company I purchased it from to try to get magnaflow to make it right, but ultimately I was told they were unwilling to do what they said they would do for me. Really, guys? A company your size that made a simple mistake during manufacturing and Q.C. is going to ruin your brand for me over $50?

I purchased a Magnaflow catalytic converter from a 3rd party and it was to be dropped shipped from Magnaflow in California. Five days later... have not seen any notification of shipping. I emailed the dealer asking what the status was. NOW... a half hour after the email was sent, I got a call from Robert of Magnaflow Customer Service. There had been a glitch in the electronic order processing from the dealer. Robert sincerely apologized, (even though Im not convinced it was their fault), and immediately shipped my catalytic converter OVERNIGHT! THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Magnaflow takes responsibility to make sure their customers are satisfied even at extra cost to themselves! I will now go to Magnaflow with any of my needs!

Order process is very helpfull and shipping is quick and part is good. However, the return process is very poor and slow. It is very hard to get a response from the company.

Ordered an exhaust for my vehicle. It did not fit. Now 2 weeks later, 6 calls, voicemails and messages to the sales department, completely go unanswered from their return department. Resorted to doing a charge back on the credit card. STAY AWAY

When it comes to hiring pricess they make you wait and send u a notice you werent hired my friend and I were fortunate to apply waiting for a job to no avail they moved on to the next step equal opportunity my foot

I Purchased a Magnaflow Perfornance Exhaust less then a year ago. Baffles are failing. Emailed Magnaflow three weeks ago. I received a reply that a customer advocate would contact me shortly. Still haven’t heard anything. Tried calling but they say my case # isn’t on file. I have decided to give up and I am going to purchase an MBRP Muffler.

Worst customer service. Part failed due to bad weld and they won’t replace it or let you buy that part. Stay away from Magnaflow. Terrible to work with.
