Needs more employees and to fix their phone number on google. Also to answer the phone when transfered to them and not have customers waiting for them to answer the phone to have their questions to be answered.

I am here at a not so busy time. (Near 6pm) and this is the longest oil change I have had to wait for and they have not touched my car yet. To be honest, I am nervous for them to even touch my car. I will continue to go to Valvoline to get my oil change instead. Way better service.Tip to manager: hire more experienced staff that work faster and better.

Got my oil changed there and they did were vwry quick and efficient and friendly. Will go back again anytime...

Remember they are not a full service auto mechanic! I spent over a month trying to figure out an oil leak and went there 4-5 times and was continuously told I did not have an oil leak. They cleaned the oil drip pan, they gave me a new filter but nothing stopped the leak. Every morning I would get up to find oil on my driveway. I was getting super frustrated because I couldnt figure out why they were saying there was no leak when I continuously saw a leak and had photos to prove it! After all of this back and forth with a variety of representatives helping me I finally took it to a full-service shop and they diagnosed the leak immediately. I was correct I did have an oil leak. Walmart is great for tires and great for basic oil changes other than that will not be going there for any other Auto work!

Had the worst tires EVER put on my car I will never ever ever have automotive work on my car they wont get anywhere close to my car ever again the job they did could of killed me and my family went to 4 other Walmarts around the area where I live and not any of the Walmarts would help correct the situation, manager named Emiliy gave us the run around, and the lady that was working at the automotive desk/ cash register was straight up rude winch she never made eye contact just ssid no manager here cant help you so thats when we went to customer service and thats where we found Emiliy whom was just as rude as she was,walmart never helped us out on the big awful mistake they made but thank God for Evans Tires here in Escondido Ca they sav ed our lifes and the day, they will be our future mechanic if and when we need their services great bunch of guys there they we nice polite helpful and well within our budget.Thank you Evans TiresAnd as for Walmart you can all kiss where the sun dont shine!!!!

WORST, I’VE WAITED A WHOLE 35 MINUTES TO GET AN ASSISTANCE IN MONEY SERVICE. BEEN ASKING FOR HELP AND STAFFS JUST PASSING BY ON ME, TRIED TO CALL THE PHONE NUMBER AND HAVE TO WAIT 10 MINUTES TO HAVE MY PHONE CALL PICKED UP.

Had a tire mounted, they were busy and still had it done in 40 minutes while we shopped.

Ordered tires through the Walmart site. When I came to get them I opted to have them installed here in the auto center which they charged me an additional $66. They wrote me up a ticket and took my keys and had me wait. After 2 hours I heard them tell am arriving customer that they werent doing any more tires today. I asked about my own and they somehow had no idea my car was sitting in their line for 2 hours while the other line moved. Then finally after waiting an additional 2 hours, they did the tire change and they stripped out the lug nut. They denied that they did it and said Id have to get it replaced somewhere else. The cars pretty new and they wheels havent been taken off since I bought it. Obviously the mechanic stripped it. Total time spent: 5 HOURS. Just NEVER go here.

Not open to 7:00 pm. I arrived at little after 6:00 pm with a low tire, I needed checking, the man at the desk said they were close because of low employees, even though technicians were out front laughing enjoying themselves. Meanwhile I have something in my tire and was driving on a bad tire oh well..Not Happy.

The guy who works here was at another car staring at me and took a good 5-10min before walking over to me to tell me they were closed even though I got there at 6:30pm it was 6:38 when he came up to my car. Sorry we are short staffed, it’s only me and one other guy and we are backed up with cars. At the vista one they always took us in even 5 minutes prior to closing. If he didn’t lolly gag I would have made it in time over to the one I normally go to I’m very upset. They should have more staff so they don’t say “we are closed” before the hours said online.

I was quoted one hour to get two new tires installed. I had one car ahead of me . Two and a half hours later and my car still hasnt been touched. Customer Service is horrible definitely not recommended.

If you decide to go here make sure you take pictures of your entire car and make sure there are no scratches or dents. My aunt went earlier today for an oil change and when she got her car back she realized there was a scratch from the passenger door all the way back to the rear light. She went back and spoke to someone and they said they would try to buff it out, he went back to speak with manager Walter and then he came out saying there was no proof of them scratching it and that they could go to court if she wanted.So disgusting, my aunt has had her vehicle repaired at my dads shop and has always kept up with it and always in perfect condition.Dont NOT trust these people with your car !

Just had a great experience with the tire and lube center. I had a concern from a recent oil change and the team there fit me in and resolve my concern very quickly thank you very much

Always seems to try and discourage you from doing business with them due to wait time. First guy told me it would be a few hours at 3:15. Then at 3:30 a new guy said they have enough cars for the day (4 ahead of mine) they are open til 7pm. I bought tires from them for a free rotation every 5000miles they always turn people away early. I never mind leaving my car because I live 5minites away Id prefer to walk home and have them call me when its ready. The Wal-Mart off Jefferson has much nicer tire staff...

This place is not so great, I was the first one upfront to get my trailer tire replaced waited 25 minutes and they went help other two who came in within five minutes. I was standing with defective tire. These guys are blind I suppose, hope they take care of your car needs!

Terrible. We came at 10:00 on a Saturday and our car wasnt done being worked on (just an oil change and fuel injection cleaning) until 3:10. In addition, a few days later we were driving to LA when our car started smoking. Turns out It was the motor. We went back and looked at the receipt and the staff noted that there was audible engine knocking but no one said anything to me in person, and I couldnt hear it from inside the car. Had they said something I may have been able to fix the problem before it cause the $2000 worth of damage I now have to repair. ALSO, when I called to talk to the manager about this I was on hold with the Walmart center for over 15 minutes trying to get connected with the right person. Ill be taking my business elsewhere and letting everyone know about my terrible experience here.

Short story: the guy gave every possible ridiculous excuse to try and turn me away and so I just ended up leaving unservicedLong story: I drove up early on a Tuesday and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. First the guy says no we dont service Volvos because of some inaudible reason so I pop the hood and say look its all standard I know you can service me to which he replies yeah but we dont know the recommended oil weight of any german cars so unless you have the owners manual which you probably threw away... Nope! Got it right here! Also, seriously!? Oh well its probably going to be about 2 hours because that car in front of you needs a battery. What!?!?! Completely ridiculous, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I will never return here.

Worst place to get tires installed they ask what tires you need and tell you to go out side and find an employee and figure it out from there. Unlike other tire stores where the take your keys get your mileage make and model and give you an estimated time on when the service will be done. There is alot of miss comunication at this location with service writers and mechanics. Your better off buying the tires and taking them somewhere else for installation.

Just went in for new tire by appointment for 11am they said they would call they didnt I came back at 12:15 they were done a half an hour ago.

Worse place ever I got a new car it was used took it there to change the oil and they striped the oil plug and tried to say it was like that before I got there lies I go over my cars very well before taking them home no way it was like that before

Drop ur car off for repairs and go in and go shopping.

Waited over two hours and our car wasn’t touched once. Only had two cars ahead of us when we arrived.

Rude customer service came in 6:55 to get an emergency patch done on a tire and neglected me service claiming it was closed after I reminded them the time, they were talking until it became 7 and told me that they were closed now!
