I’m from New Jersey originally Ana have been out in Cali for years. Jose was BY FAR the most professional, courteous and nicest employee that I have come in contact with live AND as well as the 800 number. I’ve been with Verizon over 15 years. One other person that is now a manager at a store in Apex NC is the other. Great Customer Service goes a long way.

Mauricio is the best, he went above and beyond with helping my father and mother in-law. Always a pleasure doing business with this store.

Jose was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The product I wanted wasnt available at his store so he looked around for me instead of me driving to all the Verizon stores. Unfortunately, no one had want I needed and he ordered what I wanted! Friendly & great customer care.

Not only did Mauricio solve my slow charging problem but then the manager synced my cell phone to my vehicles navigation system, which the car dealer had disconnected. Great place, great service. A credit to Verizon!.

Superb customer support. Kevin helped me configure my blue tooth from my cell phone to my car. He actually came outside and helped us out. Nothing was working and he instantly knew everything about not only cell phones but a Honda control panel. Perfect support. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

The manager, Chris, was very knowledgeable, was patient, and had good customer service. The only issue I had, was it took 4 1/2 hours to sign up for my new Verizon account with my two new cellphones.

If youre a Verizon customer or want to be, this is the place to go. Dont waste your time with other Verizon stores that just want to sell you a phone. Ask for Jose, Jean Pierre or Stella. These guys will go out of their way to help you get the best deal and work with your budget. I dont even call Verizon anymore. If I have any issues with Verizon, I go to Russell Cellular and let Stella, Jose or Jean Pierre handle it with them. Theyre impressively knowledgeable in the system and I feel I can trust their expertise, which is a lot to say. Personalized attention at its best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We went to Verizon today, we would like to thank Salvador & George for outstanding service, recommending a service that would work best for my husband and I. I switched over to Verizon about year ago and have been extremely happy with the service! The associate who helped me was working in an Escondido location but when he told me he was transferring to Oceanside, I had to follow him, as he is always so helpful and trust worthy! I have a lot of lines on my account ranging from phone to tablets to watches and every time Ive needed to add a new line, I had several hands ready to help! Definitely good energy, honest and helpful employees at this location :)

To whom it may concern including the CEO of Russell Cellular. I walked in to the office in Oceanside to purchase a new phone. I was fortunate enough to be helped by CJ. I have nothing but Kudos to give this young man. He helped me with an unusual situation with my difficult daughter. CJ conducts himself himself in an extremely intelligent, understanding and helpful manner. I just want this company to know that you are blessed to have such an amazing employee. As a former banker myself I am well aware of the tremendous asset is it to have an employee like CJ. He deserves to be promoted!

The fellas in there today were all very helpful. The manager Pierre was in high demand today but was extremely polite to all. Better experience than when I first came in to set up service about 3 months ago.

My wife and I switched from AT&T to Verizon with Guillermos assistance and got a much needed upgrade to the iPhone XR. Guillermo was very thorough in explaining what would come with our new plan and what to expect with our new bill etc. At the end of the visit, there was no confusion or surprises. Most importantly, he was patient with all our questions, helped us choose accessories and made us feel welcome like we were old friends. Ask for Guillermo if you visit this location. We are grateful he helped us!

Just bought a phone here, and I am blown away by the great customer service provided by the sales representatives at this store. Reps are not rushed to make a sale, they detail all the options available, and care about the customers at a personal level. I see all these bad reviews and I may agree that some of the ones in the past really did apply but I can say this store has drastically improved for the better with the especially with the new manager( John Pierre) leading from the front. I will definitely bring my business here again.

Over the holidays i just went in to browse around. While I was there I asked the young man to check my plan, knowing that theyre always changing and who knows, maybe theres something better had come out. He told me I could get 2 GB more data. I asked what it would cost and he told me that it would not cost me anything. WRONG. He changed my plan without telling me and put me on a new plan. I had been on older plan, at a better rate . When i got my bill this month my line charge went up $5/line forever, and I was charged a one time fee. I was not informed of ANY of this. It was no cost to him, however it is now an ongoing monthly cost to me. I will NEVER ever go anywhere but the corporate store again. Now I have to try my luck with customer service to see if they can reverse this. The corporate store didnt seem to think it was possible. If the manager of this store reads this, I will be coming in to speak with him/her about this total lack of honesty and see what can be done to get me back on my original plan.

Closed today with no explanation. Call before heading over.

Amazing atmosphere in the store the guys know exactly what they are doing in there I love my 2 tablets I purchased and my husband loves his watch. The guys really know there way around everything and gave us the best deal we have had inside any Verizon. Definitely my go to store the manager Pierre and his team Kevin and Cody and Elijah are so friendly and always eager to help us with any question I have. No need to wait to talk to customer service when I can call this store.

Came to this store because I was having issues with my s6. Turns out I was having issues with my battery so I just decided to get a new phone. It was slow and both reps Kevin and Stella were knowledgeable and set me up with a new s10! They went above and beyond and transferred all my stuff and even took the time to help me set up my accounts! This store is not nearly as busy as the corporate one down the street and the staff are so personable, definitely my new main store now!

CJ is absolutely wonderful he was by himself today and helped everyone with professionalism and ease!

I wish I could give you guys negative stars, but I doubt you guys care. In March my family and I upgraded 3 phones and added another line. After being customers with Verizon for 15+ years its disappointing to know that a simple upgrade cant be done right. $500 of overcharge later, my account still isnt updated. The free glaxay is still being charged, we were charged for going over data when we have an unlimited plan, the phones we turned in were only half credited. I spoke with Kevin, you manager, another guy there, NO ONE CARES TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. You guys just want a sale and screw over your customers. 3 months later I shouldnt be paying for your mistakes.

Amazing customer service. They definitely take there time to make sure everything is explained effectively Ryan and Kevin saved my day and got me a great deal. This is the only Verizon Ill be stepping foot in again.

They rock. There were three great young gentlemen in when I went for some help with my sim card, including Sebastian, who helped me out quickly and made my day a little better. Friendly and helpful.

The 2 starts is just because of Kevin the nice guy who works at the store, hes very charismatic and out going. I had an issue with a jetpack purchase that they forgot to take it off from the my bill and I got charged for it. I came to the store and explain the situation and it took one week after coming 5 times to the store to get the store manager to credit this back to me. Actually this was never taken off my bill I never saw the credit back to my account and I had to address this issue with customer service on the phone, it took 1 hour vs 5 days for the store manager to finally resolve this issue.

I needed to port my number out of Fi and to something that had better coverage at the office. Verizon had the best deal going and the gentleman in the store near my house had me complete ported over in about 45 minutes. Really impressively easy and fast. I overheard the staff talking to other customers and was impressed with the service all around. There wasnt any upselling pressure or push for things I wasnt asking for. I appreciate that a lot.

Extremely pleased, service was excellent, no lines and everyone was friendly. I didnt know there was a Verizon at the plaza, hated having to drive to the to Carlsbad or San Marcos. Ive been to Russell Cellular a few a couple times. Went in today & Lily remembered me from 3 mo. ago & asked how my surgery turned out. Nice being remembered. I enjoy going there... The young people who work there are friendly, accommodating, & competent. Im a baby Boomer who gets stuck on high techy stuff & they dont mind helping me.

Rookie move on management for leaving one guy working on a Friday, had me and the family there waiting for 15 min. And finally left. Each costumer is like 10 min minimum. He was helping two senior citizens, thats an extra 20 min to explain how technology works. Come on Verizon really!!!!!!

I told the customer service rep, Elijah, the phone I wanted, the plan I wanted and the accessories I wanted, Elijah gave me everything I wanted. Elijah even put a screen protector on my phone and put in the Otter box protector I had just purchased and he spent about an hour showing me how to use my new phone. DO NOT GO TO THE VERIZON STORE AT 800 CARLSBAD VILLAGE DRIVE, CARLSBAD CA ! THEY ARE THE WORST!

Waited 30 mins for a staff member to let us know they did not service for screen protectors. They could have asked us what we needed instead of saying they would help us shortly. We had to go to a different location

Christin was very helpful in resolving my issue. Everyone in the store was friendly and thanked me for coming in. I am a bit technology challenged but they didnt make me feel stupid for the questions I asked. A big improvement over the last time I stopped in there for help.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!--Russell Cellular is a Verizon Re-seller. They sold me a Jet-pack. They insisted on including a 2nd Jet-pack for free! I said I didnt want 2 devices. They said its free and I could use the 2nd device as a back-up--in case the other got damage or lost. Im thinking sounds reasonable. Here is the catch: I was not aware they set up 2 plans, with 2 two year contracts. This took a couple of calls to Verizon customer service. Verizon took down the name of the reseller and admitted that their re-sellers do work on an incentive plan based on the number of wireless plans they sell. So shop at Russell if you want to deal with dishonesty.

Pierre was such great help, got me set up with my new phone quick and painlessly. Make sure you talk to him. 🤙🏼

Spoke with Pierre and Elija; Pierre was extremely knowledgeable about the various plans, data allowances and even Canadian cross-border usage info. Elija was friendly and helpful also. Couldnt ask for a better team.

Avoid this store at all cost! The staff is rude and will offend you to your face. I saw a punk who works here screaming at an old lady over a bill I almost called the police. Do not enter this store if you like to be treated with respect. This store is a disgrace and needs to be shut down immediately!

You will regret doing business with these people. They do not disclose half the fees they will tack on to the cost of your phone. I am still trying to resolve 3 separate charges that I should not have been charged for! I will be filing a suit against them if it is not resolved in the next few days.
