Pleasant experience bringing my 12 pro for the broken screen repair. Phone is in immaculate condition now and the cost was half compared to what apple wanted. 2 weeks and no issue. They also give a 6 month warranty, so i am all set. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality repairs and fast service. Plus they have a good collection of cases and chargers too.

My wife, a type 1 diabetic and uses her phone to monitor her sugar, took her iPhone to get the charging port repaired. My daughters tend to crack their phones and I have gotten their phone screens replaced and the service has always been very professional and quick. In one case my daughters screen was replaced and worked fine but within a few days we were back to having problems. I went back to the store and they replace the screen at no additional charge.

This was my first time at this place and I didn’t have the best experience. I brought in 2 laptops. For my laptop, the screen was fixed within a week and everything was fine so I appreciate that. They didn’t call me to let me know that it was done though which I found slightly annoying they just told me when I called for status on them so if I didn’t call my laptop would’ve just continued to sit there. My moms laptop was a whole other problem. I understand that the problem with her laptop was a big issue but the problem was the lack of communication. Firstly, they needed authorization to fix the part but they didn’t call me for the authorization so it just sat there for a week with nothing being done on it until I called for a status. The next few weeks I called them. They were waiting for the part “mother board” for the whole 2 weeks. Then I called back again and they told me that the $200 part that they “fixed” wasn’t the problem at all so they need to keep my laptop for another few weeks after they’ve already had the laptop for a month. I asked them how long because it had already been a month and they couldn’t give me an estimated time frame. I asked if they could actually fix the problem because if they can’t fix the problem I want it back and they told me probably. I wish they would’ve just told me that they couldn’t fix it. I followed up for another few weeks with them ordering another part that may or may not fix the issue and then I ultimately just took the laptop back because it had been there for 2 months. They already didn’t have a sense of urgency and it’s clear that they couldn’t fix the laptop I just wanted it back. I’m not upset because the laptop couldn’t be fixed. If I was told that I would’ve just said okay. I’m upset because I had to keep harassing them every week to find out what was going on with the laptop and they couldn’t just communicate that they couldn’t fix the laptop and instead just kept stringing us along. I also had to spend $200 to not fix a laptop for a mother board when I could have just spent the $200 on a new laptop. If I had to get another device fixed I’m sorry but I wouldn’t bring it here. This was just a bad experience.

These guys are great value for your money. First off not only did they do an amazing job repairing my phone screen, they did it in record time. Really good customer service and I will be using them for my future phone repairs.

I cracked my phone screen by dropping it and the crack was in a really annoying place, so I wanted it fixed. The worker here at the time, Jacob, was super nice and fixed it right away for me. I normally try to live with a cracked screen because I dont want the trouble of getting it fixed, but now Ill be coming here if it happens again. Great experience all around :)

Had my phone screen repaired and the people at iFixScreens were amazing. I felt with Marcos and he was courteous and very knowledgeable. He repaired my screen and also went over a few things I could do to better maintain my iPhone 11. Got my iPad screen fixed for a few cracks and when I got it back the whole touch screen did not work. I attempted to bring it back and ask for a refund for the terrible service however was denied any refund and was treated terribly. Just go to ubreakifix or some other store so you don’t have to deal with this.

Terrible experience. I cracked my screen and paid them over $200+ to fix it and that first day I had to return twice because the screen was put on incorrectly and also because there were now pixels showing on my screen that werent there before. That didnt bother me because that can be an honest mistake but now not even a month later I am returning because my phone is now getting lines through the screen which I am told is because of a crack under the screen that apparently wasnt there the first time. At first the sales associate told me the best he could offer me is $15 off a new screen and after I had declined he then told me he could do $25. This goes to show me that they are not being truthful in their offers/prices they are charging. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Nothing but good words for the guys at ifixscreens in Oceanside. I brought me daughters iPhone 11 pro, which had no display and was cracked at the front and the back. I thought that the phone was a lost cause but still tried to see if and how much would it take to fix.Within 2 hours of dropping off the phone, they called and said it was ready. I am amazed at how quick the service was and for a very good price too. My daughter is extremely happy to get her phone back and has no problems with the device since.If you are deciding to get a device repaired, give them a call or better yet go to the store and you would find fast service at great prices.

My niece cracked the screen on her new iphone. We brought the phone here and were assisted by Marcos. He told us he would have to order the screen, that it would take 2 days to come in. As promised he called us in 2 days. We took the phone in and he fixed it in 10 minutes (maybe lesd actually). He was pleasant, professional and clearly knowledgeable. Never try to replace a back screen of an iPhone. Brought my phone in working condition to fix back glass. After they returned it to me it doesn’t work. Wouldn’t refund me because they wanted to send out the phone for a 30 repair. This place is unprofessional and sketchy.

My toddler has an old ipad mini and hes always dropping it. We do have a case on it but it doesnt always prevent cracks. I always go to this store when I need to get my screen fixed and I always work with Marcos. If you need a screen repaired go and ask for Marcos. Hell get you sorted out.

Shout out to Marcos. This is the guy you want to talk to you if you have a problem with any of the screens on your devices. I took my phone to another shop and they botched the job. I took my sons iPad for a screen repair/replacement and asked them to put on a screen protector as well. The screen kept separating from the body, so after bringing it back twice, and waiting for over a week with both visits combined, i decided it was best to get a refund. They obliged, but realized they only refunded the cost of the screen and not the protector. They told me that it was cracked, which it definitely wasnt since the iPad wasnt dropped or mishandled. It was my word against theirs so there was nothing i could do. Ill never go back there again. Its a shame since their location is walking distance to where i live. After this experience, I took my repair to iProdigy in Belmore who only needed a day to fix my ipad and did an amazing job. Very professional, friendly, and the turnaround time was amazing.

Went to get my screen fixed that had a small back spot in the corner. Ended up being of extreme poor quality that discolored after a week. Then after I went back and got a second one replaced which I paid for it went back to being discolored after 2 days. If I kept the original screen all i would of had to deal with is small back spot. Now i have to look at an entire screen thats discolored.

These folks are truly amazing. They fixed my Sons ipad Air 2 that would not charge. My son is particularly rough with portable technology and the power connection went bad after about 5000 times him aggressively pulling the power cord in and out. With the high prices of iPads nowadays, purchasing a new one would not be financially favorable with the mark up these days so took a chance it can be fixed and viola it was fixed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable rate. Replaced my sisters screen. paid them what they asked only to find out that the screen was of cheap quality as shortly after receiving back it looked like fuzzy under the screen....anotherwords zero display, i called them and got a less than snotty attitude, so i went elsewhere & replaced the screen again for less money, and I was told that the screen replaced was of poor quality...wont be coming back

Great service, was not satisfied with the quality of the part.After the screen was fixed in a very timely fashion, I noticed it was not as responsive to my finger strokes as it used to be. I have never cracked a screen before, I thought it was only glass being repaired. I have now learned there are more components being replaced than just the glass. One component is called a digitizer, which appears to be responsible for your key strokes. The screen looked great. The colors and the resolution really looked exactly the same as the original part, but it was just the way the phone now reacted to my finger movements which I could not get used to. This may not be noticeable or make a difference for many people, but for me it was. I ended up going back to Apple, and having the screen replaced with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture), and had to lose the money spent on the aftermarket part. I do not blame ifixit for my lack of research, as they do not advertise that its an OEM screen, so I would not expect a refund. They were friendly about it and willing to work with me, but there was no way for me to salvage the aftermarket part when apple repaired it. Bottom line is be aware that you are replacing more than just glass.

These guys are honest and good at what they do, glad there’s a dedicated place for these matters which tend to be very expensive elsewhere. I’ve brought them 2 items and they did an outstanding job on both and for a decent price.

You would think the easiest way not to break the screen of an iPad by stepping on it would just be to not leave it on the floor.... but my daughter obviously wanted to tempt fate.......and stepped on it!Brought it to iFixScreens on a Sunday afternoon and within a few hours the iPad was fixed. My daughter was ecstatic that it was able to be repaired the same day!Great customer support, fair prices, great service! Highly recommend!

The screen protector they sold me after they fixed my iphone screen was so worthless that two months later the screen cracked again when the phone fell on a carpet. One would have hoped for a discount on a second repair in such a short time but none was forthcoming.

Excellent service, very quick and cheap. I dropped my phone off with a black screen completely not functioning and they were able to fix it in under 30 minutes. It works perfectly now and I am so happy that I went here !!

They give you 10$ off for a 5 star review so the reviews are not genuine . my screen broke within less than a month and they were unwilling to warranty or give any break. It must definitely be of inferior quality. Never again.

The absolute worst customer service. Water damaged iPhone That could not be fixed, which is totally fine, but zero contact to update on the phone. From July 5 until today( 7/24)!!! First handed me the phone after a day of trying to dry it out, I walked out of the office and It did not work properly.. Provided me with a loner which I truly appreciated, but then acted with no urgency. Not once in all these weeks did anyone reach out to me, to give me an update that they are working on it. Until I called repeatedly asking what the status was. Phone had to be “sent out” to NYC to further investigate the damage. Bottom line is I am ok that the phone couldnt be fixed, but I will never recommend this place to anyone. If your iphone screen cracks or doesn’t work and its new, go to Apple or your provider. You will be treated with respect and shown much more professionalism dealing with a $1000 device.

Went in to fix my smashed iPhone 8 back glass, came back and the vibrating sensor broke. Tried to pass it off as, “it was like that when you gave it to me”, also they broke my microphone so now phone calls don’t work. Don’t waste your time and money on these idiots.

It took over 6 weeks to get a repair on my iPad pro and when it came back to me it was worse than ever. Would never return my calls, kept blaming it on the COVID, etc. Sent back for a warranty repair, over 2 more weeks, still not done, no reason why.I also have an iPad in for a battery change. This one is going on 3 months now. Every week I call, still no battery. device is in pieces so I cant ever take it back and repair it myself.I cant recommend unless perhaps you dont really want or need the item you wish to have fixed back in a timely or orderly fashion.
