I visited this store around 2pm there hispanic young women that was working was professional helpful and was pattient helping me set up a new phone line. I did not get her name but she was working by herself

The employee that helped me was awesome.Super gregarious, and very thorough and helpful to the other customers in line. The others had some more detailed needs than me (I was only reactivating my phone). The receipt only names her as Belssy..., so its unfortunate I forgot her name. I am very impressed with how naturally personable she is.

Belsie was super cool! Love her personality and customer service! Deff a keeper!

My Visit To This Location Was GREAT !!!! Both The Employees Were Very Helpful. Jasmine Really Tried Hard To Fix My Problems With My Phone That Decided Overnight To Not Accept My Google Play. So My Phone Is Being Replaced Under Warranty. I Got To Use My Extra I Phone As My Backup Once The Warranty Exchange Was Completed. Jasmine Is A Great Employee And Very Knowledgeable. Metro Corporate Should Be Very Proud Of Her Skill Set And Her Helpfulness. One Day Jasmine Will Be An Area Manager If Metro Understands Her Passion To Take Care Of METRO PCS Customers . THANK YOU TO BOTH EMPLOYEES THEY WERE BOTH VERY HELPFUL AND SHOWED ME THE PASSION THEY HAVE FOR THEIR JOB. A PRIME EXAMPLE OF REAL PEOPLE THAT LOVE THEIR JOBS AND NOT JUST THERE FOR PAY CHECKS. Jazzy is Awesome! Every time I go in there she is very attentive and very helpful. She helps me save money and gets me the best deals. I appreciate all of her help and her attentiveness to my life situation. I also really like MetroPC I think that their service is great and Ive had no problems!

This place is excellent I went in to warranty my phone and got it in 3 days service was fast and got all my info back they have excellent customer service I send all my employees here from camp Pendleton also I did not pay any fees since my phone was less than a month and my phone was in perfect condition:) High Recommended

If i could give zero stars i would have! Horrible customer service. Sales reps have no idea what they are doing without a manager on the line with them. THEY WILL NOT KEEP THEIR WORD IN REGARDS TO ANY WARNTYED ITEM PURCHASE IN THEIR PARTICULAR STORE! DO NOT GO HERE- I LOVE AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH METRO PCS. JUST THIS STORE IN PARTICULAR. When trying to exchange my case which i was told had a year warranty with receipt- LIES!

I just bought the Alcatel hotspot. I havent hooked it up yet, but Jasmin was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly.

These guys are really friendly and my phone service is only thirty bucks a month so theyre not doing it for the money and thats refreshing.

There were some issues I didnt understand with the phone plan. Time was taken to straighten out the issues pending. amd resolved in a timely fashion . They always take the extra step.

They have good deals but need at least one more employee to help out

Absolutely worst place I have ever been, I have been sitting here for an hour at the time of this post and still havent been served. The people working here have no sence of urgency.

Its okay place, highly recomendable dont buy the temper glass they suck they will come off within a week. A east coast accent girl stay away from her worst customer service ever, really rude and unprofessional

Completely scummy and unprofessional, not honest and negative. They do not once so ever have any customer care, as a result metro be losing me as a customer. She was sooo unprofessional and rude. Insighting anger and upset. What a wicked place.

Really bad customer service had us waiting for the longest when she conversated for 45 mins with other customers dnt know her name but she is short and curly hair then when i go to ask her something about activation she replys all rude when she had just told me i could do it myself and if i had a problem to call her
