Even though Im not a Verizon customer anymore the phone I have I did purchase through them. I was having problems with my service and after going to my current carrier and they didnt help me the nice gentleman at Verizon did. He fixed my phone issues and even told me if I continue to have problems to come back. The store was nice and clean the workers were very helpful and I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Great overall experience. If they werent so expensive I would change back to them for my service.

Andrew helped me out getting a new i phone after 3 years and was beyond helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the process and product which was nice because it got me in and out pretty quickly. He was also friendly and easy to talk to which was a plus. Over all great store and employees!

By far the absolute BEST customer service I have ever had! We had multiple issues with our upgrade order for over a week and were so close to even switching companies just because of it. Not to be too dramatic Andrew literally saved us. My wife and I are in the healthcare industry and our phones are literally our life lines and he went above and beyond to make sure we did not leave the store until our problems were solved. His customer service blew us away and we cannot thank him enough. Definitely deserves a raise!

It was super easy once the other two workers arrived I would recommend not going there before one in the afternoon if you do you’ll be waiting for two hours and they might not text you because they think you’re going to a different store when you’re really just walking around town near their store waiting for the text I told you to wait for. But thank you to the one worker that got me my new phone in 20 minutes
