Lacks the candor to earn my trust, so I set them up to fail and they did, by taking my personal details then repeatedly making false statements about the process. In addition they hand out phones with spyware and bloatware then gave out bad advice, like, go by an ATT prepaid phone... then they LOST the deal with ATT... which I saw coming. Lots of bums hang out around there as well. They deal with the very low end of the market, so I went over their head to the upstream providers, who also were not willing to deliver as promised. Move on is my advice.
