Rude lazy cashier. Cant ask him to do anything more than checkout. Got annoyed when asked him to remove an item. Shift lead? If a person like that can become a lead then Walgreens really needs to step it up when it comes to hiring or promoting.

Dont answer there phones, Called Twice in the past hour, on hold over 20 Minutes both times, and was disconnected by them. Pharmacist said with a straight face that we answer the phones, when I showed them on hold over 20 minutes. Couldve fixed my prescription in time if they simply answered the phone. Or fixed it on there own like they shouldve, and did last time. And pharmacist argues with me theres no record of anything needed to be fixed, then finally admits finding it, and saying that they never fixed it, when they most definitely did. And that I need to call doctor to fix, whose office is now closed. And there Drive-Through is horrible. I have a Standard Sized SUV, squeezing through is a Gamble, and twice when exiting the curbs they put randomly in the sidewalk has pinched my tires, almost causing a flat. And they added a random curb so you cant turn right onto the exit street, they make you go left, which causes you to scrape the side. Never going back to this location ever again.

Today is 7/14/2020 and I have called pharmacy four times. The call cycle rings and rings then puts you on hold for a few minutes then it rings again to alert the pharmacy a customer is waiting then it puts you on hold once again for a few minutes and finally ir rings non-stop and they finally disconnest you. This process takes 10 minutes. I noticed another complaint for the same problem. Their automated pharamcy service does not tell you much. Do I need to call my doctor again to forward the prescription or is it showing in your computer as received and not filled as it has before? Where is the regional manager to resolve this ongoing problem?

I have met many horrible folks around Long Beach but none as rude as the pharmacist at this pharmacy, they lie, never have meds ready, ignore their customers, there is no parking since they are doing construction. So if you want to be treated horribly, be surrounded by negative energy and not be able to park, by all mean go here.

Good store. Parking lot is very convenient. Not enough help during the day when I most frequent the store.

15 minutes and still on hold. By time they pick up the pharmacy would be closed.
