The facility is well organized and clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful and efficient during the application process. The units and access to the facility is secure. Gate hours are great at 5 am to 9 PM. I would recommend this facility to most people as it is close to a major freeway. I believe I got the last 5 x 10 unit so the size of the units available for rent was limited to the larger units as smaller units were not available. Only complaint would be the bathrooms are kept locked at all times and a key is required to access it.

Just got my unit. Maria was very nice and quick with getting me a u it while I was in a rush. It has the earliest access time around. Definitely recommend coming here.

Really easy move in process with streamlined paperwork. Office staff really knocks it out of the park and makes you feel like you’re part of the family. Very clean facility and highly recommended!

The facility is super clean and the staff are very friendly. They also have great rates. What I like about them is that they have storage for vehicles as well and outdoor individual storage units that you can just drive right up to, as well as indoor units that are climate controlled.

If I could rate lighthouse storage with more than 5 stars, I would. I have received all that I could have asked for and then some. Ive got multiple units at different facilities and have never had an experience anywhere like I have since coming to lighthouse. Megan was so friendly and helpful. When I reserved a unit online that was “drive up” but not really she went the extra mile to find us a great spot. Clean place, great sanitation offered and best of all no roaches! 10/10 would recommend Lighthouse Storage.

I store my RV here. The lot is well lit, mostly flat, monitored, and secure. Maria is also a great lot attendant and goes out of her way to be accommodating.

They never answer a phone and the lift is always out of order. Since day one! Very unprofessional. They had a guy smoking in the upstairs. When I told them they said oh we know him. Well do something about it ! Isn’t this a no smoking facility. Shady peeps also around there. I would go elsewhere.

First time getting a storage unit and the lady was very helpful. Hours are awesome compared to other you have to wait till 7am.

Poor customer service. Lots of theft! Random clients have keys to storage units, so breaks-in are common. NO insurance on FLOODING!! Employees turnover is every 89 days, due to not having to pay their employees benefits.

My wife and I love Lighthouse Self Storage in Oceanside. We were drawn to this location because they had an online deal your first 2 months (for the size of our unit), and the Manager, Alex, was very helpful to my wife over the phone with her questions without having seen the unit yet. The location is gated with security and the facility is very clean and well-maintained. Climate control was also a must for us, and our unit has always felt very comfortable during the heat of summer and the cold temperatures in winter. I recommend this storage facility to anyone as our belongings are very valuable to us, so you want them in the best place possible for security and condition.

Easy in and out.

Move-in was quick & easy. Maria, the site mgr. was very helpful, she had the paperwork for my new unit processed in minutes, and I started the move-in within a half hour!This is my 2nd unit here, & I definitely refer anyone interested in storage facilities to come down and talk to the folks at LIghthouse Self Storage.

I have been using this storage facility for about a year now. They are super accommodating and I always enjoy seeing Alex there. The facility is clean and offers great service and options at the price!

Spoke with Alex, she was very informative and was able to suggest the best size unit for all my belongings. When I arrive, she was able to get me in and out of the office within 15 minutes. Storage facility has plenty of equipment to make the move in/out very easy.

Ive rented here for years. They change management alot but Ive always liked storing here. I will say that corporate office isnt the best and it makes it hard for the people in the office to give me a straight answer about my account or when things will get fixed but the folks that work here try really hard and are always nice to me. Its not a huge operation. If youre wanting big business this isnt it but for a small mom and pop operation it gets the job done. Not for high maintenance people. Good affordable and easy.

I told Alex the manager that I wanted a different parking spot because I move my work truck quite often and she kept me posted and was able to get me a different spot that was easier to get in and out of. It took a couple months but she kept me informed. Great customer service!!

Lighthouse Storage in Oceanside has been AMAZING! I moved to Oceanside, CA from Phoenix, AZ. And 18 months prior to Arizona, i moved from Atlanta, GA. The last 5 years has been a nightmare and cumbersome carrying around 14,000 lbs of household goods.. After strong recommendations from a family friend, I contacted Lighthouse Storage. The office managers were so gracious in assisting me. Not only did they meet with me immediately at their office, but they also took the time go over every detail and options that Lighthouse Storage offered. In our conversation, we briefly went over that all my relocations have been due to the United States Air Force. Upon Brandon hearing those “key words”, he let me know that Lighthouse Storage honors those of us who have served. Immediately, he asked to see my valid military ID and I was given a discount. (Not once did I need to “ask” if they offered military discount. To me this was not only refreshing, but it showed me they didn’t want to make a quick buck by omitting information for discounts)I have had my unit for the last 15 months. I have NEVER had any issues with either my storage unit and/or the great team at Lighthouse Storage. Between their customer service, pricing, and secure location, I STRONGLY recommend Lighthouse Storage in Oceanside, CA. Give them a call or walk on in and ask for Brandon. 😊Catherine

I highly recommend Lighthouse Storage! Reserving the unit online was so easy, the prices and hours are great, and the move-in was easy, too. Brandon was a huge help, which is so appreciated when under stress from a move. All of the guys were great! Don’t go anywhere else!

If I could I would give this place negative stars. I would not recommend it this to anybody. Someone broke into my storage unit and replaced the lock with their own, so who know how many times they went in there freely. When I contacted the manager and told them my key didnt work,Magen told me they changed it because of the flood that happened during the weekend. Two days later when I showed up the oceanside lighthouse Megan said that they DIDNT have a key in my file!! She gave me the Corporates phone number and they said to come the next day and the manager will cut the lock off for me. The next day there was no manager on site! I called Corporate they said the manager was doing a walk around the property, so I waited and I ended up walking around the property with my two daughters looking for managment, i didnt see anyone. I Called Corporate again and they said they would have the manager call me. So I waited for the call. I called Corporate AGAIN and they said there was no manager on site, that the manager quit the day before. I waited there for three hours with my two daughters,an 8yr old and 6 month baby. Corporate should told me there was no manager on site that day. Oceanside lighthouse storage is unprofessional,I honestly feel as if they are the ones who broke into my unit!! And to top it off I paid for that month and the next month and they didnt wanna refund me my money. I had my storage empty(well what was left of it ) on the 13th and the 10th is the last day to receive a refund. So I accepted that, but I asked about the next month that a paid for and they said because I did it online freely that it was pretty much a donation.I explained that i wasnt expecting to have my storage broken into so I was planning on staying the next month. And the items that were stolen from my unit are long gone and the insurance company wont pay for they things.READ THE INSURANCE POLICY CAREFULLY!!!

This storage place is GREAT! Bob, who usually mans the property, has been awesome. He helped me find just the right unit, and when I needed more space,he accommodated mequickly. He has always been friendly, and made me feel like my business was appreciated.Then, to make it even better, when it came time to move out, he referred me to a moving service that was also friendly. Awesome storage facility! Alex was so helpful. She made the process smooth and easy. She was a breath of fresh air and was a pleasure to do business with.

We have been here just a short time but this place has a great staff working here. Since I been here you can tell they do their best to keep this place cleaned up and maintain. You feel safe being here. they are cheaper than the last place we where at and I even have a bigger unit. The only down fall I can find is no elevator for people to use to get upstairs but I think my age might have something with that getting up and down. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a storage company this is the place to be.

Usually storage facility managers are rude. Alex gave me the most positive interaction Ive had with a storage facility after renting from several in the past. With a convenient location close to the freeway, storing here was a no-brainer. If they have a spot, TAKE IT!

Lighthouse Storage in Oceanside, CA is a clean facility with friendly, caring and professional staff. The access hours are later than other storage facilities in the area and the security is great. Alex Agraphiotis is incredible, I stopped in to check on available spots and I had the pleasure of speaking with Alex she was very informative and let me know that nothing was available. However she took my number and said she would follow up if something came available and to my total surprise she did not only call me but made sure I was 100% setup and taken care of. The spot didnt work for what I had in mind but once again she stated she would call once something came available and she did and this was the perfect spot. The experience has been absolutely out of this world Alex is the best manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I can highly recommend this facility. Make sure you ask for Alex for the best experience she treats everyone as a friend and establishes personal relationships with all the tenants.

Flooded. All my stuff and those around me stuff was damaged. I put my stuff in what I thought was safe and secure and it was not. Reading past posts this has been a problem.

Out of the past 16 years of storage thing at this facility aint never had any issues or problems until the current co-manager Isaiah has been there would I recommend anyone to go to this facility now NO absolutely not. Over the past 16 years I have been well taken care by Stephanie, Alfonso, Bob and other manager before these three yes Ive been here a long time of as far as moving my parking stalls or moving my storage to new spots within the facility. The only reason I chose this spot as my location of storage and business now is due to the fact I used to run this lot when I was little kid when my grandma worked here before the current company took over.. I do appreciate all the help and considerations that the other managers and co-managers took in my behalf of helping me out through all those years just also like to show my appreciation for Brandon the current co-manager very awesome guy and very easy to get along with if you ever hear have a chance a speaking with him. I never wanted to write a Google review without having something good to say about both co-manager so here you f***en go Isaiah your f***en review. Best Storage Company in town now that Alex has become our onsite manager. We have recommened this place to our family and friends, when one of our friends showed up to look into a unit, to rent .Alex was in the office at the time she was very friendly, and conducting her self very professionally. She was able to meet their needs. My friend told me Alex must really love her job because she is well knowledged on these facility. I can tell you this place has improved 100% since she arrived, Ive seen her out pulling weeds and shoveling dirt out of a customers parking slot, that is going the extra mile for her customers. As far as the units here I have never had any trouble nor have I heard of anybody say anything bad. Now that Alex is doing a great job here its my turn I would like to invite you to come rent here, and you might even get a good discount.
