Staff at StorageWest were kind and professional. David was the first person we spoke to .. he was friendly and provided a wealth of information he was patient with all our questions and concerns.Brooke was kind and always had time for us… she was patient in showing me how to use the new locking system and truly concerned about our car and well-being. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others

I highly recommend Storage West in Oceanside for your storage needs. The staff is very helpful and professional. Dave and Brooke have been great to deal with. Moving is very stressful, but with StorageWest in Oceanside you will have one less thing to worry about.

David and Brooke were extremely kind and helpful. I initially picked the wrong sized unit and they were so accommodating when the changes had to be made. They are hardworking and efficient. Highly recommend this facility for storage needs.

I worked with David at Storage West Oceanside to set up a large storage unit for when my husband deployed. He was so great to work with, made everything super easy, especially since we did everything over the phone due to COVID-19.We had a last minute change in plans and didn’t end up using the storage unit at all, and they gave us a full refund. I will definitely go to them if we ever need storage in Oceanside again and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

David the full time manager at the above address is a 10 star employee....I have had two lockers with Storage West. David helped & supported me on at least 3 occasions when abnormal occurrences occured. He helped me immediately in each case, was kind, efficient & professional. All help has been good at this site while I had property here. If I ever need storage again I will not hesitate to use Storage West.

The on-site managers Jake and Jennifer provided nothing but exceptional customer service. Communication was always quick via email, and if they were away from the office I always got a call back promptly. For the same price of some smaller units at other locations, Storage West offered bigger storage options. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with them and if i needed more storage in the future I would definitely go through them again. Thank you!

I moved my household into Storage West last October, 15. These previous managers may have been good. No one can beat Michelles management and service. Expensive, fees for everything, EVERYTHING. Probably going to get charged a fee for this Yelp review. Shop around people, lota storage places around.First rent, then preferred lease fee $9.95, then late fee $25.00, then pre lien fee $15.00. So, $44.95 in just fees, all them fees, 17 days past due. Hahahaha this place is AWEFUL!Trust me people not only are they in the ghetto with bums everywhere, its fees, fees, fees and the only factor in the fee schedule; yes, schedule is the bottom line.As retired military, guys, theyre banner in front is a joke. Ask your buddies, place is aweful for storage, even for just a small storage during deployment.UPDATE: Now they wont talk to me cause of an HONEST BAD REVIEW!! Give me a break, real professional David, clown!Happy hunting folks!
