Im extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism that Beckstrom provided me. I hit a deer one night on my way back home and needed a lot of parts replaced and body work done on my front end. My insurance recommended that I contact Beckstrom. I called them the next day, and was surprised at how quickly they had me come by and with how flexible they were. When I arrived, they were extremely professional. The staff was extremely nice, cooperative, and helped me answer any questions that I had. I was given a time window of when the truck would be done, and they got it finished before that estimated time. My truck had never looked better! Ive always been a little skeptical of mechanic and other automotive shops, but throughout the whole process they gave me peace of mind, and after seeing the results and the incredible quality of work they did, I wont ever be taking my truck to any other place, and Ill be HIGHLY recommending Beckstrom to all of my friends!

WOW!! I’m not normally one to leave reviews because most people don’t deserve them but Beckstrom Body absolutely does! We needed some minor repairs done to our vehicle and they were so great to work with. Friendly, timely, and overall professional. It’s hard to find good, honest people these days that know what the word integrity means! I’m here to tell you that they do! We will definitely use them again in the future!

Super fast and quality work. Called another body shop to repair the front bumper of my Focus RS and to get an estimate I had to wait a week. Here they got me an estimate the same day. Pre-ordered parts and had my car ready in 4 days. Absolutely recommend.

Beckstrom was great. Had to have some body damage fixed on my door. The work looked great. We had a vexing issue of a whistling sound. They were very tenacious about finding the problem. It took us about 4 return visits. In spite of my obvious frustration (you ever drive to Vegas with a constant whistling next to your ear?) and probably theirs less obviously, they remained professional And kept at it. They finally tracked it down having to do with my mirror. It took us almost 3 months to get it taken care of, but that was more to do with my schedule than theirs.

Decent work on the car. A little bit of lippage on the bumper molding but I realize its hard to get things perfect. I had to dock a few stars because they were not good at letting us know when it would be done. It changed from Thursday to Friday to Monday. Not fun when expectations are set and then fall through. I called in and felt a bit patronized.

I hit a deer going about 80MPH (the speed limit) in the middle of last summer and had it pieced together with scrap yard parts to get us through the rest of the summer (we are avid campers) until I was ready to spend the time and money to have it professionally fixed. Finally, last week I decided it was time and after reaching out to some friends, I decided Beckstrom Body Shop was the way to go and I am so glad I did. Jacob (Jake) Randall took really good care of me and my truck and I am very happy. Jake also took into consideration that I was paying out of pocket to have my truck fixed and I feel like I paid a fair price for the work I had done. In addition to fixing and painting the driver side fender and grill, I asked that the Body Shop spray the underneath to help with rust, mud/dirt, salt, etc. and they did a fantastic job with that as well. I will return to Beckstrom when I need any other body shop work. They were professional and I feel very well taken care of. Thanks for making the process easier on me!

Involved in an accident and our insurance gave us a list of people we could contact. Most shops where a week out for just the estimate, Beckstrom could meet us same day! They took our vehicle the very next week and did a great job! They kept us posted the whole process and where great to work with. I have a fleet of vehicles and will be using them again.

Called me every few days to update, great communication. Realized my horn wasnt working 3 months later, fixed it no questions. Great experience.

My truck needed some body work done due to being hit, it was covered by the persons insurance. I took it in the end of July 2020 and as of today Feb 17, 2021 my truck is yet to be finished. They haven’t kept me informed as to what was going on, I had to keep calling to see if the parts were in yet, I have gotten called in to get it done only to show up and it’s not ready or the wrong part was ordered. I would not use this shop if you are wanting something fixed or replaced in a timely manner. I feel like they got their insurance money and as soon as that happened they forgot to do the work.

Where DONT i start, NEVER USE this body shop to have your car repaired and painted. They had to paint my car twice and it still was not right, they ruined my wiring harness that was another 5K to fix. After all this i had to send it to a more experienced shop. Manager jake was good at first but then was horrible, shawn the owner wasnt any better its a good thing farmers insurance has pulled them as one of their preferred shops because these guys are a joke. If you have a pearl paint job only go to schmitts in SLC to have it done right the first time. They dont even deserve one star but it wouldnt let me post without giving them 1

These guys are my shop. Always take good care of me and do a very professional job. We made the mistake of getting a scratch fixed at the dealer once, and the guys just used a nail polish jar of paint to try and cover it up. Beckstrom fixes it the right way so it looks new.

Took my car that was hit by a tree in the big wind storm. They assessed the damage fairly. Insurance decided to total the vehicle. Beckstrom was very accommodating and sympathetic to me. Wish they would have been allowed to fix it.

Update, after finding several flaws and my dad also having problems this week, I guess this shop isnt what it used to be. I will say they are willing to make things right if you are willing to bring your car or truck back several times. Nice people too.

Very helpful and reasonable!

Dropped off vehicle with their very friendly staff. They were great about what to expect and it didnt seem like vehicle would take long to repair. Communication was went from decent to poor real quick. Finally after weeks of waiting and calling them for updates on the car it was finally ready. Went to pick it up and it was right. The hood was pushed to far up that when the windshield wipers were extended out as if to change then it rubbed off all the new paint off from the top of the hood. The side cowls werent put in right they came right off. I ended up leaving the car there so they could fix it. Then again I was the one who had to call a few days later to see if it had been fixed. Finally picked it up and something with the radiator was wrong and was leaking fluid but they said it wasnt part of the accident. It was fine before the accident. Wish communication was better but the quality of their work is good just took them a second time to get it done excluding the radiator.

I’ve had Beckstrom Body Shop repair several vehicles for me over the last 15 years and they have always been easy to work with and their work is very good. Top notch shop! I highly recommend them!

Ive come to Beckstrom twice and have had a great experience both times. The first time I went in because I had a little dent and Marshall went out to check it out and was able to pop it out with his bare hand in 2 minutes and sent me on my way! The second time, I was rear ended and the insurance agent referred me to Beckstrom. While I was on the phone with the agent and he sent over the request to Beckstrom and before we could even hang up the phone I had Jordyn from Beckstrom calling me on the other line to get me taken care of. The whole process was timely and seamless and they even gave me a cute coffee mug with candies. Hopefully I wont have anymore dents or accidents, but if I do, Ill always come here first!

My parents used Besckstrom Body Shop since I was 16 years old and each time we had a great experience they are always friendly and honest which is hard to find these days. I am now 39 years old and still going there, our car was just in there they did a great job in a timely matter, great people to work with.

Really good job on what Im sure was a difficult task.. Black paint is tough to get perfect.. All though the insurance company (State F.) had them use some used parts on the front end which had to be replaced a 2nd time and I hope ended up costing the insurance company in the long run, thats what (S.F.) gets for taking shortcuts.. very happy with the job Beckstrom body shop did.. Would definitely recommend them!!!

Beckstrom fixed a dent on my truck and they recommended that I wait a week for the paint to cure and then come back to have it buffed. Within that week we had several scratches from driving through thick brush on the sides of our truck..front to back. When I took it in to buff the paint they also buffed the scratches on both sides at no extra charge and they washed my truck as well as the windows inside and out. Great service! Thanks for a job well done!

Beckstrom is above and beyond in customer service ! I have gone several time to ask about very minor repairs such as a bolt that’s come loose on a fender or a door that squeaks or seems stiff to open and close. Each time I have been helped quickly, advises of a solution and each time they have fixed the issue on the spot. I have not had major bodywork done at this location but if their service is anything like their simple fix service I will defiantly come back. Business Seems to be family owned and genuine concern for the customer.

When we needed work done on a couple of our cars, we chose to take them to Beckstrom Body and Paint Shop in Ogden. Their personnel are highly trained, good to work with, and they do excellent work. We were very pleased with the cars when we picked them up.

They did what seems to be so far a good job on my car, however the dates it would be done kept changing. They did keep me updated after I went in to check on the status of it. My only complaint is they had it a week longer than they first estimated. Otherwise I would highly recommend them

My car came back looking much better than was expected

I took my truck for a dent on my rear upper door and they did an excellent job on it ! thanks to your crew. But when I got it back I notice a new dent and scratch that it wasnt there and I took it in, it seems like something hit it ! its not a big deal to me but just to be aware of it.. please take a little bit more care of the customers cars or at least let the customer know what happened and Im pretty sure will be more better for the company than just dont say it! also cleaning count a lot when making a God job! So just to improve those two things will be my recommendation . Thank you!

Best personal care in the state. I got horrible hail damage on my SUV and when I got it back, it looked brand new. They have also repaired my husband’s car with excellent results.
