They are awesome! Justin went to the tow yard to look at my car for me, took care of the billing for towing, gave me a fair price quote, they took a lot of stress out of getting my car fixed! I appreciate what they did so much.

Recently my car was involved in a hit and run. I had to make a claim through my insurance because my car wasn’t drivable. My family has used Old School Auto Body in the past so my mom suggested calling them for this situation. I called and spoke to Justin who was sympathetic and even promised to be there a few minutes after closing time in order for the towing company to get my car there safely and checked in for the night. I talked to him a couple times after that day to assure everything on my car would be taken care of that I could see visible damage on. They quoted me for Wednesday of this week and I got a call yesterday letting me know my car was ready for me. I couldn’t pick it up until this morning but when I arrived they had my car all washed and ready for me. The work done was fantastic, my car looks very, very nice. I hope I don’t need any more repairs due to accidents in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be using Old School Body Shop again. My car was in the hands of real craftsmen, thank you Old School team!

Unfortunately, we have had to use Old School over the years. This recent job is a discretionary one. They are the best shop on town. They have extremely well with me on this job particularly. Their work is of the highest quality and they are accommodating to my needs. I am glad to give them the highest marks.

I recently had a clean one-owner Honda Accord, an older vehicle with over 100,000 miles, deemed a total loss by my insurance because the cost of repairs would exceed the value of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was worth more to me than to the market and so I considered retaining the vehicle and spending out-of-pocket money to have it repaired.This vehicle was in a rear-end collision, with front end damaged and airbags deployed. The front-end damage didnt seem extraordinary, but the airbag deployment was an indicator of more damage than meets the eye, and airbag replacement was going to be expensive, but I really wanted to retain and repair the vehicle if at all possible.I asked Old School body shop if they would give me a second opinion and I offered to pay for their time to go to the yard where the vehicle was and take a look. They did so willingly and gave me what I strongly believe was an honest estimate, which was actually more than the insurance company field rep estimated. They were very thorough and explained the reasoning behind the potential expense of the repairs.Based on their estimate I determined that repairing the vehicle would simply cost too much. Had this not been the case I absolutely would have had Old School do the repairs -- they were incredibly helpful and gracious during this difficult process.After deciding to accept that the vehicle was totaled, I again offered to pay for their time, and they kindly refused payment. Throughout this process they were very helpful and customer service oriented, assisting me in a difficult decision with a difficult situation.I strongly recommend Old School and would place them first on my list of body shops to go to should I ever need one again.

I met a lot of the techs and even the owner; all showed interest in the work being done on my vehicle. Im a car guy and have been to a lot of shops and this is truly one of the few exceptional places ive experienced. The work was second to none!! They have a customer for life!!

The people there are super friendly, it was Surprisingly clean to being an Automotive body shop. The work on the side of my truck was OK but they over sprayed the paint on to the brand new bed liner that they Had just sprayed in as well.

Old School has always handled our vehicles great. Edgar is the tech who does the repairs on our cars. This place makes us feel comfortable our car will be handled correctly.

I have taken 2 of my cars here after minor accidents and both times when I received my car back it looked like nothing happened. If I didnt know any better I would say they are magic. On top of the work they do on cars their customer service is awesome as well. I once called to get advice on another accident that the other drivers insurance was trying to deny and they were very helpful in what options I have and gave me some great advice. I recommend these guys all day long, you will not regret it.

We just had our Toyota Tundra in for some bed side damage and not only were these guys very fair priced but their work was great quality! Their customer service was A+ and our truck came home sparkling clean. As a shop manager I understand the importance of positive reviews and these guys have earned my business and my referances for future work. Job well done guys.

I LOVE Old School Body Shop. I used them 3 times now. 2 times for my 2008 Mazda 3 & once for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport. They called me twice a week for up dates & in between if there was anything extra that needed to be done that we had not discussed. They are always really quick at getting me scheduled for my repairs! The longest Ive ever had to wait was 4 days. They are very good about getting your car back to you in a timely manner. Oh & I love how clean my car is upon returning to me!!!! They wash & vacuum it & I love it! I was also able to have my Mazda detailed after the repairs were done & it only cost me an extra $100 & an exta day in the shop & it was worth it! My Black Mazda was never so clean inside & out than after that detailing!!! I would of paid twice that much for how great of a job was done on my detail cleaning. I actual take all my cars there once a yr for them to a detail cleaning! :)What else do I love about Old School Body... Oh yes, If anything goes wrong after with the repairs they fix it right away & its not a long or difficult process! All work done has a life time guarantee. Last but not least, everyone there is so kind & they remembered both my name & my daughters name after my first visit.

Best body shop ever

I would not recommend this shop to a complete stranger!! I took my sports car there for repair that was rear ended, they called me to say it was done early. Upon getting ready to pick it up that day, they called again saying they ran into a problem. When they backed it out of the garage they backed it into another car and wrecked it again. Not to mention, they tried making me feel better by saying the other car received a lot worse damage than my car. How does that matter? You still wrecked my car! Upon picking it up after them fixing it the second time, they left paint bubbles and new surface scratches all over the rest of the car. I told the manager I deserved a discount for all my troubles and he said he would give me 80 bucks off like it was a amazing deal! I will NEVER EVER use this shop again, I am completely devastated that because of them my car will never be the same!!

These guys do a bang up job. I couldnt even tell I had been in an accident, and they detailed my vehicle as a courtesy.

The place wasnt very clean inside, the lanscaping looked like it used to be nice but there were weeds and grass over growing all the decorations.I wasnt impressed with the estimator, no cash discount there prices much higher than the other shops I got bids from .

I am beyond thrilled with my experience here. After rebounding from an extremely disappointing go with Beckstroms, I was ecstatic that Old School had my car in and out exactly on the time frame they gave me on my estimate, and even managed to come in under the inital price! Will be going back to Old School if I ever need body repair done.

I had an accident and had my car towed to Old School. I wanted to know right away if it was totalled so Justin took the time to estimate the cost of repairs. Unforturnately, it was totalled. I had just put on $735 worth of snow tires and wanted to salvage them. Justin found a socket that would work (the car had a nonstandard size) and lent me an air gun to remove them. Even when that air gun didnt have the juice to crack a couple of them loose, he sent out an employee with a bigger gun to loosen them up. He wasnt going to get anything out of this since my car was totalled, but he helped me out anyway.

Someone backed into my car and upon a recommendation I took my car here for the repairs. The first time I went to pick it up, they hadnt even fixed the damage very well on the wheel well and hadnt aligned the door to my wheel well so I had to leave it there again. the next time, I took the car home and noticed dust or particles under the paint, a drip of running paint that had dried. They said theyd fix it so once again I got a rental car and removed 3 car seats/boosters. The third time I went back, I could see scratch marks in the paint and under it along with bubbles/dust. I finally told them that I wouldnt leave it with them and was taking it somewhere else. Their painting iS HORRIBLE. Their customer service was actually really good. They offered to fix it every time, but they just couldnt deliver on a quality job.
