These guys definitely deserve 5 stars! I worked mostly with Josh but everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and made me feel like their most important customer. They also easy could have charged me for 2 days work because of an unforeseen problem (which wasn’t even their fault) and only charged one days. They also were understanding and didn’t charge when I had to cancel an appointment. They gave me the best deals on my new wheels and tires and installed a brand new rack, light bar and ladder! And they always squeezed me in so fast! Other places wouldn’t even call me back! They will even allow you to order materials and have them shipped directly to their company so you don’t have to haul them! I highly recommend 4Wheel parts!
Good luck talking with someone “we are currently with other guests can you please hold” after 19 minutes I hung up… called again a few hours later. Same thing. So I thought I will try again today. Wrong! still same thing. Im willing to bet I could get a hold of someone at the irs during tax season faster then I could get a price on shocks…Just a few miles down the road from you guys is another shop that will be taking my business today.

The last time they worked on my truck they made a small mistake, but when it was discovered they immediately owned up to it and fixed it right away. Profesional and trustworthy, I will definitely be returning
I had a rough start with an particular install but, I was pleased to find the main manager was more then willing to make things right for me and take good care of me, even after a year and a half from install. No charge in my part and problem fixed. Ill definitely consider this shop again for another off road upgrade.

I am new to the Jeep Wrangler world and having just purchased my first I am trying to get everything to where it should be.The Jeep I purchased came with bigger tires than stock (35x12.50R17LT) and due to this my speedometer does not read correctly. I did some research online and everything I found pointed to the Smart Chip FlashCal for the Jeep JK and luckily this store had them in stock.I went and bought one on 5-25-21 and spent hours trying to get my issue corrected with a tool that is supposed to help. I got it close but not as it should be. I called today to see if I could return it and possibly get the bigger, touch screen one, and then I could just use the gauges section as my speedometer but they dont return this product. (The bigger one would at least be more user friendly and probably easier to mount and look better than the F5)I asked them if they could maybe help me dial in the speedometer since they wont return the tool to fix it. I was told that it would cost me $54 and even then they couldnt get it exact.So, I bought a tool to fix an issue which it wasnt able to do, asked if I could return it since it didnt address my issue and was told I cant, and then even asked for their help and they wanted to charge me and stated that they wouldnt get it exact either.$280 lesson that left me where I started to know that this is not the store, or company I guess, that I need to be spending my money with. I guess I am glad that I didnt buy anything to expensive.UPDATE: So, the manager reached out to me from this branch to try to help resolve the issue mentioned above. He said stop by and we will look at it and help you dial in your speedometer for no fee which was great. Get over there and I have already done what they tried and it doesnt get close.Mechanic asked if I knew the gear aspect ration, which I dont have any clue what was done to the jeep before I purchased it, because that can make a big difference. Manager told me if I stopped by on Saturday they could easily open the differential, see what it is, and fill it up with new fluid.I stopped in on Saturday, and even purchased a couple more items with the total ending up over $600 and when I asked about them checking the aspect ratio, I was told to bring it back in on Tuesday.Again, they seem to be happy taking the money but not really following through on the customer service side of things.UPDATE 2: The manager for this branch reached out to me and asked me to get my jeep right in to them and they would make sure it was a priority. I dropped it off and picked it up later that day. He was extremely nice and really took good care of me on this visit.
These guys are freaking awesome. So helpful and take time to show and make suggestions on something for a newbie like me. The store is welcoming and clean and if they dont have what you want/need they will see if it can be ordered and for my experience they can get it and do get it and FAST. My Jeep is my baby and they know it and dont try and talk me in to things I dont want or need. They know Im not a big rock crawler customer so havce made suggestions that fit my needs. I will definitely be back for more I mean I have new bumpers that I need to fill holes in LOL. Thanks for all that you have helped me with and will help me with in the future you guys ROCK!
Ordered 5 tires and 4 shocks and went to check my order status 2 weeks later thinking my shocks should be in so I could get them on before I get my tires installed but the only thing that arrived was 2 shocks and 1 tire dont know what the problem was but the service help was ok.
I appreciate the help they give. Little more spendy than what I remember from other locations but well worth it to not to have problems and to have it done right. Thanks

These guys saved my rear. On a particularly snowy day my traction bar came loose on my Jeep Wrangler, and after sliding into a guardrail and spinning out 3 times I barely made it to them. In a 24 hour turn around they replaced the traction bar, bushings and arm bars, plus two new front tires! They ACTUALLY had the parts on hand, and knew exactly what they were doing. Fabulous job, great guys, amazing job.PS if you have the classic stock Wrangler death wobble at high speed have these guys look at it. Other places wanted over $3k for simple traction bar adjustments, which is ridiculous. Will be back!
Great store that carries some offroad items. They need to learn if they have an event that has a raffle, to let people know when the raffle is taking place. Some people are inside the store buying or ordering things. Outside event called out Raffle numbers more than once but everyone within the store never knew it.They dont carry every off road thing or accessory but carry a lot. Showroom also allows you to see what items kinda look like before you order. I was looking for 2 items that they dont carry or have information on but one is on almost every winch Ive seen. Not sure where people get the Factor 55 hooks .
Went in to try and get help finding the correct sized shocks for a truck with a lift I had purchased. The individual I worked with was very uninterested in helping me. Acted irritated I didnt know the exact length of shock I needed. Refused to help me find out, or offer suggestions. Just wanted me to buy and get out. Ill be shopping at Fat Bobs Garage in Layton from this point forward. I only chose 4WD because It was closer to where I live.
Very slow turn around time. Kept promising that it would get done and didn’t. So when I finally lost my cool and drove down there they said “well we just won’t do it for you then” which was a terrible response. Terrible customer service and terrible service all around. Will never go to them again.

I went in and bought four new tires. They installed them and sent me on my way without performing a leak test. All four valve stems leaked air. Supervisor at the store couldn’t give me any straight answer as to why this happened. Not acceptable at all. Especially on all four tires, this clearly points to lack of checking for leaks. And poor service by the technicians. Also if you step in the shop you’ll see how poorly equipped they are. Horrible experience. Haven’t had my truck for several days this week because they didn’t have parts to fix the valve stems.. The supervisor tells me Toyota’s are notorious for this. All the more reason to know you can’t let this happen. No excuses guys, this shouldn’t happen!!!!

My daughter ordered me covers for my Jeep she was notified it was in I stoped during work so I had to hurry was there 25-30 minutes could not find it.Returned next week same employee could not find it told the girl at the desk I could not wait any longer and had to leave she looked at the computer and walked to the shelf and someone had put it there for sale.The door says new management they had better get things organized or it won’t last long.I won’t be back
Good Products. Prices are a bit high but workmanship is good. Really need to work on customer service! I had a warranty issue, took it in and they said it needs a controller. On order, should be there in 3 to 5 business days. That was a Tuesday. I called the fallowing Tuesday to check. It was ordered, but not shipped. He would call, find out what happened and call me in a bit. I called back Wednesday to find out. It was shipped and when it came in he would call. A week Friday later (10 days) I called to check. It came in Wednesday, UG, but no call. I was told come in in morning and they would put the new controller in, I shouldnt be 15 minutes. The next morning I showed up and no notes. The clerk asked if I was leaving truck for them, I explained what was going on and that they had 15 minutes to fix it. NO COMMUNICATION FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT! Very Poor Customer Service!!

They have now had my Jeep for two weeks, getting $7000 worth of work done. I’ve now called 6 times to get updates I have been hung up on twice, every time I get through I am told a couple more days, end of the week, end of next week and finally to say I’m told it will be tomorrow. Nobody has attempted to call me back with any updates or what the hold up is. Very very very poor customer service. I will not be patronizing this establishment again.
This is a new store to the Ogden area. They had their grand opening recently. I was able to attend and see first hand that they are very interested in providing high-quality parts customization service and their expertise to the consumer.
First impressions are lasting ones. It’s a shame the company has indifferent and uninterested employees willing to help a customer choose and purchase suspension parts. I came in a few months ago to get a Bilstein 1-2” shock/lift setup for my 19’ Toyota Tacoma TRD. I was willing to spend the $1k for parts and labor, but after I was treated like an annoyance at the counter for getting an estimate, I decided there was no way I was giving them my money or time. A short drive to SLC cures any displeasure of doing business in Ogden, and finding a shop willing to treat you like a paying customer and person.
Outstanding Work / Great Prices. I had these guys install a complicated ARB modular front winch bumper on a 3500 Silverado. The fit and alignment were spot on the first time. The tech torqued all bolts and made grease pencil marks when he checked them twice. Only a skilled professional who takes pride in his work does this. This kind of service makes me think twice about doing some of these installs myself. Will be back to see these guys again.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a Wrangler. After purchasing a 2014 Sahara with modified suspension, wheels, and tires; I was pretty upset with both handling and gas mileage. Christopher is VERY knowledgeable about all things Wrangler and pretty much figured out the key to making this Sahara feel like a brand-new Wrangler with some REALLY great tires that also look great on a Wrangler.I could not be any happier and really cannot see taking my Wrangler anywhere else.Lots of cool stuff to by had at 4 Wheel Parts on 12th in Ogden. My Wrangler will be back throughout the years for all its mods!Great job guys!

Prices were good considering I could view the product and assess the quality with my own 2 eyes and 2 hands (I really like cheap internet products, but what you see is not always what you get). These guys are off road enthusiasts. They are great staff, experienced in what they are offering and have an expertise that comes with firsthand knowledge. I had a small fitment problem and they pointed me in the right direction and all was well.Great place. I have a jeep, and a Chevy ZR2, and will be spending some serious time here in the future.
I wanted a roof rack on my car. They said they couldnt do it. I then went to rack n road in SLC. They had so many options and great prices.

This is about the company, not the local storefront. They seemed like they were doing their part, even if they might be used to this BS.I ordered my suspension parts, confirmed they werent backordered with the local shop, and then never heard from them the next day so I stopped by. They said a whole pallet was missing. One pallet made it, the other was gone. Later on I called customer service via the 800 number, where I was somewhat vaguely to go pee up a rope. Meanwhile, being naive, Id already taken my truck apart. CS said it was the stores fault for not telling me it was backordered. But then I got them to admit that it wasnt. The entire pallet didnt get on the truck and they couldnt even tell the store, who was frantically calling the independent trucking company when I walked in to see what was up. The CS acted like I completely imagined the next day P/U. I told them if there wasnt that promise I would have ordered cheaper elsewhere and had a UPS tracking number. They blamed me for taking the truck apart. I asked what my other options were, they said well we cant do anything about that, Holiday weekend. What? Maybe tuesday, maybe wednesday, maybe go f*** yourself. I could have Amazoned them and got them on SUNDAY of labor day, why would I ever go to these careless jackwads for 400 bucks of common items? Ive never called a customer service line where they blamed their franchisees and then when that dint work just admitted they dont care. Id have canceled but Im pretty sure they just would have kept my money, going to talk to my bank tomorrow because they actually care about me. Im not a review writer usually but I drove a dangerous car for a while to save up for these struts I could have bought anywhere and its really a problem that they just dont care.

Ive gone to Big O for years for alignment, suspension, tires, etc. This time, Big O installed a level kit that wasnt compatible with my aftermarket shocks and it destroyed my upper control arms. I told 4WP about my Big O issues and they had me in two days later. However, they didnt install the tires correctly and when I went home, noticed humming which I later learned were the 4WD actuators. I dropped it off the next day without an appointment and even though they were booked solid, they fit me in AND got it done that day AND didnt charge me since it was their error. Excellent customer service, they know what theyre doing, and as I told them, they are my go to shop from now on!
Good prices on lift kit, bumpers, tires compressor and winch. Very disappointed in the installation process. Not prepared, changed dates last minute, missing parts TWICE blah blah blah—two days of my life wasted.
Corey got me in when they were very busy, to do an alignment on my 2000 chevy. Really thankful for him doing that for me!
Went in and tried to get a quick lift rancho kit for my truck. Told sales lady what I wanted. She tells me parts would be in tuesday and pay the money. Show up Tuesday and parts are on back order ....I mention id like a refund cuz amazon prime can get them to me in 2 days and they are cheaper. Come to find out wrong parts were ordered. Instead of the quick lift they ordered a leveling kit. Get the manager on it and he gets it fixed the next day by getting the quick lift on the way. Tells me itll be there on Friday.... Show up to get the parts and the salesman says they sent the parts to the wrong store and they will be in Tuesday..... Asked for a refund and get told id have to pay a restoking fee. The salesman graciously waived the restoking fee after I asked to speak with the manager. Honestly, I dont understand how this place is in business.

When finalizing my invoice after getting some new wheels, there was an issue over the first bill that was written up & it not including a charge I had originally wanted put on so that it qualified for the current promotion they were offering... He was very quick & rude. He was obviously very irritated & acted like a complete A-HOLE! How he has continued to maintain a job there is beyond me? So anyone that goes into the Ogden location I suggest u stay away from the lil bug eyed dude! Hes the worst! As far as the manager-Brandon... We had an issue at the beginning when our wheels were ordered wrong & we found out after we had already dropped our truck off for the install. So we had to wait another 10days... But he was good to work w/ us & matched the price of a competitor that was quite a bit lower per wheel. I suggest if you do go into this 4-Wheel Parts location then ask for Shane... He is courteous & good to work with. Follows up well & tries to make your experience a good one.***UPDATE 06/15/2018***I have been back to 4WP’s a handful of times since I left the initial 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ review & they have treated me w/ to some great buying experiences! I’m not sure if any of the sales people that have helped me since then know about my first experience & some of the issues we had the 1st time around or not? But no matter if they did or not, they have been awesome to work w/ every single time I’ve been back! I had an experience w/ Brandon-the manager the other day when I took my daughter in w/ a Jeep she was looking to buy. We were on a test drive when I figured we were close to the 4WP’s Ogden location that we’d stop in & ask them some questions about the Jeep. Brandon helped us, he remembered who I was, I was a lil hesitant knowing he probably remembered our first encounter over some issues we had the first time I left this initial review, but I was worrying about nothing because Brandon acted & helped us out tremendously! He is an awesome representative of 4WP’s & I can see why he is the manager & leader of a store. He answered & explained everything we had to ask him about this Jeep. He knew about the Jeep in a way I couldn’t of found asking anyone else around town. I figured if anyone could give us some advice on this test drive/Jeep then they could at 4WP’s. He even offered to take a look at it the next day & fit us in their schedule if we wanted them to look it over for any potential repairs or problems it might have... at no cost! Now, I know for a fact most shops will NOT even look at your new potential purchase of a vehicle unless they charge u atleast $80-100 to perform their ‘new vehicle check over’. But Brandon knew I’ve been coming in & out of there since they opened in Ogden & wanted to continue to keep our business! Which he has cemented! Now, not only do I have a truck I’ll continue to buy accessories for, I’ll have my daughter to help buy accessories for her new/used Jeep! (But w/out spending my $$$, HA!!)

I took it back in, they treated me like I was a dumb girl that didnt know what I was taking about!! Big surprise just got a call from westland ford tires were way out of balance !!! If I could rate no stars I would!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Stood in line to be waited on - they waited on everyone but me. People that came in behind me and then someone who even came in the store after I was already in line. When I shared my issue with corporate, they never acknowledged my letter. Was it because Im a woman???

I ordered Auburn friction lubricant for my Auburn LSD. I received a call yesterday indicating that it had arrived. I stopped by to pick it up today and no one could find it. Further, the sales rep was quite rude about the whole situation and didnt even offer an apology for the inconvenience.
