My check engine light came on today while on a road trip. I was very far from my final destination and my phone had no reception so I couldnt call AAA for help. I got directions to this store from some friendly locals and that is where I met Monique. She is AWESOME! She immediately checked the code on my truck and pulled up the diagnostic information. After assessing the likeliest problem, she gave me great directions to a nearby jiffy lube that she knew was still open and offered the service I needed. Despite being busy, she was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Whoever owns this store, you are lucky to have her as an employee! She made a challenging day a little easier and it was greatly appreciated. You have a fan for life!

OReilly Auto Parts always has what I need. This trip I needed RV antifreeze and they had like 200 gallons.

I decided to break off several spark plugs while wintering my ski boat...this O’Reilly had the plugs in stock that I needed when both Autozone and Advanced didn’t. Either I’m just living right, or this is a great parts store because I was really in a bind, needing to finish up the job before I froze to death out there in driveway trying to get the boat away. Very glad to have a nice store like this in the North Ogden area. 5 stars!

We stopped in to OReilly to buy some grease and tooIs I needed for my motorcycle. An associate, whos name I didnt catch, helped us find everything we needed and rang us up at the end. All in all we were only in the store like three minutes and got exactly what we came in for. Excellent experience!

Ill be back. Customer service is alive and well here with employees coming out to look at vehicles and help customers. Many people stopped by while an employee looked at my car which, sadly, needs more than just parts. But Im pretty sure these guys wont just tell you or sell you but will walk out with you to make sure its what you need.

I’m editing my first review after positive experience with Julio. He represented store very well and helped me find a filter that was misplaced. He spent 10 minutes looking for it knowing it was in the store somewhere. Thank you Julio for changing my perception of the store. You saved a customer. I’ve always liked the chain and had almost given up hope. I’m back in after experiencing excellent customer service.

I go into this store a lot because Im restoring an old truck. They are always friendly, and helpful. They go the extra mile to help me. If they dont have the part I need, they will find it for me, even if they dont carry it.I cant tell you how much i appreciate this group and all they have done for me. They have a customer for life here.
