Bought a new mattress yesterday at Mattress Firm from Dan. We were so impressed with his knowledge and salesmanship! He listened to what we were saying and didnt pressure us at all. We went there thinking we wanted a Purple but ended up buying an Intellibed! He spent more than an hour with us while we made up our minds after trying out each mb actress several times. Actually I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I knew roughly what I wanted but literally within a few minutes the young man did some quick calculations for me and he and another young man found the perfect item that I needed at the best price he could find. The second young man carried the item out of the store for me and helped me load it in my pick up. They even provided some twine for me to make sure it stayed put. Literally the whole process took 10 minutes and I was on my way. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service of these two young gentleman.

Okay experience, we bought what we had intended based on online research prior to going in to the store. It was the end of the day and the staff seemed tired and irritable. One guy, I think his name was Dan or Dennis, “politely reminded” my kids to put the beds down as we were leaving as if he didn’t have the time to do it himself. It was a very disingenuous remark and came off as though he was irritated. I watched him lay on a bed for about 20 minutes as we checked out scrolling through his phone, he definitely had time. Dude needs some customer service training. We’ll stick to ordering online next time.

All I knew when I went to get my mattress, is that I wanted a new king bed. Sam asked me questions I never even thought of asking. He did not try to force an up sell and grabbed exactly what I wanted for 200$ less than my maximum budget. Very professional and a really nice experience, I recommend.

Sam was excellent, but all the staff here were respectful and gave me space to look around the store for a bit then carefully approached and answered my questions. I bought a mattress because they were not pushy or overbearing. They love mattresses and know the science of sleeping well.Limited selection of high end products and more expensive than I anticipated, but this is because their product quality is what sets them apart from other stores that just sell any old mattress. Go here only if youre serious about investing in good products for good sleep.

I had a wonderful experience here!! I was having terrible back pain from a brand new bed I just purchased online and was now in need of a different bed. I was a little nervous trying out beds during the pandemic but it had to be done. Sam assured me they were careful about sanitizing everything and I felt pretty safe. I told Sam my situation and about my back problems (spinal stenosis) and he helped me find the perfect bed. I had so many questions and tried quite a few beds and he spent lots of time with me and answered all my questions with kindness and patience. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel at home. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a buck like I sometimes do at other places. I haven’t received the bed yet so not sure if it really will be the bed of my dreams, but I will definitely stick with this place over any other to purchase another bed. Best customer service ever and great quality beds!!!

We have went through 3 beds in the past 9 months. Yes that’s right ! 3 beds. We purchased them at another company. They had great customer service and we did get a credit. We decided to use our credit for furniture and go to a mattress only store. We spent an hour talking with Samuel. He was great and explained everything about all the beds. I had a good experience with this location. I worked with Kelly, who approached me initially offering a presentation, with information about their product. Even after dismissing his presentation (explaining I had a headache), he was helpful and attentive to our needs. I explained our primary focus was price and comfort and he was respected boundaries while still offering helpful suggestions. After a long day dealing with salesmen (hence the headache) it was refreshing to just go in a store, talk to a human, and get the mattress we needed.I will add, however, that the adjustable base doesnt offer a way to connect a headboard. I didnt find this out until after I had chosen this free option. It would have been nice for mattress firm to offer brackets with the package. Adjustable base is nice though.
