Im not a blanket guy but Ive been told that these blankets are the best. Therefore I decided to get one for my wife. If you ask me ANYTHING that costs what these do should come with an engine! But with that said the young lady that helped me out with my purchase was AWESOME! (I wish I would have got her name) She found a coupon that saved me a lot of money and really helped me out. I love this store. Its so expensive but theme quality is amazing. I buy during sales and that helps out a lot. All my kids have their own blankets they love.

Minky’s are the best! And this store has been fantastic for their customer service. They were great in helping us find deals as well as pointing us towards things that fit what we were looking for, that we hadn’t thought of.We also had an issue with one of our blankets and they were fantastic in helping us exchange it.

Dont go to this location. Took my 2 and 5 year old granddaughters to pick out there new baby brother a blanket. Like all kids do my 5 year needed to use the restroom the manager refused and told us to go to McDonalds. So I rushed them to hurry so we didnt have an accident. Ruined the whole experience and excitement. So Snobby I will not return.

Very rude employees. What I assumed was store manager- blonde woman was awful. I wanted to buy 6 adult or monster blankets. I was trying to get colors, weights etc. figured out. I was adjusting my mask and was rudely told to put it back on. I was the only one in the store and not within 20 feet of anyone! I’d had it and left.

Al of the sales girls were so nice! They were helpful and so friendly. Definitely shopping there again

Absolutely disappointed in my experience here and will not ever give this place my business in the future.Lots of staff on hand and maybe a medium amount of customers.Not once was I asked if I needed help despite every single female that walked through the door getting immediate help as they walked in. Not sure if its because Im a male or because I have a long beard or maybe I dont look like the type that should be in their fancy store but I am completely offended by whatever the discrimination is.I was in there for a good 10 minutes before someone, who was organizing shelves, decided to ask if I was OK. I told her no and she acted as though it was now an inconvenience to help me. She was extremely short with me so, at that point, Id had enough and left.

I shop minky all the time I love the blankets even though after you wash them they change but hands down the worst service!! I’ve gone to multiple locations and I’m never greeted, never checked on, the workers jus sit and gossip (yes we can hear you) and they just stare at you.

Always greeted with a smile and excellent customer service! The girls are all eager to help you find exactly what you need. I had to get some face masks because no one else around had any so they put some aside and it was almost closing time, 5-10 minutes before yikes! But they still helped me and was kind even though they were ready to close up. I was so grateful for their help.I got a few of the close out or discontinued pillow cases and they are absolutely adorable and so so soft. My friends kids love them. That was a really nice store the people that work there didnt come and help you they were too busy standing behind the tables I had one girl that I actually did speak to when I realized they had pillow cases there but she was the only person that spoke to me and the prices are really high there so I dont know that I would go back.

Love these blankets, they are always such great quality. The staff was nice and prompt.

As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by the employees. The are extremely helpful with sizing and finding the minky you want. Lots of styles to choose from. You can even customize one if you prefer.They are on the pricier side, but if you want a great blanket, these are worth it!

I happened in to the store on a day when they happened to have a flash sale. I was able to purchase a very high quality blanket for my grandson who is due in November. I would give a full 5 stars but I was a little disappointed that they dont sell designer blankets by the bed sizes. I really wanted a nice fluffy queen size quilt for my hubby and I. Some of the sizing is odd. The closest that I could get to a queen size is 5x8 when a queen would be 7.5x9. The salesperson explained to me that its because the fabrics only come 5 wide and they want to avoid seams. I wish, though, that there was an option to special order whichever size you need. The products are wonderful!

We love these blankets my toddler has several his favorite one he sleeps with every night. I also sleep with mine every night! What’s great is I wash them frequently and they still are as soft as ever. I’ve given several as gifts and we will continue buying these because they are amazing quality! They always have so many gorgeous prints to choose from it’s hard to choose sometimes.

I absolutely love my Minky blankets! I was listening to the radio one day and they started talking about these really soft blankets and I knew I had to check them out for myself. I ordered a grande blanket online and had it delivered to the store. Shipping was very fast and once I felt the blanket I was hooked! Within a week I went to the store and purchased a travel size one to take with me on a road trip. I have washed my blankets and they are just as soft as when I brought them home. These blankets are amazing. I just purchased a adult size one for my mom for her birthday. Im so happy with the quality of these blankets.

If you had told me 10 years ago that Id be paying $100 for a blanket, I would have laughed it off. Most of my blankets have been the kind you grab out of the $7 bin while waiting in the checkout line at Walmart. Ive now purchased 2 of these for myself, have given several as gifts, and even received a blanket and one of their scarves as a gift! Although I generally love the convenience of online shopping, today I took my parents to the White Glove sale at our local store. The way they have the rooms organized by blanket size and style was extremely helpful, and although the store was packed with enough people to make the fire marshal nervous, we had excellent customer service from several different store employees. My financial advisor tells me I need a Minkervention, but Im hooked for life!

I love these blankets. I have bought over 10 blankets—one for each grandchild one for each adult child plus one for me. Of course my new grandson has at least 3. They are the softest I’ve ever found, excellent quality & the company is great to work with. The blankets come already prettily wrapped & shipping is fast.

I bought three blankets from them through an online sale. When I picked them up, they had sequins that made the blanket rough on one side...not soft like what you are paying such a high price for. They refused to give me a refund or even a store credit. Had I known that one side would be rough, I never would have bought it. They probably had a hard time selling the blanket so they pawned them off on through an email sale and wouldnt let us return them. Very disappointed.

Don’t fall for this ‘designer blanket’. You can buy 82 yards of ‘Faux Fur’ I.e. fake fur for $5 online. Free shipping on orders over $250? Really? That’s almost laughable. Don’t break the bank... especially all the hard working mothers out there who have to work hard for their money.

I ordered two blankets on Thursday night. I wanted to do the free ship to store option. Unfortunately there wasnt an option given or instructions for how to do this. So I emailed asking to remove the shipping cost and do the store pickup. I was told that isnt possible once the order was placed, and the only option is to cancel the order and re-order at my own risk. Seems not fair since it was advertised in the banner at the top of the page, but really wasnt an option.
