We took so much time there trying to figure out which mattress to buy (with a toddler too) and the salesman was so nice and patient with us and didn’t push us into anything. They gave us great info on the kinds of mattresses and we think we got a great deal on a comfy king bed! They delivered quickly also. I mention this because when my first child was about 2 years his little brother had out grown the bassinet and needed the crib that my oldest was occupying. Me and my wife made some calls to various mattress stores in search of a affordable mattress that we could use for our toddler. When we called Mattress Warehouse they had a mattress that could sell us that day for a amazing price. Long story short we got the mattress from them as it fit our financial needs and our childs comfort needs.Now a year later on and our second child needs a mattress because he has decided the crib is not where he wants to sleep. So we once again turned to Mattress Warehouse. They again were willing to work with us and got us a quality mattress at a affordable price.I love that they are willing to treat people as people and not as numbers.I hope that they are around for all my kids when they need new mattresses and that the exemplary customer service and kindness that their team has shown my family will continue.For those that make it this far in my review I want to give Kudos to Mattress Warehouses store manager Clay. Easiest mattress shopping experience ever. We needed a twin mattress to take home that day. We’d been to a few different places and called around and no one had anything in stock in our price range. Mattress warehouse had the items we were looking for. At the time there was a sale. Clay our salesman was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. The two young men who delivered our mattress were the best. They willingly took our old mattress two doors up to our sons home with no complaints they were cheerful and experienced in what they were doing. Our mattress was a little more firm than we wanted and Isaac told us to give it a month and some ideas to make it better. Everyone at the company has been great to work with.

He wasnt pushy and he didnt hover over us, but is available to answer our questions. In fact, he did a great job giving us good amount of information without going overboard. The more we asked questions, the better idea of what kind of mattress my wife and I became interested. He is up front about the stores policy and focuses on what benefits us. Although I spent much more than originally anticipated, Clay was a steady and constant advisor that my wallet would not needing to use the bed I chose. I had to please me. I have more complicated needs than my wallet. I actually found more expensive beds than mine did not please me as much, so dollar value, and comfort value are not necessarily the same. Not for me. You may be different, but youre not going to sleep on my bed, either. so, please yourself. I did.

This has been the best experience ever. We tried to purchase our bed from mattress firm. Who ended upgiving us the run around two weeks and still no bed. We paid cash. We walked into mattress warehouse “just looking” and found a better bed. Well because we had paid cash for the bed we still have not received I was hesitant. We purchased a better bed and two days later they called and told is it was ready for us to pick up. We are loving the new bed and still waiting for the refund on the bed we never received. Great customer service from Isaac. He was honest and answered all questions. When we got the bed home and was putting the frame together we noticed we were missing some hardware. I was shopping around town at a few local places for a new mattress and I stopped in here. The salesmen were friendly and helpful and they seemed to have a great inventory, but when I told them other places I was looking they told me that another local mattress store sold refurbished mattresses. Not only does the other store not do that, I was told that it is actually against the law in Utah to sell refurbished mattresses. I thought that was a pretty low way of trying to cut down competitors.

After the purchase the manager of the store hand wrote a card thanking us for supporting their local business. It shows that they truly care. They are fast with good quality and prices.

Wow...Isaac was amazing!Walked in 5 minutes to closing needed a queen box spring or an idea of how to make one fit in a basement apartment.... who knew they had invented split queen,not me!Problem solved... well almost, he then offered to help me and my daughter out by delivery in his own vehicle if I couldnt get them to fit in mine. A great experience trying out different Mattresss, the Salesman (Jason) was very helpful and we made a choice. It was delivered by two individuals (Brett and Calvin) who were very good, they removed the old bedding and replaced with the new box springs and Mattress.

If I could give this a zero rating I would. I paid in full for a mattress on November 30, 2019. I was told at that time, the mattress would be delivered on Monday, December 9th. When they didnt call to set-up a time for delivery, I called them. They then told me it wouldnt be delivered until Saturday, December 14th. When I didnt hear from them, I called to confirm. I was then told it would be Monday, December 16th. When they didnt deliver on the 16h, I called on Tuesday the 17th and was told it would be delivered this coming Saturday, December 21st. At this time Ive had it with the run around and lies, so I asked to cancel the order and asked them to refund my money. I was then directed to Larry, manager of sales. When I tried to explain my frustration to Larry, I was told he would call me back and then he hung up on me. I called him back and said I couldnt believe he hung up on me. He said hed call me right back. That was at 4:00 pm. When I didnt hear back, I called him at 7:55 pm and was told he hadnt found out anything and that he had no idea when the mattress was coming. I told him I wanted a refund and (get this) he told me they were too busy. They werent too busy to take my money, but they are too busy to refund it, for a product they havent delivered. Now in all fairness, they did give me a loaner mattress until mine came in. However, I cannot sleep on this mattress and Ive asked them to pick it up. Larry did tell me, since the loaner mattress was more expensive, he was hoping I would just want to keep it. WHAT??? I didnt pay for this mattress. Had I wanted this mattress I would have purchased it in the first place. Just because its more expensive, doesnt mean it is better. I have no hope of getting my mattress or my money back. Not one-time was I ever contacted by them to let me know what was going on. Every time I spoke with them it was because I initiated the call. This should tell you, they dont care about you, only the sale they made. Im going to contact my attorney tomorrow morning (its 9:00pm) to help me get a refund for what I havent received. I will purchase a mattress from a company who values their customers and their customers hard earned dollars. If you are inclined to purchase a mattress from this company, please get the mattress at the same time you pay for it. Otherwise, you could have the worst buying experience ever, as Im having now. I actually have to spend more money to get my money back from a company who is too busy. I purchased my mattress at the draper location, there are several mattress dealers within a block or two of this location. Please do your research and visit the other stores. I bought furniture from a furniture store close by, the same day I purchased the mattress from Mattress Warehouse. I got the furniture from the furniture store the day they said they it would delivered. Good Luck

Isacc was great, so knowledgeable. He stayed an hour after closing time to answer all of our questions. The delivery guys were awesome and set up our bed perfectly, even moved our old mattress and box springs downstairs for us.

A good quality mattress that will last for years isn’t cheap, and a lot of times the mattresses are price locked, meaning the price will be the same no matter where you go, so it really comes down to customer service and satisfaction guarantees, and Mattress Wearhouse has the best of both.
