Needed to replace my broken box-springs. Was not pressured to buying anything other than that, found what I needed and was on my way 15 minutes after entering! Delivery was super fast and smooth! Ill be back in a few years when my mattress needs replacing!

Quinton was so helpful in helping us choose a new mattress! He was very knowledgeable in the different types of mattresses and what would be best for us based on how firm we wanted it and keeping it within the amount we wanted to spend. He also made sure we knew about their satisfaction guarantee policy so that we could come exchange it if the mattress doesn’t work for us. He wasn’t pushy or trying to upset us at all! I would I definitely recommend using him if you’re looking to get a new mattress!

Havent purchased a mattress yet, but Christopher was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable on the mattresses. We were also grateful for how nice and patient he was with our 3 crazy and loud kids. He was able to give us good information on all the different beds help us find a good fit. We didnt meet any of the other workers there, but we definitely recommend going to Chris!

What I really liked was that they wanted to figure out what we like first and didn’t ask about budget. They really cared about making us comfortable. Brennan Brown from Logan was working in the Riverdale store when we came in today and was by far the best salesman we have ever worked with, he was kind, patient and made sure he got us the perfect mattress.. our 2 year old fell down while sitting on a chair and bit through his lip and Brennan was quick to make sure he was okay and making sure we had everything to help him.. he is a great asset to mattress firm, we couldn’t thank him enough for all his help and we hope to get to work with him again one day!

This particular location gets 5/5 stars from me. Chris is an excellent manager and helped us choose beds right for us. He was not a pushy salesperson and was patient and just fine with us turning options down or asking for cheaper options.However, while wanting to purchase a $9,000 bed, their crediting options only offered us $6,500 despite having excellent credit (850+) requiring us to put $2,000 down. We declined. So I am docking only 1 star due to the frustration it is to get sufficient financing for expensive beds.

Our sales associate was Quinton Pearson. He was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in! He introduced himself in a very professional manner. We told him our budget and he helped us stay in the budget we set within reason and made the entire process quick, easy, and painless. I highly recommend him as your sales associate! Chris Barnes has got to be your best asset. My first experience buying a bed for myself was phenomenal but the second experience buying beds for my kids was the icing on the top. I’ve never had someone treat my kids like family while they get to jump around trying beds for themselves in which they absolutely loved doing! Chris had a smile on his face the whole time and I have followed him from location to location due to his amazing customer service. Wherever he goes I will be sure to follow!

This location is great! The store is a little smaller than other Mattress Firms but the staff is always exceptional! We just purchased mattress #5 from them (we have a large family). They happily worked with us and cut us a deal after our best mattress (which was purchased through them) broke down too quickly but could not be replaced via the warranty.We always feel appreciated as customers when we shop there. They are practical, like to work within your budget to the best of their ability, very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.A lot of other places would keep my business better if they took the customer service approach this location does. We don’t bother looking for our mattresses anywhere else.

I DID NOT go into mattress firm expecting to buy a mattress. Now, I know how ridiculous that may sound, but really. We were given a king memory foam mattress and I was in search of a mattress topper that would help cool us off because it sleeps way too hot and we wake up sweating every night. Christopher Dwayne was very knowledgeable and helped us understand why our current mattress might be too hot and how adding a cooling mattress topper may not help if the mattress is too soft and enveloping. He didn’t pressure me into purchasing a mattress but after laying on a couple of his top cooling mattresses I decided I was just tired of being tired and I couldn’t beat the 120 full refund guarantee and left 20 minutes later having ordered a new Mattress! He asked questions to understand what it was that I needed and considered my partner at home and the budget I had in mind before helping me make this big decision. I feel protected because of the guarantee, and more knowledgeable because of this experience!

Stopped in to check out a bed Ive been window shopping. Service and professionalism was right on point without being pushy. The very young sales person was very seasoned and equally professional. Because of this, his sincere commitment to his product line, (understood the technology as well as health benefits) and his respect towards my wife and I (gave us info, left for us to sample and chat, gave us more info, left etc) he actually earned my business. Then when I compared product pricing elsewhere, they were absolutely competitive! This particular store and this young salesman (Quinton) earned my trust, respect and business. The day I went into mattress firm I was not expecting to even buy a mattress the only reason I went in and was I saw some sale signs at the end of the year clearance and I was just curious because I have and unfortunately landed on a twin mattress my daughter and her husband were expecting their 1st child and shes type one diabetes and they had a terrible mattress so I was more than happy to give up my expensive $2500 pillow top mattress but with that sad I was thinking Id be OK on her temper peedick twin that she was saving for her child and that ended up being the worst matricide that were slept on seriously it was so firm my back hurt every night I almost fell off every night and so with that said I went in with the intention of just looking but your sales reps are amazing they know their stuff and I ended up buying a mattress Box Springs frayne and setting up a delivery date because Im in the process of moving and I was able to use my stimulus check on it and I just made me very happy so you rock mattress firm you rock and I would highly recommend mattress firm to all my friends and family so anyway I hope you get this message and I will see 1 the 3rd to finalize all of my delivery stuff so thanks again Mary

Our associate, Dakel, explained that our comfort would be key, and kept our budget at the forefront of the conversation. He was very knowledgeable when helping us compare products and maintained professional demeanor, even as my partner and I flopped on various mattresses and shared banter. Only one star because I cant go lower. By far one of the worst experiences ever. No integrity whatsoever. We were first told the frame we wanted wasnt made the way we wanted it, (so wed have to stay with the more expensive frame) then told the same thing again by another employee. That was a lie, we are getting the frame we wanted to begin with. We were also told theyd call us when it came in, nope I had to call to find out it was in. We were told theyd bring it out and set it up, no charge was mentioned until later when we went to make payment arrangements (the same time we were told the frame we wanted is in fact available). The day before I went in to make the arrangements I had spoken with someone over the phone and was told they would work something out with the fee. Another lie. When I went to make arrangements someone else, who had been told about the situation, told us no we have to pay the full price to have it set up. He also said hed knock $100 off our mattress to match the ongoing sale. He only did that on paper, didnt actually take anything off the price. Well see if they bother calling when it comes in, I was also told theyd deliver it the same day. It is supposed to be this Saturday.

We had excellent service tonight from Chris. We felt like he educated us on all our options of mattresses as well as adjustable frames. We didnt feel like our experience was bad even with covid. They had protocols in place to make shopping safe and great. Our mattress will be delivered in 4 days and we are super excited about that as well.

I have been searching for a queen mattress for our travel trailer on-line. The one we had was uncomfortable, too soft and thin. We could feel the board underneath the mattress. I found the ad for Mattress Firm offering a cooling memory foam that was on sale. I was able to try out a similar one at the Riverdale, Utah store and was really impressed. I was also able to receive the-online quoted sale price. Very impressed with the service I received.
