Just didnt have a great experience here. And thats never the case when i go into a Les Schwab. So very disappointed. Wasnt greeted at my car even though one employee got into an unoccupied vehicle parked right next to me. Rolled my own tires up to building. It was saturday and they did seem to have some work ahead of me but the problem i had after enter the front door just got worse. There was one employee working front counter. I got helped out of order and waited a reakly long time as the salesman left to show tires to an indecisive customer. When done the employee now helped another person ahead of me when, if greated, i was first to park or pull in out of anyone there. When it was finally my turn the gentleman seemed irritated as if he wished i didnt come in to give him my business. It was all labor work/profit. 4 dismounts and mounts and 4 balances on 15 inch honda wheels. Didnt even need them thrown on the vehicle as i have two sets to burn through. The extreme price i was given seemed it was given to deter me from having it done on what was such a busy day for them but was equally as stressful for me as well. I now chose to calmly leave with my things, which included a half low tire that decided to blow out later that day. I was stranded for a couple of hours and just think it all could have been avoided if alot of things from my visit here would have gone differently. Les Schwab is the only place i will ever bring my vehicles to be worked on. That wont change from this experience. Im really bummed to have found a location that i will never step into again.

Very disappointing. Just had them mount a tire I brought to them. Cost me nearly $40! Ive never paid more than $15 to $20 any place else

As always my experience at Les Schwab is always positive. I enjoy working with them. I enjoy their service. I love to see the guys run when you show up. They may be a little pricey but believe me when you got a flat tire they are always willing to help you, and they do it as a courtesy, no charge. I cannot recommend them more than that because it saved my neck a few times.

Hit something on the freeway. Did not realize until I got home that my tire was going flat. At 5:30 I called Les Schwab on 12th Street. This is where my husband buys all of his truck tires. They told me to come on in. I get there only to find out that the tires were not from Les Schwab. I was stressed. They told me they would take the bad tire off for me and put the spare on. 5 minutes later they were done and I was on my way back home at no charge! My husband is out of town so this was a BiG deal to me. Thank you so much to Devin and everyone else there. You guys are fantastic!

We had all 4 tires replaced and they gave us a 50,000 mile warranty. Two of them wore out within 6,000 miles of using them and they did not honor their warranty, but just gave us a discount on the new tires. They are a shady company and ripped us off on our tires. Go somewhere else because this company is not honest.

Unexpectedly Awesome Crew. I had a set of really big military tires that needed to be mounted with some special instructions. I went to several other places before stopping here and none could do it. JJ was working the counter when I came in and immediately understood what I needed and said no problem, we can do that. The Les Schwab off 12th in Ogden is the best. They fixed our flat tire without a hassle. We had gotten a new to us used car with off breed tires on it and expected to pay for it even though we frequent LS. They fixed it and were so nice. The one in Brigham City, the manager told us not to come in to even get air unless they were LS tires. Even though we had an account for over 43 years. Go figure. A thousand thank yous to LS off 12th. We will see you again when we need to.

Les Schwab has always gone above and beyond. I worked exclusively with their tech JJ, who spent his own time researching a way to fix my death wobble on my 2nd gen dodge. JJ made sure that I was happy with the results so much that he brought me back to check the suspension and double check his work.

When this Les Schwab Tire Center first came to this area they were very impressive and I mean wow they were on it nobody had that type of customer service that I know of in this area at that time but through the years that they have been there their service has considerably dropped. They used to come running out the door to get your business but I dont see that anymore and the last time I went looking for tires I went somewhere else because they just didnt have the right deal for me. And its been my experience lately that they just want to be Parts changers and not actually fix a problem so as far as Des Les Schwab location it doesnt work for me lately I have found other places to take its place

Excellent customer service every time Im there. I spent $30 more on my tires because the cleanliness of the store, room available in their lot, and the customer service the offer goes above and beyond the savings of $30 to go to discount tire.

I love how theyll fix a flat/low tire for free, even though I didnt buy my tires there.My tire dash-light came on, I couldnt tell which was low, dude checked them all for minor punctures, not just the pressure.

Had a cracked valve stem, went to Les Schwab to get it fixed. They got me in right away and changed out the TPMS sensor and valve stem. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5 is because I feel if you are going to give a military discount for some things, just go ahead and do it for everything.

Fixed a small leak (nail in tire) at no cost. Stuff like this is what makes sure I go to Les Schwab always. Definitely will be getting my next pair of tires here.

No one pushed me to purchase anything, they presented me with a few options and thoroughly answered my questions. I ended up deciding to shop around and wasnt given any grief about it. I live in Clinton, I pass 2 Les Schwab Tire centers 1 in Clinton and 1 in Roy. As long as I live in Northern Utah I will not go to another Les Schwab. 12th Street in Ogden, has always taken care of my vehicle tire needs. Amber, Brandon and Brock are all amazing to work with. They make you feel like there isn’t a room full of people when they are helping you. They truly stop and take the time to listen to what you are wanting/saying. They are the biggest reason we will continue to do our tire business with them.Thank you for yet another great tire experience, it is noticed and appreciated!

Slowest shop ever. Empty parking lot and still took an hour to get to my truck. Not sure what their doing.

Just your average tire shop really. They do offer a few things like alignment, suspension and brakes that some shops dont. However my experience is that you can no longer walk in and expect to actually get service in any reasonable amount of time. Appointments help but still seems to take hours for anything. Prices are fair but never have found them to be any better than other shops.

Came in with a slow leak and was hoping it could get fixed fast. That was not the case though. Was told it would be 1.5 hours. So then I thought maybe they could just swap the flat tire with the spare and I could drive home while they fix the flat tire. But they refused. They wouldnt even let me swap the tires in their lot. So I called good year and they said they could have it done instantly and quickly. So I went there instead.I will say despite Les Schwab not being very accommodating they were friendly.

Now this place is the Best. I bought new tires and within 100 miles I hit a deer and totaled my car. They took the tires off and took them back as credit towards a new set. Their service is hands down the best. They even run out to meet u at ur car!!

After taking my truck here to get a air sensor replaced, them not tightening the lug nuts to the point my rim was ruined and just about fell off while driving I will never go back. we final get it back to the shop the next day on the spare and James telling me I will need to pay for the rim ($277.00) ya thats not happening buddy. he then tells me it has been ordered and will be in Tuesday (mind you this is Sat, morning) he will give me a call, no call Tuesday so I call Wed. James tells me didnt come in will be here tomorrow for sure I will call you, yup you guessed it again no call I call again Friday, James tells me the person he told to order it forgot to and he just ordered one from Idaho and had the manger up there personally put it on the truck it will be here Monday or Thursday of next week I will call you. once again no call on Monday so I call, it didnt come in will be here Thursday. no call Thursday so once again I call and they say yup just got here so come on down and we will get you fixed. so I show up and wait in the waiting room for about 30 min and a lady comes out to inform me that its not the even the right rim or lug nut pattern so I ask to get James bosses name which she gave me his card and said he or someone from the store will call me that night, once again no call. I call Mike the store manager in the morning he goes on to tell me he has ordered it from Colorado and it will be here on Tuesday 2 1/2 weeks after the original mess up and he had every excuses why and it wasnt his fault he didnt know. well in my eyes if the manger dont know whats going on below him why is he even there. I get Mike to give me the area managers phone number I call him and tell him the story, he calls mike and the rim gets sent over night and finally put on 15 days after the original problem. the store manger comes in tells me sorry on Sat. while Im waiting then leaves 5 min later (his time is way more valuable then mine) Mr. Montoya was the tech who fixed the tire and he was great. but its way to late, never ever will I step foot in another Les Schwab store again. lets look on the good side Discount, Big O or another company will get some new business.

I went there to get my tire changed and inflate my other tires (that were at 15) and they only changed my tires. Either lazy or bad communication.

This is hands down the best Les Schwab I have ever been to!My brakes went out right as I got into Wyoming, when I called this Les Schwab the guy who answered the phone (I believe his name was Brandon) was incredibly kind and was able to answer all of my questions.I had a Uhaul trailer and two cats in the truck, our mechanic Jole went out of his way to unhitch our trailer for us and was completely fine with our cats in the truck on top of fixing our truck.We are eternally grateful to this Les Schwab, I strongly recommend this store

Its been a while since I was there. I came in later than I planned. I insisted i could come pick up the car in the morning. They insisted that whether I came in that night or the next day, they would stay late to get it done. These guys dont mess around when it comes to fast and friendly service. They will take care of you no matter what. Also took the time to break down my options and let me know how each brand would perform when I asked about the differences.

Wow! I got a flat tire while traveling through Salt Lake City. I changed the tire to the spare and headed to Les Scwalb. All I needed was a plug. They did it and put the tire back on the truck and put the spare away. When I asked to pay my bill Amber said “no charge, just buy your next tires from Les Scwalb”. I WILL!!! THANK YOU LES SCWALB:)

For a tire store these guys have service and customer experience down. Awesome friendly they should sell there business model to other businesses on how to treat there customers. I have been here several times and service is always the same, awesome.

We were greeted at the curb by a very polite employee. Earlier in the day at a different location we had our winter tires switch out and one was damaged in the change over causing the tire to fail. Everyone at this 2nd location worked on our tire and replaced it quickly and at no charged. Very courteous and professional!!! Thank you Les Schwab! We will be back!!

Needed my Yukon Denali suspension converted from accuride to a regular gas shock system. Called various competitors and les Schwab was the only one who knew how to do it properly. They were quick and did it at a fair price.

Got a screw in one of my semi tires headed back to Idaho Falls early in the morning and needed somewhere quick to get me going again and these guys got me in before they even were technically open. The manager and the guy that fixed my tire, Jarron or Jarren I Believe his name was, were awesome. Super nice dudes and got me in and out quick, did a good job, and saved me a lot of hassle by not having to wait around down there to get it fixed elsewhere and got me on my way. Great service and would recommend to anyone.

Always excellent service as with every other Les Schwab Ive been too. This Les Schwab has always been accomadating. My wifes car has blown a tire in the snow and theyve taken a look at it and helped us out in a very quick manner. I have had to wait here a few times but that is expected when they do an amazingly thorough job.

This is based off of one experience. I went to Les Schwab to get a tire fixed (there was a nail in it). They were able to get it fixed quickly and at no charge. Great customer service and fairly nice location. I recommend this place.

I took my daughters car here to get the tires rotated and balanced. They did a good job with that. However after having the tires rotated and balanced they wanted to charge me $800 for new struts for a 1996 Tercel. I felt like this was a overstepping what I originally came there I have accomplished.

Went to this Les Schwab and needed a tire repaired due to a nail, we purchased tires here so its free, Randy helped us and was so rude, he said if I bought a new tire he would get us right in but if I got a repair it would be over an hour which is fine but Randy rolled his eyes and sighed like we were bothering him. He was so kind to the thin big chested woman that he helped before us, I guess if you want Randy to be nice you need to have a great figure and bug chest!!!! I wont give my money to Les Schwab, we work hard for our money and choose to give it to a company that treats everyone with respect. Shame on you Randy, you seriously need customer service classes!!

Its a nice location and the employees are very nice and very helpful. The only down side is sometimes simple jobs can take a long time because it is a busy place. The waiting area is nice though, free popcorn and plenty of vending machines.

I stopped in to get some estimates for new tires, was greeted by a team member who was very courteous and professional. Ive been researching these specific tires for months but I let her explain each option and she was extremely knowledgeable. She explained the warranty effectively without rambling and trying to sell anything.The only concern I had was the markup on tires without a policy in place to price match or at least try and compete with online competitors. I understand overhead and associated costs with running a brick and mortar, but $100 per tire is excessive. The value that theoretically would be available for road hazard, treadware warranty etc. is already being offered by the online folks. If i utilized my free rotations and balance for the life of my 45k mile tire, it still works out to more cost than if I buy online and pay cash for the service in store. Theres going to have to be some changes made at the corporate level to allow these locations to compete.Ill most like buy online and pay the few bucks a tire for mount and balance, however the customer service at this location has me seriously considering just paying the high premium. I wont mention her name but she is an absolute asset to this location.

While traveling in Utah to Nevada, my husband decided to replace the rear two of 4 tires on our travel trailer. One had worn down faster than the others. Stopped into Les Schwab Tire Center to see if they could help. 45 min later, 2 new tires installed and I was on my way home to California.Great service, they had the tires in stock, new valve stems and balanced.
